Scoția speră la trofeu La Edinburgh, pe stadionul Murrayfielld, ,,Ciulinii" au făcut recital la scenă deschisă în fața ,,Cocoșilor", într-o partidă în care plecau cu șansa a doua, dar în care s-au autodepășit și au obținut victoria în stil de mare campioană. Franța pare că nu s-a regăsit în acest meci, unul în care Scoția a pus presiune din primul minut și în final a câștigat un meci care parcă a fost o simfonie a rugby-ului. Scoția a avut o viteză în plus față de francezi în ceea ce privește viteza execuțiilor și după victoria 50-40 visează cu ochii deschiși la trofeu, după foarte mult timp. Probabil a venit vremea ca și ,,Ciulinii" să fie fericiți deși punctul bonus ofensiv reușit de francezi după cele patru eseuri marcate s-ar putea să cântărească greu săptămîna viitoare când se va decide campioana. Irlanda nu se dezminte, vrea să fie din nou campioană Irlanda, după începutul de turneu ezitant în fața Franței, pare că acum a pornit motoarele la turație maximă și pregătește asaltul final pentru titlul de campioană. Victoria din fața Angliei, obținută în deplasare la un scor care a uimit ,,lumea ovaliei” pare că a injectat moralul ”Trifoilor" cu adrenalina necesară pentru a reuși din nou victoria în turneu. Acum a obținut o victorie scontată, 27-17, împotriva Țării Galilor la Dublin pe Aviva Stadium, cu bonus ofensiv, deși galezii au avut probabil cea mai bună evoluție din acest campionat. România înfrântă în Georgia În toată această feerie a rugbyului a încercat să-și facă loc și România în semifinalele Cupei Europeană a națiunilor unde a pierdut la un scor mai puțin sever decât ne așteptam în Georgia. A fost 53-30 pentru georgieni pe stadionul Avceala din Tbilisi într-un meci în care stejarii au avut patru debutanți, dintre care trei în primul XV. Son mamad – nom donné à ce genre d'abri – est devenu l'une des pièces principales de la maison. « Ici, dorment mon mari et mon fils », montre Johanna. Nous sommes à Ma'alot, une petite ville à seulement sept kilomètres de la frontière. La menace est très proche. Les alertes aériennes sonnent plusieurs fois par jour. « On a celle des tirs qui viennent du Liban et là, on a une alerte directement et il faut tout de suite se mettre à l'abri. Le délai, c'est zéro seconde. Et on a les alertes des tirs qui viennent d'Iran. Et là, on a un avertissement. » Une guerre pour « finir le travail » Prise entre deux feux, cette professeure d'hébreu, mère de quatre enfants, en a vu d'autres : « Il y a une espèce de sensation "encore une fois", et en même temps, on est peut-être plus à même de réagir correctement. On est moins dans la panique, on fait tout de suite ce qu'il faut. Les enfants, ils le prennent, ils le gèrent mieux. » Mieux préparée mais aussi plus inquiète pour l'avenir, Johanna soutient quand même la guerre pour « finir le travail ». « Je ne crois pas qu'il n'y ait aucune intervention extérieure qui ait jamais été faite que par des motivations très altruistes, etc. Mais on ne peut pas nier quand même que ça soit nécessaire de le faire. Et là tout de suite, je soutiens entièrement ce qui est en train d'être fait », appuie-t-elle. Elle ne se fait plus d'illusions :  « On a pensé ça après chaque opération, après chaque guerre qu'il y a eu. Et malheureusement, ça ne se passe pas vraiment comme on espérait. Je ne suis pas très optimiste. C'est notre vie, je pense : angoissante et qui ne nous rend pas très optimistes. » Quelques collines nous séparent désormais de la frontière. Dans les hauteurs de Kyriat Shmona, le danger est omniprésent. La guerre pourrait durer encore plusieurs semaines, prévient le gouvernement israélien. Les habitants du nord d'Israël sont prêts à tenir encore, angoissés mais résignés, sans savoir quand ils pourront retrouver une vie normale. Ce matin, nous nous penchons sur les ambitions du Maroc en Afrique et dans le monde. La ministre marocaine de l'Économie et des Finances Nadia Fettah est la grande invitée Afrique de Sidy Yansané. RFI : Madame la ministre, depuis presque une semaine, le monde a les yeux rivés sur l'Iran et la guerre déclenchée par les États-Unis et Israël, deux grands alliés du Royaume du Maroc. Tout d'abord, quel est votre sentiment sur les événements en cours ? Nadia Fettah : Le Maroc entier est en consternation face à cette escalade, en pensant tout particulièrement aux civils qui payent toujours un lourd tribut en temps de crise. Cela dit, en qualité de ministre de l'Économie et des finances, je reste extrêmement attentive à ce qui est en train de se passer. Notre responsabilité est de gérer les impacts éventuels de cette crise sur notre pays, sur les populations et sur notre économie. Restons un peu au Moyen-Orient. Le Maroc fait partie des membres fondateurs du nouveau Conseil de la paix tel que voulu par le président américain Donald Trump. Les États-Unis qui exigent que le Royaume contribue à hauteur d'un milliard de dollars en faveur de ce Conseil de la paix. Ce milliard a-t-il été effectivement versé ? Et y a-t-il des perspectives économiques éventuelles à Gaza pour tout ce qui est chantier de reconstruction au bénéfice de l'économie marocaine ? Le Maroc n'a jamais cessé de participer à toutes les initiatives en faveur de la paix. C'est comme ça que nous abordons aujourd'hui le sujet, avec notre attachement au dialogue, à l'idée de communauté de destin et à trouver véritablement un avenir à des enfants, à des familles, à des populations qui ont trop