Welcome back everyone. I hope you’re all doing well today. We’re going to talk about something that has been weighing heavy on my mind for quite a while. Actually, I really started thinking more about it, a few years ago when the political situation in the country got so heated. It made me really question some things that I believed. And now it’s something I’m seeing even more with some of the things that have been going on in the world with the Coronavirus, with the tragic death of George Floyd, with the political unrest that we’re dealing with once again with the new elections coming. So I just want to share my thoughts and share some of the things that I had to question myself about.Everyone has a right to choose how they want to believe. No one’s belief is better than someone else’s. It’s just simply their belief.Are you changing anyone’s mind when you get nasty with them and call them names and put them down because their beliefs are different than yours?Are you educating them? Are you sharing your point of view or are you trying to cram it down their throat because you believe you’re right? Who are you convincing with those actions?Instead of judging someone because of how they believe or their opinion on something, why not get curious? Regardless of what is keeping you stuck today: fear limiting beliefs fixed mindset doubt depression negativity These things all come from our beliefs. The belief we have created in our minds by the circumstances that occurred in our past and the meaning we have placed on them. How you get rid of things that are keeping you stuck today: Awareness and Understanding Become aware of them. Become aware of the results you are having now. What is keeping you stuck? Understand what beliefs you have around this particular result. What circumstances from your past have created this belief? What lessons can you learn from this circumstance? Are you holding onto something you need to let go of? Express how you feel. Talk to someone. Start journaling. Are the feelings you're feeling, and the thoughts creating these feelings serving you? Are they producing the results you want in your life? Where is your focus? Is your focus on the past or on today?

Things I've noticed and observed about those around me and about myself. How you feel about yourself is a direct reflection of the thoughts you have about yourself. Where in your life do you feel broken? Many circumstances in life can cause a feeling of being broken. A feeling of being unfixable. A feeling that something is wrong with you. What things will you regret if you don't take action? Join me today as we discuss how to live a life without regrets. It's never too late to take action unless you're dead. Why we put things off. Seems too difficult because we don't have enough information. Start with what you do know. Learn what you don't know. When setting your goals this year, add in some of those things that will cause regret if you don't take action. Whether it works out or not you made the attempt, you took action. You will have no regrets. Don't live a life of regret. Everyday is a new opportunity to propel your life forward. Everyday is a new opportunity to take action.
How much time do you spend thinking about all of the things you wished you had in a partner? Stop critiquing your partner. Start critiquing yourself. What energy are you bringing to the relationship? Does your partner even know what your expectations are? Do they know what you need from them? What does your partner need from you? Have you ever asked? Are you the same person your partner fell in love with? Put your focus on how you can be the type of partner you would like to have and start being that partner. Focusing on all of the things you're unhappy with in a relationship will only breed more unhappiness. Focus on how you can add to your relationship and your partner will respond. What are you known for right now? A key component of self awareness is evaluating who you are right now and deciding if you're happy with who you are and how you show up for others. How you show up for those you have a relationship with is different than casual acquaintances. Determine both the positive and negative impact you have on those around you. Decide which character traits you want to keep and which you want to add to who you are. Create rules to help you create habits. Start being. How often do I praise, compliment, and show appreciation to others? I've got to call us all out on this one and say... For some of us - not often enough. And for some - not at all. How do you feel when someone praises, compliments, or shows you appreciation? We're so wrapped up in our own lives and problems we don't even notice the needs of others around us.
