Are You Taking the Wrong Supplements? Theo Wiley on Genetics, Creatine and Personalised NutritionMost people choose supplements by guesswork. They walk into a shop, pick something off the shelf, follow the same dosage as everyone else, and hope it works. But if two people have different bodies, diets, training demands, genetics, and recovery needs, why would the same supplement plan work equally well for both?In this episode, Dr Martin Jones speaks with Theo Wiley, founder of Myoform, about the science of personalised supplementation and why the future of performance, recovery and health may be far more individualised than the current supplement industry suggests.Theo explains how genetics, biomarkers, wearables, lifestyle data and testing could change the way we approach nutrition. He also breaks down which supplements have the strongest evidence, where people waste money, and why quality control in the supplement industry matters more than most consumers realise. This conversation is for athletes, coaches, leaders and anyone who wants to make better decisions about supplements, recovery, energy, health and long-term performance. In this episode, you'll learnWhy the same supplement can produce different results in different peopleHow genetics may influence nutrient needs, recovery and performanceWhy one-size-fits-all supplement advice is often flawedWhich supplements have the strongest evidence behind themHow biomarkers, wearables and genetic testing could personalise health decisionsWhy placebo effects can still influence performanceThe risks of contamination and poor quality control in supplementsWhat personalised health could look like over the next five yearsWhy creatine, vitamin D, omega-3 and protein remain key evidence-based optionsAbout Theo WileyTheo Wiley is a scientist, entrepreneur, and founder building at the intersection of genomics and human performance. With a background in human biosciences, he's spent a decade in biotech and gene therapies, working across neurodegenerative disorders and rare diseases. Now, as the co-founder and CEO of Myoform, he applies the principles of precision medicine to health and performance. Myoform is an AI-driven platform that combines whole-genome sequencing, blood biomarkers, wearable data, and lifestyle inputs to generate personalised supplement formulations that update over time based on an individual's biology. Based in London and operating across the UK and the US, he leads a team that turns cutting-edge science into everyday health decisions. Today, Theo is focused on proving that nutrition built around a person's own biology can optimise how they train, recover, and live.Connect with Theo:LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/theo-wiley-877457103/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/theo.wiley_/Myoform: https://myoform.io/Research resource mentioned: https://examine.com/Chapters00:11 Do Supplements Work?02:18 Creatine And Genetics04:15 Four Keys To Results05:45 Founding Myoform 07:35 Why Personalization Matters10:04 The Microbiome 12:45 How Myoform Works15:24 Genomics And Risk Scores19:15 Magnesium And Placebo21:31 Using Wearables26:23 Traits And Injury Risk29:34 Nootropics And Brain Boosts35:58 Quality Control And Safety38:34 Budget Personalisation Basics42:15 Future Of Health Data45:32 Closing Thoughts And LinksAbout the PodcastFor more expert-led conversations delivering evidence-based strategies to help you perform, recover, and adapt in high-pressure environments, check out our website https://www.ophp.co.uk/Hosted by Human Performance specialist, researcher, and educator Dr Martin I. You built your own business to escape the grind — so why does it feel exactly the same?In this episode, Alison shares the overwhelm-free framework helping wellness practitioners replace their clinic income online without burning out, burning down their practice, or sacrificing more time with their family. At 38, Alison was lying on her couch in San Diego, completely unable to move. A full day in the clinic, back-to-back yoga classes, a weekend teacher training ahead — and her two-year-old daughter looked up at her and said "Mommy, I miss you" while she was standing right there. That was the moment everything had to change. You can't grind your way out of a business model that's built to consume your body. But you can build something entirely different. Alison teaches the exact 3-layer framework — Asset, Mechanism, Mirror — that's helping her clients hit $14K/month without sending a single email in 30 days, drop their hours while crossing six figures, and sign new clients in minimal but focused work hours. No hustle. No grind. No burning down your clinic. If you're a physical therapist, yoga teacher, chiropractor, acupuncturist, massage therapist, or holistic health practitioner whose body and life have been keeping score — it's time your business did too. What you'll learn in this episode:Real client