Tonight's first guest, Heather, grew up in a very rural part of Central Louisiana. She grew up hunting, so she's always loved the outdoors. When the COVID lockdowns happened, to help pass the time, Heather decided to look into the Sasquatch phenomenon. Not long after she started to armchair research, she hooked up with a group of ladies who were interested in Sasquatch too. It wasn't long after that that Heather started doing field investigations with those ladies that spanned several states. Up until that point, Heather was interested in Sasquatch but what really piqued her interest in them was the day she found a set of Sasquatch prints in the Kisatchie National Forest. After finding them, she was absolutely hooked. On tonight's show, Heather is going to share multiple Sasquatch-related experiences she's had, since then. When she had her sighting, she was driving down a country road, about 4 miles from town, in Southeastern Oklahoma. As Angela learned that night, other drivers and deer aren't the only things you have to watch out for on country roads, after dark. It was a lesson she'll never forget. Tonight's guest, Doug Messer, had his first and only Bigfoot sighting in 1980. He had his sighting while he was in his bedroom, but his encounter started in the woods, behind his house, in Greenup County, Kentucky. You see, he had been camping in the woods behind his house with 3 friends of his. After the he and his 3 friends had turned in for the night, it started to rain pretty heavily and the rain washed out their camp. That caused them to decide to pack up their camp and head back to Doug's house. After they had everything packed up, they had just started walking down an old timber road, to leave, when they noticed heavy footsteps pacing them to their right. When the boys would stop walking, the footsteps would stop too. They tested that several times and every time they'd stop walking the heavy footsteps would stop too. That frightened them, so they all took off running. Whatever it was that the boys were running from kept pace with them. Finally, after the boys made it to Tommy's house, Tommy thought the experience was over. Tonight's guest, Tommy, was raised in the city, but he decided to move to the country in 1982. He loved being out in the country, doing a lot of the things people do there, including fishing. Tonight's guest, Cam, was featured on Episodes 528, 542, & 559. On Episode 528, he told us about the night his white American bulldog, named Dallas, gave his life to protect Cam from a Dogman that attacked him. After that show aired, Cam came back on the show to update us on new encounters he'd had with that same Dogman. When tonight's guest, April, was younger, she found what she thought was an injured, jet-black dog in the woods, one day. Being the kind soul she was and is, she decided to take him home with her, so she could nurse him back to good health. Due to his jet-black coat, she named him Shadow. As time went by, she came to realize that there was something special about Shadow. He had qualities normal dogs don't have, like piercing, amber-colored eyes that seemed as if they could look right through you. Also, normal dogs don't raise up onto their back legs and walk from the living room window to the front door, so they can look out. Tonight's guest, Super Dave, had his first encounter when he was in the 5th grade, in the Saginaw Eddy Bottoms, in Arkansas. The day he had it, he had walked back to his favorite fishing hole. As he got close to the fishing hole, he heard some whoops, followed by footsteps that were following him. Tonight's guest, Marshall, is an experienced Ohio Dogman investigator who was featured on Episode 445, two years ago. On that show, Marshall told us about the relatively positive experiences he'd had with Dogmen in a research area he'd been doing investigations in for 30 years. On that show, he described the Dogmen in his main research area as being almost docile. Unfortunately, that's all changed. Not long ago, Marshall noticed an abrupt change in the demeanor of the Dogmen in that area. Now, he describes them as being dangerous. The area used to have a lot of visitors but Marshall has noticed that the area rarely has visitors anymore. Marshall has made several disturbing discoveries there, recently. His most disturbing discovery was finding an abandoned, destroyed tent there where the occupant, apparently, felt he was fighting for his life against something dangerous outside his tent. Tonight's guest, Rodney, describes himself as being a farm boy who grew up on a farm, in Ohio. He'd hunted from the time he was knee-high to a grasshopper all the way up to 1983. After spending so much time in the woods, he thought he knew about everything out there in them. That confidence came crashing down, one night, in August of 1983, however. Tonight's guest, Bruce Brown, is a former law enforcement officer who had his first Sasquatch sighting when he was 8-years-old. He was trying to fly a kite, at the time, when he saw 3 Sasquatch. Bruce says the Sasquatch seemed to be more interested in watching him as he was trying to get it to fly than they were in just watching him. Bruce thought they were gorillas. He had no clue what they actually were. It wasn't until his great grandmother sat him down and had a little talk with him that he came to understand what they actually were. The experience he had that day, when he was trying to fly that kite was just the tip of the iceberg, when it comes to the experiences he's had with Sasquatch. One of the most notable encounters he's had with a Sasquatch happened one night when he was working as a Sherrif's deputy and was on the scene of an accident investigation. That night, he stood feet from a female Sasquatch that had been severely