    Ivy Insights

The Conlangery Podcast is a hidden gem in the world of linguistics and conlanging. As a language enthusiast and conlanger myself, I was thrilled to discover this podcast and have been binge-listening to all the episodes. The hosts provide valuable information on linguistic terms and concepts, while also offering their own opinions on language culture. The show has been running since 2011, allowing listeners to witness the growth and development of the host, George. It's a humanizing element that adds depth to the podcast. Additionally, having David Peterson as a frequent guest is always a treat.

One of the best aspects of this podcast is that it serves as an incredibly helpful resource for conlangers at all levels. Even as a new conlanger, I found the discussions inspiring and informative, often leading me to add new elements to my own conlangs. The hosts are engaging and their passion for conlanging shines through in every episode.

However, one downside is that episodes are not released as frequently as they once were. While understandable due to the hosts' busy schedules, it can be disappointing for eager listeners who crave regular updates. Nevertheless, the content provided in each episode is worth the wait.

In conclusion, The Conlangery Podcast is an exceptional resource for conlangers and anyone interested in linguistics. The hosts' knowledge and enthusiasm make for an enjoyable listening experience that both educates and inspires. Despite infrequent releases, this podcast remains a must-listen for language enthusiasts everywhere.
