Josh West is a certified CrossFit coach in Franklin, TN. Actually, he's MY health and fitness coach, which is why I'm so excited to have him on the show today. We stumbled into CrossFit Freeflow because we were looking for a new gym when we moved, and Jamie thought I would be lured by the name. He was right, of course. At first, we didn't see anything different than any other gym. We liked it well enough, it just wasn't different. But, we were wrong. As we got to know Josh better, I discovered that he was working on his OPEX certification, and he was beginning to really understand how to approach coaching from a personal standpoint. Each person is different, and while we can do the same workouts, there are a million variations that will help each athlete reach their actual goals. You'll hear so much more about this in the episode, so I won't spill the tea now. But, the more Josh and I work together, the more we see how aligned this approach is to the way I work in business. It's been so fun–well, and sometimes frustrating–to slow it all down and learn to build fitness with a calm nervous system–just like I do my business. So, hopefully you're intrigued. Josh is an awesome guy and shares some amazing insight in this episode. So, without further ado, let's go to the show. Links-- CrossFit FreeFlow IG My IG Newsletter Signup FREE Breathwork Sessions

Your environment plays a large part in the experience you have. **Hustle doesn't only mean working a lot. You can work a lot and love every minute, and you can work a lot and be stuck in "the grind." **You're a product of your decisions, not your circumstances. **Success lives in your strength zone, not outside of your comfort zone. **When you hustle, you feel depleted versus excited. **Just breathe. **What rituals do we need to create to accomplish the things we want to accomplish. Stacey Poterson was a bit "inconvenienced" when the idea for FemForce Shoots struck her. But, that didn't stop her from chasing the idea and making it grow. FemForce Shoots offers photo shoots and Reels shoots for female entrepreneurs. Every Tuesday in cities across the country, women set up shop at great photo locales and have fun creating visual content. They receive all of the photos from the shoot and are free to edit and use them as they see fit. I've been working with FemForce for a few months now, and I LOVE it. The more I get in front of the camera, the more comfortable I feel with it. The photographers are learning how to coach me, as well as figuring out my brand and tone. Also, I'm beginning to see the same women each month, allowing us to make connections and help each other outside of the shoots. Wins all around. This conversation with Stacey is so fun. She is such a talent and really understands what female entrepreneurs need--because she is one!