results: $14K months, six figures crossed, and new clients signed in minimal hoursThe burnout moment that forced Alison to rebuild her entire business modelWhy the traditional wellness practitioner model is broken — and it's not your faultThe 3-layer framework explained: Asset (what you build once that sells for you), Mechanism (the repeatable system that signs clients), and Mirror (how your content reflects the transformation buyers need to see)How to apply Asset, Mechanism, Mirror on social media starting this weekWhy "working harder" makes the body-as-business problem worse — and what to do insteadWho this episode is for:Licensed wellness practitioners — PTs, DPTs, yoga teachers, chiropractors, acupuncturists, massage therapists, holistic health practitioners — who are skilled at what they do but stuck in an outdated business model that's costing them their body, their family time, and their income ceiling.Resources & Next Steps:FREE LIVE TRAINING –  Replace Your In-Person Clinic Salary: Earn 100k From Home With an Online Wellness Program – June 2nd, 10am PST: https://100k-blueprint.pages.ontraport.net/work-from-homeFollow me on Instagram →  igniteyourwellnessbusinessReady to work with me? (This podcast was previously published on April 6, 2022)   Jesus Ministries, Joan Boney  ...   Is anything too hard for the God who made the heavens and the earth?   My faith in God soars each time I remember this!   And if I pray according to the will of God, that prayer will be answered by God.   I John 5:14-15  And this is the confidence that we have in HIM, that, if we ask any thing according to HIS will, HE heareth us:  And if we know that HE hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of HIM.   It is so easy for the elect of God, for God has given to each of the elect HIS Spirit to live inside each of the elect of God.   I Corinthians 3:16  Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?   It is not that we "try" to be godly.  We are godly because the Spirit of God lives in us.  And we follow HIM, doing godly things.   The Spirit who lives in us is the Spirit of Truth, The Comforter.  HE will guide us into all truth.   HE will teach us all things.  HE will remind us of all that Jesus has said.  HE will show us things to come.   John 14:26  Jesus says:  But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in MY name, HE shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.   John 16:13   Howbeit when HE, the Spirit of truth, is come, HE will guide you into all truth: for HE  shall not speak of Himself; but whatsoever HE shall hear (from God), that shall HE speak: and HE will shew you things to come.   The Holy Spirit who lives inside of each of us who are the elect of God, searches the heart of God to reveal to us the will of God in the specific issues of this present life so we can go in the way of God in that matter.   I Corinthians 2:9-13   But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love HIM.  But God hath revealed them unto us by HIS Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.   11 For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.   12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.   13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.   Jesus says to us:   John 10:10  The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.   When we follow HIM, doing what HE says, things are even more abundant for us than we had planned for ourselves!   Examples on this Podcast:

You are posting too vague. In this episode, Dr. Alison McLean breaks down the exact 3-ingredient content framework she teaches her private clients — the same framework that helped one practitioner gain nearly 100 new followers overnight from a single reel, and another sell out her online series with 21 paying clients. No viral moments. No 9-posts-a-day grind. No being glued to your phone. The truth is, you don't need to post more. You need messaging so specific that the right person stops scrolling and thinks, "How did she know that? That's literally me."In this episode, you'll learn:Why niching down is actually keeping you invisible (and what to do instead)The 3-ingredient framework — identifier + emotion + specific moment in time — that turns scroll-stoppers into booked consultationsHow one of Alison's clients gained ~100 followers overnight from a single reel without going viralHow another practitioner sold out her online series with 21 paying clients using this exact approachHow to turn 200 views into real conversations and booked callsThe 20-minute daily DM rhythm that converts followers into consultations — without being chronically onlineWhy hyper-specific messaging beats a "perfect niche" every single timeIf you've been told to "just post more" or "niche harder" and it's still not working, this episode hands you the framework to fix the real problem: your content isn't specific enough to be recognizable.Listen now and implement the framework today.

