Stále ich však oficiálne nezverejnila. Známe je len to, že ich má byť 54 a vláda ich má predstaviť na budúci týždeň aj v paragrafovom znení. Prvých osem opatrení rieši pomoc firmám s cenami energií, ďalších päť upravuje trh práce, desať zasiahne do oblasti daňovo-odvodovej politiky a tridsaťjeden chce zlepšiť podnikateľské prostredie. Podľa prezidentky KOZ SR Moniky Uhlerovej sú to zatiaľ len kozmetické úpravy bez výraznejšieho potenciálu naštartovať ekonomiku. Okrem toho dodáva, že balík prorastových opatrení zaváňa Sulíkovským kilečkom. „Sú tam rôzne návrhy na dereguláciu BOZP, kde naozaj neviem, o čom sa bavíme.“ Podobne je to aj pri pôvodnom návrhu skrátiť obedovú prestávku na 15 minút. „Tento návrh už v tom novšom balíku nie je, ale mám z toho pocit, akoby od začiatku mal len vytvárať dymovú clonu, aby sme sa bavili o tomto nezmysle a nevšímali si iné, podstatné veci,“ hovorí šéfka odborárov. Vláda v prvom balíku prorastových opatrení zrejme nepredstaví žiadne očakávané zníženie daní a odvodov. „Je tam len zavedenie tzv. príjmového testu v súvislosti s platením poistného SZČO. Povinnosť im vznikne, ak ich príjem presiahne 10,5 násobok životného minima.“ Pre odborárov je zásadné nastavenie životného minima, čo má vláda aj v programovom vyhlásení vlády. „Podľa nás by malo byť previazané s ukazovateľmi práce, ako je napríklad minimálna mzda a zmeniť tiež treba valorizačný mechanizmus,“ približuje Uhlerová. Koncom júna si odborári budú voliť nové vedenie a Monika Uhlerová má vyzývateľa v podobe europoslanca za stranu Hlas Branislava Ondruša. Kvôli možnosti uchádzať sa o post prezidenta KOZ už vystúpil z Hlasu, ale chce si nechať mandát europoslanca. Podľa Uhlerovej je v poriadku, že má vyzývateľa. „Som zástanca súťaže ideí. Lenže Branislav Ondruš je politik, a to mi príde neštandardné,“ komentuje jeho kandidatúru. Ondruš vstúpil do odborov len nedávno a naďalej chce zostať aj aktívnym politikom v Európskom parlamente. Uhlerová dodáva, že odbory majú byť nezávislé od akejkoľvek moci, vlády, či politickej strany. Majú zastupovať len záujmy pracujúcich a majú byť aj zdravou ľavicovou kritikou vlády. „Nie som fanúšičkou politiky kabinetného vybavovačstva. Odborári nemajú čo chodiť šúchať kľučky na ministerstvá a niečo vybavovať,“ dodáva šéfka KOZ. Rozhovor moderuje Eva Mihočková. S úspechmi reprezentuje Slovensko aj napriek tomu, že má iba osem rokov. O Matiasovi Balážovi s číslom 26 píšu slovenské médiá iba zopár rokov a zatiaľ jeho sa jeho kariéra vyvíja sľubne. Mladý talent dokazuje svoj talent a ochotu učiť sa na motoristických okruhoch, na ktorých jazdí na motocykli už od štyroch rokov. Príprava na sezónu je na Slovensku komplikovaná V štyroch rokoch začínal na malom pretekárskom motocykli PW-50, prvý raz pretekal v piatich a ako osemročný dnes jazdí na silnejšej Ohvale 110 s manuálnou prevodovkou. Mieni však prejsť na výkonnejšie stroje, čo nám Matias potvrdil vo svojom prvom štúdiovom rozhovore. Matiasova príprava na sezónu zahŕňa aj atletiku, futbal či bicyklovanie. Ale reálnu prípravu, teda jazdenie na motorke, na Slovensku v zimnom období značne komplikuje počasie. Zimné obdobie motoristickému športu vôbec nepraje, a preto musi otec, manažér a tréner Michal Balaž aktívne nachádzať finančné prostriedky na prípravu doma. Ročne ide o desiatky tisíc eur aj napriek tomu, že ide o juniorský motoristický šport.Pohľad do zákulisia tréningov Matiasov otec sprostredkováva prostredníctvom instagramového účtu matias_no.26 a tiež profilu na Facebooku Matias Baláž #26. Nehody? Stávajú sa, v Taliansku havaroval v 90 km/h.Nezainteresovaným sa môže zdať, že je to hazard so zdravím dieťaťa, avšak práve dôsledná profesionálna príprava je to, ako zraneniam predchádzať. Napriek tomu Matias aj Michal v rozhovore priznávajú, že k pádom v motoristickom športe dochádza, a