Galway produced a stunning comeback in the Electric Ireland Leinster Minor Hurling Final in Laois Hire O'Moore Park, Portlaoise on Monday (18th May 2026) to win a second ever title after extra time. Galway were five point winners when they met last year (0-29 to 3-15) but the Dubs knocked the maroon and white out of the championship when they last visited Salthill in 2024 (2-27 to 1-24). Galway are through to the Leinster U20 Hurling Final following a dramatic 2-23 to 1-16 extra time win over Wexford in Portlaoise.
