I was lucky to have two guests this week! Jay and CiCi. These women are 2 Black queens who aim to enlighten and encourage society on what life is like for Black Women. They leave no topic untouched and get straight to the point. All while being with the shits!Takeaways from our conversation: You are worthy of friendsFriendships ebb and flow throughout different seasons in our lives, and that's OKIt's OK to ask for help from a friend- we weren't made to "do life" aloneAs busy women, it's easy to let friendships go by the wayside when we're entrenched in the day-to-day activities when working, involved in mom life, or physically distant from friends. However, true friends are those that you can call in the middle of the night, are there to listen to you vent, or offer advice. We all deserve deep and meaningful friendships that add value to our lives and help us feel connected, understood, and seen.To connect with Jay and CiCi you can find them at:@_soproblematic soproblematic2020@gmail.com So-Problematic PodcastHelp a Sista out and leave me a 5-star rating and a positive review if this episode spoke to you.
