On January 6th, of 2020, tonight's guest, Ernie Pack, had his first Bigfoot sighting while he was in a cemetery, on top of Mitchell Hill, in Jefferson County, Kentucky. He was doing a paranormal investigation there, at the time, with his wife, Denise. The area where they'd chosen to do their investigation is known by locals for being haunted. In fact, there's a legend about the area that stemmed from people hearing what they thought was a baby crying in forests around that area. The night Ernie and Denise had their first Sasquatch sighting, they were trying to locate the grave of a spirit they'd been interacting with in that area. At that time, neither Ernie nor Denise were sure if Sasquatch were even a reality. That was about to change and change in a big way. You see, after what happened to them that night, both Ernie and Denise are almost obsessed with investigating Sasquatch. Tonight's guests, Krista and Brandi, had a Bigfoot encounter in September of 2023, near Ava, Missouri, that is their most memorable Sasquatch-related experience. They've had other experiences where they think Sasquatch were near, but they didn't see a Sasquatch on those occasions. When they were on that overnight investigation, near Ava, Missouri, however, Brandi clearly saw a Sasquatch. What Jonathan saw is called a woodwose. The term woodwose is in reference to what is believed to be a mythological being that is characterized by an untamed, wild, and hairy appearance. Tonight's guest, Kirk Brandenburg, is a Sasquatch investigator who is based in Washington State. Kirk does most of his investigating in the Cascade Mountains but occasionally heads over to the Olympics or North Central Washington to look for evidence. Kirk has been interested in Sasquatch for as long as he can remember but what really set the hook in him was a conversation he had with a coworker, at a work-related party. You see, at that party, one of Kirk's coworkers told him about a Sasquatch encounter he'd had. After listening to that coworker talk about his experience, Kirk had officially caught the Bigfoot bug. Tonight's guest, Scott Hunt, had his first Bigfoot sighting in Americus, Georgia in July of 2022. When his sighting happened, he was mapping land that a paper mill owned, for a project that the company he worked for was about to begin. The land he was on was blanketed with pine trees. When Scott arrived at the property that day, Sasquatch was the last thing on his mind. He never would have thought Sasquatch could be in the area. He thought the only place they could have been was out west, in places like Washington or Oregon. That was about to change. What happened to Scott that day isn't the only Sasquatch experience he's had. He lives at a property now that overlooks Standing Stone State Park, in Tennessee. Tonight's guest, Karl Sieling, had his Bigfoot sighting in 1976 while he was walking down a set of railroad tracks, in a heavily forested area, near Newtown, Connecticut. When his sighting happened, he was on the way to his buddy's house. Sometimes, he would walk or bike about a mile and a half to his buddy's house, using roads in the area. This day, he decided to walk on a set of train tracks that ran right past his house, through a forest and then right past his buddy's house. If he walked the tracks, instead of taking roads in the area, he'd save himself about a half mile on the trip. He had walked those tracks, to his buddy's house, numerous times before without any incident. Imagine what it would be like to have a clan of Sasquatch living on your property. Now, imagine what it would be like to know that they had a nursery on your property too. For most of us, it would be difficult to wrap our minds around that. For one of tonight's guests, however, that's reality. You see, Neil and his wife bought an overgrown property, in rural Georgia, because they wanted to be as close to nature as possible. Well, they got more than they bargained for. After moving into their new home, on the property, Neil started taking the land back, to tidy the property up. After doing that, things started happening he couldn't explain. Then, it became clear to him what was behind all of the strange things he and his wife had been experiencing. They realized that they had Sasquatch living on their property. After the discovery, 4, experienced Sasquatch investigators came out to his property to have a look around. The 4 investigators who came to his property are Mark Newbill (the lead investigator), Scott and Sheila Granger, and Nathan Robinson. Mark Newbill produced a documentary focusing on Neil and the experiences he's had at his property. Tonight's guest, Chris Blaylock, is a Sasquatch investigator who is working on a doctorate's degree in hominology and a bachelor's degree in animal biology due to her interest in Sasquatch. That interest in them began at a young age too. You see, when Chris was a little girl, her grandmother used to tell her and her brother not to go out at night, never to whistle in the woods, and to be leery of the Wooley Boogers. They live in Howell, Michigan, so they had a fairly long drive to get home. Beth doesn't like driving on highways, so she prefers to take back roads, instead of driving on highways, so she took back roads home from the basketball game that night. When they were about 25 miles from home, they were in a desolate area where there was nothing but a lot of open fields. It was raining that night, so their view of the countryside wasn't the best. When tonight's guest, Curt, was a kid, he had a group of sightings on the outskirts of Yreka, California in July of 1983. His sightings happened one after the other, in the span of less than an hour's time. The first sighting happened while he was playing a game of hide n seek with his brother, sister, and some friends at a school that was behind Curt's Aunt's apartment complex. The kids split up into two teams and Curt's team was picked to be the team that would hide. His brother's team was going to try to find the members of Curt's team.