injured, after being hit by a car. Tonight's guest, Dan Schmidt, was born and raised in Southern Minnesota. When Dan was growing up there, he had what could very easily be the most frightening Dogman encounter that's ever been shared on the show. You see, when he was 9-years-old, Dan and his cousin spent the night at his grandma and grandpa's farm, during winter break. The encounter happened the first night Dan and his cousin were there. When it happened, Dan was laying on the couch, in the living room and his cousin was laying on a make-shift bed his grandma had made, on the living room floor. Some time between 1 and 2 AM, Dan was awoken by a noise. Dan realized that it was the sound of the latch on the door to the back porch, of the house, being worked. Then, he heard that door being opened. Next, he heard slow, heavy footsteps walking across the back porch toward the back door of the house. When he heard those footsteps coming toward the back door, he looked at the back door. To his dismay, he then saw its doorknob turn and then the back door slowly open. What happened next was much more than most people would ever be able to handle. He watched a Werewolf walk into the house. When tonight's first guest was 8 or 9 years old, a Sasquatch she calls “The Gorilla Man” started paying visits to her family's farm, in Larue County, Kentucky. Their property is in a very remote area that's a solid 20-minute drive from stores or any moderately populated areas. The first time she saw the Gorilla Man, she was in bed one night when all of a sudden, she saw that something was looking in her window at her. What she was looking at seemed to be about 8-feet tall, with a wide head, and very human-looking eyes. After staring, in awe, at the figure for some time, she jumped up and ran to her mother. A couple of years past, after that experience, before she saw the Gorilla Man again but see him again she did. Her encounters with him have continued to happen until present day.Craig Ancell has had 3 Bigfoot sightings and they all happened in Southeast Missouri. His first sighting happened between 1993 and 1995, at a place just outside of Scott City, Missouri, called “The Caves.” He was in high school, at the time, and had gone to The Caves with 3 other friends. He and his buddies were planning to hang out there, drink beer, and have a great time. As fate would have it, not long after they had arrived at the Caves, Craig's friends had left to go get another friend who wanted to join them, when Craig suddenly realized he still wasn't alone. Don Niesen has lived in Central Wisconsin for about 25 years now. He describes Central Wisconsin as being a totally different world from where he grew up in Racine, Wisconsin. After moving to Central Wisconsin, he's had multiple encounters with various types of wildlife, but none of those encounters moved the needle for Don nearly as much as an encounter he had while he was driving to his parent's house, one evening. As he was driving down a rural section of highway, heading to their house, he was on the lookout for deer. Deer-related car crashes are a big problem in that area. All of a sudden, up ahead, he could see a large, black figure, on the side of the road, pulling at something in the ditch. At first, Don thought it was a bear. Then, it did something no bear could do and at that moment, Don's jaw dropped. 12 days ago, tonight's guest, Josh, had a Dogman encounter in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan that he's still trying to come to terms with. He was hunting deer at the time and he already knew about Dogmen. The fact that he knew about them, before he had that encounter, helped him deal with the encounter, as it played out, but he didn't leave the experience unscathed. When Bryce Edwards was growing up on his family's 642-acre farm, in Southern Illinois, his grandmother told him a story that made his jaw drop. She told him about the time when she saw what she called a Honey Bear come out of the woods, across the road from where she'd been sitting. She was sitting in her front yard, at the time, with Bryce's father and his brother when the Honey Bear came out of the woods. When she saw it, she grabbed Bryce's dad and his brother, ran inside with them, and hid in a closet until Bryce's grandfather came home from work. That happened 60 years ago. In February of 2000, tonight's guest, Anita Tallbl, was spending a night out with two friends of hers, Manny and Tess, when she had her first Sasquatch sighting. You see, when Anita had that first sighting, she was sitting in the back of Manny's car, with Tess, about 200 yards from Tess' property. To Anita's surprise, she saw two Sasquatch crossing the road in front of Manny's car. One of the Sasquatch was black and the other one was a brownish/red color. That experience took Anita from having a very mild interest in the Sasquatch phenomenon to being very interested in finding out all she could about them. Less than a week ago, tonight's guest, Josh, had a Dogman encounter. He was hunting deer at the time, in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, in a blind. The area around the blind was choked with trees and brush that made visibility very poor except for the lanes that had been cut through the brush by his dad. In May of 2023, Crystal was sitting at a traffic light, near a well-known landmark in Pennsylvania, when she had a Sasquatch sighting. The landmark is called Horseshoe Curve. Horseshoe Curve is a winding series of curves, bridges, and tunnels that a railroad track winds through and over, near Altoona, Pennsylvania. Due to all that tonight's guest has been through, as a direct result of her having the most horrific kind of Dogman encounter, I'm going to keep everything about her totally anonymous.
