Vårdpersonal inom många landsting vittnar om dålig arbetsmiljö, hög arbetsbelastning, låga löner och för få sjuksköterskor. Och situationen är mer eller mindre densamma i många av världens länder. Sjuksköterskekrisen är global. Sara Heyman, korrspondent för global hälsa berättar varför den desperata sjuksköterskebristen blivit så omfattande. NHS, National Health Service, Storbritanniens sjukvårdssystem har under lång tid varit landets stolthet men den brittiska sjukvårdsapparaten mår inte bra. Under tre år har regeringsuppdraget om digital spetskompetens arbetat för att kartlägga behov och hitta lösningar för att främja tillgången på digital spetskompetens. Gästar oss i detta avsnitt gör uppdragets båda projektledare, Jonas Öhlin från Universitetskanslersämbetet och Josef Lannemyr från Tillväxtverket. Det är andra gången de båda projektledarna gästar podden. Första gången var i början av 2022 (avsnitt 47) då vi samtalade om det gemensamma uppdrag myndigheterna fått som bestod av att analysera och lämna förslag på hur tillgången på digital spetskompetens ska öka. Ett område som står särskilt högt upp på agendan just nu är kompetensförsörjningen inom it. Behovet av it-kompetens har de senaste åren ökat och it-kompetens är idag verksamhetskritisk på ett sätt som den inte varit tidigare. Samverket är Sveriges första innovations- och coworkinghubb för offentlig verksamhet, just nu finansierat av Vinnova. Det är en arena där offentligt anställda kan utbyta erfarenheter och expertkunskap och bygga relationer. My name is Sofie Andersson and I am a professional golfer from Sweden who currently resides in California. Playing primarily on the Duramed Futures Tour, I am in my third year as a professional golfer. I gained a lot of experience both on and off of the course during my first two seasons and am now looking forward to benefiting and taking advantage of that knowledge. “...playing on the Duramed Futures Tour...”   Since I began playing golf at the age of 10, growing up in Sweden, the game has become a part of my everyday life. I have learned so much from the game of golf and it has dictated many paths I have taken.   At 16, I began attending a high school run by the Swedish Golf Federation. After three years of study and competition, I made my way across the Atlantic Ocean to the United States to study and play collegiate golf.     “...bachelor’s degree in International Political Economy...” In December 2006, I completed a bachelor’s degree in Political Economy of Industrial Societies at the University of California.     As a student-athlete at California, I was honored All-America selection three times (2004-06). Additionally, I established a new program scoring average of 74.2 and posted a tournament victory at the 2005 Spartan Invitational.     “...World Amateur Team Championships gold medal...” As an amateur, I also played with the Swedish National Team from 1999-06. In 2004, I was part of the three-player team that captured Sweden’s first World Amateur Team Championships gold medal at the competition in Puerto Rico. Two years later at the event in South Africa, we earned the silver medal.     I enjoy the game of golf for the constant challenges it provides me. I love having the chance to always be able to get better, and the competition it gives me.