tiež k menším zraneniam.Matias spomína na udalosť z talianskeho motoristického okruhu, keď spadol z motocykla v rýchlosti 90 km/h a značný čas si jeho pád nikto nevšimol. Napriek tejto skúsenosti, ktorej súčasťou bol aj prvotný šok, na pretekanie nezanevrel.Našli by sa pritom aj ďalšie dôvody na stratu motivácie, napríklad neoprávnenú diskvalifikáciu v maďarských pretekoch, ktorú napriek uznaniu autoritami nebolo možné anulovať. Ministerstvo športu, sponzori aj crowdfunding„Na ministerstvo športu sa zniesla kritika, ale pre nás športovcov má význam,“ konštatuje Michal Baláž po otázke moderátora Erika Stríza z Autobazar.EU o tom, ako získava financie na podporu mladého talentu. O zníženie časti nákladov sa doteraz staral tím Maco Racing Junior Team, však od neho sa Matias tento rok osamostatnil a našiel si novú „stajňu“. Prvý raz bude pod novým tímom jazdiť až v Taliansku budúci rok.Momentálne sa na prípravu Balážovci snažia získať prostriedky prostredníctvom kampane na crowdfundingovej platforme Donio, majú za cieľ vyzbierať 5 000 € na sústredenie v Španielsku.V rozhovore s Balážovcami sa moderátor pýta aj na to, či chlapec počas sezóny chodí do školy, či hráva pretekárske hry pod zámienkou trénovania a mladý športovec vskutku prekvapivými odpoveďami dokazuje svoju odhodlanosť a technickú zdatnosť. In this episode, Simon takes advantage of Anita's absence to indulge his favourite topic: trusts and divorce.Simon is joined by three leading experts in the field:Emma Hargreaves  is a barrister at Serle Court chambers, specialising in contentious trust litigation.Abby Buckland is a partner in the family team at Kingsley Napley and was part of the team who were successful in an argument that a trust was a sham in Michael v Michael.Louise Woolrich is a partner at Carey Olsen in Jersey, specialising in trust litigation.We start by going back to basics and exploring what is a trust, and by getting to know the cast of characters who appear in any case involving trusts: the settlor, the trustee, the beneficiary and the protector. We answer the question “what is an offshore trust, and should we always be suspicious of them?”.We then travel through the various stages of a case involving trusts from disclosure to enforcement. We consider trusts as resources and nuptial settlements and discuss whether trustees should be joined to proceedings and, if they are, whether they should submit to the jurisdiction. We discuss how trustees can be involved in without prejudice negotiations and FDRs in order to try and bring about settlement. Finally, we look at how to get orders enforced, in England and offshore.We look at each aspect from the perspective of the beneficiary spouse, the non-beneficiary spouse and the trustee. Prof. Prest discusses Blackstone's formative years in mid-18th-century London and at Pembroke College, Oxford, where a classical education, Enlightenment thought, and legal scholarship shaped his intellectual path. He describes Blackstone's early legal and academic career, including his role as the first Vinerian Professor of English Law and author of An Analysis of the Laws of England. Prest explores how Blackstone's Commentaries on the Laws of England brought clarity and coherence to England's centuries old legal tradition, drawing from foundational documents like Magna Carta and formative figures such as Bracton, Fortescue, and Coke. He examines the Commentaries' lasting impact on American Founding Fathers, including both admirers like Alexander Hamilton and Chief Justice John Marshall and critics like Thomas Jefferson. Prest concludes with reflections on Blackstone's enduring legacy in promoting the rule of law and legal education worldwide. In closing, Prof. Prest reads a passage from his book, William Blackstone: Law and Letters in the Eighteenth Century.
