70's Sci-Fi at it's finest. 1999 as imagined during the 70's. What could be better? Huge sideburns, comb overs, the many mustaches, and the tight, tight male trousers!
When a retired judge offers to take in an ex-con, the two get involved in all sorts of adventures mostly involving a very indiscreet bright red "street car" which the judge owns but no longer drives himself. Made during the 80's, it's got a great theme tune and some not bad stunts. Story, schmory, this was a teatime family show in the same vain as other shows of the era. But as it happens, it's still pretty watchable.

Dove, Jimmy Dove, bomb squad expert and lead member of an 'elite' unit is being toyed with by an old nemesis from his past who is killing off his team using explosive devices. Jimmy tries to keep his secret past from surfacing while trying to save his new wife and daughter from danger and prevent any more of his team members from being killed.
The boys dig deep for their 100th episode and instead of coming out with a hand full of dung they pull out a diamond as they review Flash Gordon. Sure the film may have been named after a guy that's not even the hero of the piece and sure they may get interrupted by Johns Cream Machine but hey it's Flash Gordon and considering the dreck they've watched over the last 100 episodes this ones great!