Loud enough to make you wonder if wanting more makes you a bad mom, a bad partner, a bad person for even thinking about building something for yourself. If you're a physical therapist, yoga teacher, massage therapist, acupuncturist, or licensed wellness practitioner trying to build an online program while raising a family, this episode is the permission slip and the strategy you've been waiting for.In this deeply personal follow-up, I share the story of my late brother and why building a sustainable, freedom-based wellness business isn't selfish — it's the most important decision you can make for the people you love. We're flipping the guilt narrative on its head and giving you a real plan to stop waiting for "the right time" and start building the online program that finally gives you your time back — for good. What you'll learn in this episode:Why summer guilt is actually a sign you're on the right path (not the wrong one)The mindset shift that turns "building my business" into the most loving family decision you can makeHow to start imperfectly: the one-cohort, one-workshop, three-module model that actually worksThe freedom-first design framework: build the life first, then build the offer that funds itWhy the work you do now means dramatically less working laterThe personal story behind why I refuse to wait — and why you can't afford to eitherThis episode is for you if:You listened to last week's episode on protecting summer revenue and you're ready to go deeperYou're a licensed wellness practitioner trying to transition from in-person to onlineYou're juggling kids at home, a packed clinic schedule, and the dream of more freedomYou feel guilty every time you sit down to work on your businessYou keep telling yourself you'll start "when summer's over" or "when the kids are back in school"You're tired of trading your body for income and know there has to be a better wayFollow me on Instagram →  igniteyourwellnessbusinessReady to work with me? From Disney Channel golden boy to Hollywood's most chaotic wild card, the rise, fall, and relentless reinvention of Shia LaBeouf is a story Hollywood wishes it could keep quiet. In this Exposed:Original episode, Jim Chapman dives deep into the unbelievable story of Shia LaBeouf — the only child of a heroin-addicted clown father and a struggling Jewish artist mother who grew up broke in Echo Park, witnessed unimaginable trauma at home, and clawed his way out by doing stand-up at age ten just to eat. By 14 he was Louis Stevens on Even Stevens, snagging a Daytime Emmy. Then came Holes, the Transformers empire, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, and blockbuster money most kids could only dream of.But the higher he climbed, the harder the crash. Multiple arrests for public meltdowns — a $10 million abuse lawsuit from FKA Twigs (later dropped), the on-again-off-again marriage to Mia Goth that produced a daughter before quietly ending in 2025. And then… New Orleans Mardi Gras 2026….Timestamps03:09 Early Chaos and Street Performances10:44 Rise to Fame and Early Success13:02 Teenage Stardom and Relationships14:36 First Arrests and Consequences17:27 Major Success and Personal Struggles29:33 Turbulent Relationships and Public Incidents32:06 Lawsuit and Public Outcry47:02 Blacklisted48:08 2026 New Orleans Mardi Gras#shialabeouf #neworleans #mardigras #arrest #hollywood #podcastFor commercial free early releases, bonus episodes and more! https://www.patreon.com/exposedpodcastfilesBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/exposed-scandalous-files-of-the-elite--6073723/support.

If you've been dreaming of waking up to sales notifications while you sleep, this episode is your reality check — and your roadmap. The idea of passive income is everywhere in the online business world, and wellness practitioners are especially drawn to it after years of trading time for money in the clinic. But here's what nobody tells you: online courses are not passive. And if you go in expecting them to be, you'll build something that disappoints you, underserves your clients, and quietly drains what's left of your energy. In this episode, Alison breaks down the passive income myth so you can stop chasing a fantasy and start building something real — a sustainable online offer that actually works for your life, your clients, and your revenue goals. In this episode:Why the passive income promise is misleading — and what online courses actually require from youThe false choice between "selling a course" and "working with clients" (and why you're working with people either way)What your clients are really paying for — outcomes and support, not just curriculumHow building from burnout creates offers that are hard to sell and harder to deliverA breakdown of course format options: self-paced, memberships, group programs, and hybridsHow to heal your relationship with one-to-one work so your next offer comes from clarity, not escapeThe right questions to ask before you build — around your capacity, audience size, and income goalsThe bottom line: passive income is possible, but it's the result of strategic, intentional work — not a shortcut around it. The practitioners who build sustainable online revenue aren't the ones who went fully hands-off. They're the ones who designed offers that fit their actual lives. If you're ready to stop guessing and start building an online practice with a real foundation, this episode is where it starts.Important Links:Follow me on Instagram →  igniteyourwellnessbusinessReady to work with me?
