Every single woman who joins my group coaching program CLAIMED brings a new perspective, a new backstory, and ultimately a new success story! In this special discussion, I spoke with one of these women, Natasha, and her committed masculine man, Christian. Natasha shared the deep shifts she experienced as a result of the CLAIMED program and how she approached dating and relationships in a new way. Christian shared his experience of pursuing and claiming a feminine essence woman. "I didn't expect to meet him this quickly... I was also enjoying the time that I had with myself, just connecting. And I did everything in my power to get back to her, the woman that I truly always wanted to be." - Natasha "With her going through this course and me going through the journeys I've gone through, this was honestly the perfect time for us to meet each other...we end up being a perfect balance for each other between the feminine and the masculine; it really is like a perfect harmony now." -Christian Here is what I discuss with Natasha and Christian: What led Natasha to join CLAIMED and change her patterns that grew out of her upbringing How Natasha shifted her used polarity, beliefs work and embodiment to attract a different kind of man Christian's perspective on stepping into his masculine and how masculine men show up in relationships An inside look at maintaining polarity and long-term intimacy in their relationship Why Natasha recommends signing up for a Discovery Call - "I'd never invested in myself before. This was something I needed to do - FINALLY." And a lot more... P.S. Our guest today was more productive during COVID than most. She doubled down on connections with her friends and wrote a book on the s*** that adults never taught us growing up... Titled, "S*** Adults Never Taught Us". We've got Natasha Sattler on the show!We go deep on the concept of connection. How it is a human need and we need to destigmatize feeling lonely (because it's normal). And how it is possible to be in a room full of people and still feel alone.Seeing anxiety as a "signal light" of something we need to address in our life. And instead of addressing the surface symptom, going DEEP.Why Natasha believes we should destigmatize the concept of addiction (because we've all got em'). And the power of bringing awareness to these things that we do habitually to emotionally regulate. How many of us never learned to "protect our peace" growing up. Why we don't really "fall" in love but actually "choose" love daily. And how to tell the difference between "love" and "infatuation".By the way, I reference the book Together by Vivek H. Murthy in the pod. Here is a link to the book! To connect with Natasha:Buy her book, S*** Adults Never Taught Us - https://shitadultsnevertaughtus.com/ Instagram - @shitadultsnevertaughtus

We are constantly learning more about the importance of mental health and its impact on the overall health of parents, children, and the entire family. More and more clinicians are getting trained in perinatal mental health, which is exactly what is needed. In today’s show, we get a pediatrician’s perspective of stepping in to help new moms, even though their primary role is to support and care for the child. Dr. Natasha Sriraman is a pediatrician and Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Eastern Virginia Medical School. She’s an attending physician, researcher, wife, and mother. Her main areas of research include breastfeeding, postpartum depression, and health disparities. Natasha is a strong advocate who lobbies for breastfeeding support in the workplace and postpartum depression screening within the pediatric setting. She researches, publishes, and speaks around the country about postpartum depression and anxiety, breastfeeding, and the importance of the mother in the fourth trimester. When not working, Natasha enjoys running, boxing, yoga, traveling, reading, and going to the beach with her family. In this episode, Natasha shares her perspective, experience, and knowledge of being a pediatrician who incorporates perinatal mental health awareness and screening into her practice as well as how her own experience prompted her to become a lactation consultant. We’ll touch on how the added stress of COVID-19 is impacting families in receiving necessary care and how pediatricians can play an important role in perinatal mental health. Show Highlights: Natasha’s practice and focus on perinatal mental health and the “fourth” trimester, based on her experience and difficulties as a mom The unique opportunities that pediatricians have to engage with babies and mothers during the first year of a baby’s life and “bridge the gap” for families Why Natasha is screening moms even before the first six-week checkup for the baby The delicate balance for a pediatrician of navigating the issue of a mom’s mental health when the baby is your patient How to differentiate between normal “new mom nervousness” and postpartum depression and anxiety that requires help New worries from pregnant women and new moms in the time of COVID-19 Extra precautions in the doctor’s office during COVID-19: taking temperatures and wearing masks How Natasha navigates her work as a lactation consultant Why patients should never feel like they have to choose between breastfeeding and getting treatment for anxiety/depression The need for widespread education in perinatal mental health Natasha’s hopeful message: “It’s been wonderful to see moms achieve a level of comfort in talking to their physicians and pediatricians in the fourth trimester. One positive aspect of COVID-19 is increased access to virtual support groups.” Resources: Natasha.Mom.MD: Care For Kids, Empowerment for Moms Facebook: Natasha Mom MD Natasha Mom MD

This week on the PRmoment podcast, I’m pleased to welcome Natasha Hill, managing director at Bottle.Bottle has a turnover of £2m and is an independent multi-specialist PR firm in Oxford. The business was previously owned by Will and Claire Cairns. Will Cairns still has a stake in the business but Natasha and creative director Colin Cather now run the business day to day.Bottle has 25 staff and about 60% of its work is in consumer markets and 40% in B2B.Here is a flavour of what Natasha and I discussed:[00:01:21] Why Bottle founder Will Cairns can now be found in the Cotswolds, on a bike with a bunch of American tourists![00:02:02] How Bottle founder Will Cairns has exited the day-to-day running of the business and handed it over the Natasha and creative director Colin Cather. [00:04:49] Natasha talks us through the story of Bottle as a business – how it grew to about £2m in 2014 and then lost some momentum (fee income subsequently fell to circa £1.4m.) The business has now grown back to a fee income of £2m. [00:05:14] How Natasha has retained a high number of retainer clients at Bottle, despite the sector trend for an increased number of project-based agency/client relationships. [00:07:10] Why PR clients increasingly value strategic advice over campaign implementation. [00:10:51] Natasha explains the recruitment challenges for PR firms near, but outside of London, in places like Oxford.[00:13:01] How Natasha has restructured Bottle in-line with her brand marketing background.[00:14:36] Why the fact that neither of the current leadership team of Bottle have come from a pure PR background has helped its client proposition.[00:15:32] How Bottle has re-engineered the way the team works and the structure of the working day to reflect the challenges of modern public relations. [00:17:09] Should all PR teams, both in-house and agency split into reactive teams and proactive teams?[00:19:33] How Natasha and the rest of the management team at Bottle have turned around a business that was in decline and created growth. [00:23:08] Why Natasha made the move from a strategic marketing director role at the UK’s biggest charity Cancer Research UK to a small PR firm.[00:25:00] How Natasha's belief that Cancer Research UK needed to become more of a human charity, rather than purely a research-focused charity – led to the organisation’s rebrand.[00:28:40] How post the rebrand in 2012 Cancer Research UK's income was up by 6%.[00:29:44] As a marketer how does Natasha see PR’s contribution to the marketing funnel – which bits of the funnel are realistic for PR firms to grab and which bits are not?[00:32:29] Why agencies are increasingly having to draw the line on the type of work that they can do – otherwise you end up just trying to cover too much with insufficient expertise.[00:33:47] What does PR actually do for a huge charity like Cancer Research UK?[00:37:52] How does Natasha see the relative advantages of having an in-house team compared to outsourcing to an agency?[00:39:38] Natasha talks us through the process of digital transformation she implemented during her time at Cancer Research UK.
