Bryony Kimmings is an award-winning writer and performer whose work spans television, film and groundbreaking live performance. Most recently, she adapted The Rapture into a five-part television drama starring Ruth Madeley. She also co-wrote, with Emma Thompson, the screenplay for the film Last Christmas, starring Emilia Clarke and Henry Golding. Eleanor Morton is a Scottish stand-up, writer and actor whose latest Edinburgh Fringe show, Haunted House, received rave reviews and won a Terrier Award. She is widely recognised for her online sketch characters, including Craig the Tourguide and documentarian Suzanne Primate, which have earned her a substantial following and fans such as Patton Oswalt, Michael McKean and Taika Waititi. After the extremely sad news of the death of wildlife cameraman Doug Allan this week, we thought we would share his wonderful episode again as a tribute to his extraordinary life and career. It was first released in August 23. Our love and thoughts to his family and friends.Doug Allan was lead cameraman on The Blue Planet, Planet Earth, Life, Human Planet, Frozen Planet, Expedition Iceberg and Forces of Nature and is responsible for some of the most famous wildlife footage ever filmed, including the extraordinary sequence of killer whales creating waves to wash seals off ice floes in Antarctica. He spent much of his career working alongside Sir David Attenborough. Doug has won eight Emmys and four BAFTAs and in 2017 he won an outstanding contribution award at the British Academy Scotland Awards. In 2011 he filmed and was a presenter for the BBC series Ocean Giants about whales worldwide and In 2012 he was one of the presenters on Operation Iceberg, as well as filming many of the sequences in this award winning series. Riki Lindhome is an, actor, comedian and musician whose career spans film, television and music. She got her first major break when Tim Robbins cast her in his hit play Embedded, before making her film debut in Million Dollar Baby, directed by Clint Eastwood. Nicky Hambleton-Jones is a British personal stylist, television presenter, author, and fashion entrepreneur, best known for hosting Channel 4's makeover series 10 Years Younger and more recently ‘Drop A Decade' on This Morning. Originally trained as a dietician in South Africa, she moved to London in 1996 and soon transitioned into image consultancy. In 2001 she founded NHJ Style, one of the UK's early personal styling consultancies, and later launched the NHJ Style Academy to train professional stylists. Alyssa Kyria is a comedian, actor and writer, best known as The Funny Mummy, whose relatable comedy sketches regularly go viral and have amassed over 23 million views. She received a Best Supporting Actress nomination from the Dublin International Comedy Festival for her role as Annalise in the feature film Ashens and the Polybius Heist, which won Best Film at the London Film Festival 2021, and was a finalist in the Royal Court Theatre's Screenshot competition in 2021. Vittorio Angelone is an Italian-Irish comedian who grew up in Belfast. He was nominated for the Best Newcomer at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards in 2022 and has had sold out runs at the Edinburgh in 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. Duncan Maitland is a musician, singer and writer. He formed his first band The Flood, in 1985 and later joined the Irish band, Picturehouse, on the recommendation of the producer of David Gary and the Pixies, Ronnie Stone. Picturehouse recorded their debut album, "Shine Box" which included Duncan's song "Fan Club" described by the music journalist John Walshe from Hot Press as among the best songs never recorded by the Beatles. The band continued to tour Europe the following year, supporting bands like Bon Jovi , Meatloaf and the Coors and in 1998 began work on their second album "Karmarama" for which Duncan wrote many songs including "Sunburst" which went on to become the band's biggest record. Duncan worked with the Irish band Pugwash and recorded a number of albums with them, as well as recording and touring as a solo performer. British Chinese actress Naomi Yang is perhaps best known for her role as Maggy in Sky series Wolfe. Michael Elwyn is an Actor and Director best known for roles such as playing Marion's father the BBC's Robin Hood, Lord Simon Staunton in House of Dragon (the Game of Thrones prequel), Ken in Stella on Sky One and Charles Moore in Coronation Street, the Resident Chair of 'Stillwaters'. He is an accomplished stage actor and more recently, director. Out of the many shows he's performed in he is perhaps most remembered for playing Anthony Eden in the West End and Broadway productions of The Audience by Peter Morgan and directed by Stephen Daldry, alongside Hellen Mirren as Queen Elizabeth 2nd.