longtemps souffert. Et c'est pour ça qu'on est là et qu'on participe en apportant nos solutions et notre pierre à l'édifice. Concernant le Sahara occidental, les produits issus du Sahara font désormais partie de l'accord commercial privilégié entre le Maroc et l'Europe. Y a-t-il déjà eu des discussions ou un accord signé avec le Front Polisario pour déterminer les détails de cet accord commercial ? Ce qui est très important à comprendre pour ces provinces du sud du Sahara, c'est qu'elles sont intégrées économiquement, socialement, politiquement, avec toutes les autres populations marocaines. La trajectoire globale de l'économie marocaine envers l'émergence s'appliquera partout, afin d'assurer des conditions de vie et de prospérité pour l'ensemble des citoyens marocains du Nord au Sud. Vous parlez beaucoup de nouvelles technologies. On peut notamment citer Safran, groupe d'entreprises françaises et spécialiste en aéronautique, qui, sur les quatre derniers mois, a annoncé deux gros investissements dans le Royaume, notamment un de 350 millions d'euros pour une usine d'assemblage de moteurs d'avions. Le Maroc devient également pour la Chine un point d'ancrage en Afrique du Nord et installe notamment des usines de fabrication de produits bas carbone comme les batteries électriques, les électrolytes, etc. Quels sont les plans du Royaume concernant les technologies du futur ? Le Maroc décline depuis 25 ans la vision de Sa Majesté le Roi : devenir une véritable plateforme industrielle et technologique. Quand on installe ces usines, ça veut dire qu'on nous fait confiance pour les dix, quinze prochaines années. C'est ce que le Maroc est en train de faire avec ses partenaires. Et derrières les usines, il y a des emplois, il y a un impact sur les populations, il y a de la véritable création de valeur. Si on reprend le cas de Safran, seuls 2 500 emplois seront créés pour les deux projets. RFI a parlé à des économistes marocains qui déplorent que les grands projets infrastructurels et industriels n'apportent que très peu d'emplois, justement car ils sont très techniques. Y a-t-il des plans pour répondre aux besoins des 36 % des 15-24 ans qui sont chômeurs au Maroc ? En 2025, notre économie a créé 250 000 emplois, essentiellement destinés à la jeunesse. Est-ce que cela résorbe le taux de chômage ? Oui, puisqu'il baisse. On était à 13,5 %, il est actuellement à 13 %. Est-ce que c'est suffisant ? Sûrement pas. Et c'est pour ça que toutes les politiques publiques que nous faisons, toutes nos stratégies sectorielles, ont pour premier objectif l'emploi. Et particulièrement celui des jeunes et celui des femmes. Les joueurs haïtiens disputeront leur premier match le 14 juin 2026 contre l'Écosse. Il y a encore cinq jours, Duckens Nazon se trouvait en Iran, où il joue pour l'Esteghlal FC. Il devait quitter le pays, mais son vol a été annulé au dernier moment à cause des frappes israéliennes et états-uniennes. Il est finalement parvenu à quitter le pays en passant par l'Azerbaïdjan. « On a dû remuer ciel et terre pour trouver le contact de l'ambassadrice de France en Azerbaïdjan pour pouvoir passer. Côté républicain, cela va se jouer entre le sénateur sortant John Cornyn et le très trumpiste procureur général Ken Paxton. Verdict le 26 mai 2026. D'ici là, la bataille s'annonce féroce. Politico relève que Cornyn et ses équipes ont déjà dépensé plus de 100 millions de dollars pour vaincre Paxton, en mettant l'accent sur son récent divorce, des accusations d'infidélité, et la destitution, notamment pour corruption, à laquelle il a échappé il y a deux ans. Pour l'instant, Donald Trump ne s'est pas positionné.   Un conflit et des critiques Toujours aux États-Unis, quatre des six soldats tués dans le conflit avec l'Iran ont été identifiés. Leurs visages s'affichent sur le site du New York Times. Trois hommes, une femme. Tous étaient réservistes. Le plus jeune avait 20 ans. Ils ont été tués dimanche lors d'une attaque de drone contre le port de Shuaiba, au Koweït. Dans cette guerre qui a déjà fait des centaines de victimes, « leur mort est un détail qui donne à réfléchir », écrit le quotidien new-yorkais. The Nation, de son côté, se demande : « Pourquoi les démocrates ne peuvent-ils simplement pas dire "pas de guerre en Iran" ? » « La réponse des démocrates à ce qui pourrait bien être la plus grande catastrophe géopolitique du XXIè siècle se résume à des atermoiements, au silence et à une opposition feinte et endormie », dénonce The Nation, qui rappelle que l'opinion publique est pourtant largement opposée à l'opération Fureur épique. Côté démocrate, ils sont seulement 7% à y être favorables. Rendez-vous compte : c'est trois points de moins que ceux qui pensent que Joe Biden a volé la présidentielle à Donald Trump en 2020. Au Canada, enfin, Le Devoir ne mâche pas non plus ses critiques. Les siennes visent le Premier ministre Mark Carney qui, dans les premières heures du conflit, a soutenu l'opération israélo-étatsunienne. Il a depuis fait machine arrière. Mais pour Le Devoir, ce soutien destiné à apaiser Donald Trump est une maladresse géopolitique. « Mark Carney aurait pu - et dû - préciser d'emblée que cet appui n'était qu'à "contrecœur" », estime le journal. Une prise de position qu'il juge décevante, mais aussi imprudente, alors que la riposte iranienne pourrait également prendre la forme de cyberattaques contre des infrastructures essentielles, et notamment canadiennes.
