Erick Zamora kicks off the third hour with the Des Moines Register's Tommy Birch to break down the NLCS, the ALCS and what kind of an offseason we're looking at for MLB. Then the Des Moines Buccaneers' head coach Matt Curley joins the program to talk about the Bucs 5-0 perfect start to the season. To end the show Zamora gives his thoughts on tonight's Thursday Night Football game with Denver at Cleveland.

On a Thirsty Thursday Chris gets into the 4 at 4 including big conference realignment news out of the American Conference before he heads up to Ames to go see Ron White, but not before giving the BetRivers Parlay. Then Erick Zamora interviews Iowa Wild Head Coach Tim Army ahead of their home opener tomorrow vs. the Rockford IceHogs.

On a Thirsty Thursday Chris Williams and Erick Zamora talk a little ISU vs OSU and then quickly get into their teams as the Braves lead the Dodgers 3-1 in the NLCS and they both agree Los Angeles seems to be running on fumes. Then Coastal Carolina losing causes that storyline to disappear and while Williams is disappointed, Zamora questions if most casual sports fans even care. Then Eric Heft from Cyclone Radio Network joins to preview the Cyclones game vs Oklahoma State and touch on ISU's basketball squad.

Williams kicks off the hour discussing Iowa Wolves, minor league sports in Des Moines and breaks down sports demographics and explains that while football is king, basketball and hockey have wonderful demographics these days. Then Michael Admire joins to talk Drake basketball as we learn that this is the first time ever the Bulldogs are the MVC preseason favorites.

The second hour kicks off with Scott Bush from Foundry and Bruno in studio to talk alcohol, how beer becomes whiskey and mead. Then Chris gives his BetRivers parlay of the day, Drew from WDM shares how he keeps beating other callers to call in and Williams and Zamora talk Braves/Dodgers some more. Then Head Coach of the Iowa Wolves Jeff Newton joins the program to talk about his career path and the exciting team Iowa will have on the court at Wells Fargo Arena this year.

Chris Williams starts the show off conceding the NLCS to Zamora's Dodgers despite being up two games to one and Zamora and Andrew Downs call him out for it. Then after explaining why he should be "All In" the guys all discuss umpiring and wonder what the issue is. Then the Tennessee fans' awful behavior has lead to a crazy story including broadcasters calling one another out and threatening to fight colleagues. Dave Bartoo then joins the program from College Football Matrix to talk college football, shares a crazy skill/talent he has and drops the phrase "bit by a unicorn mosquito" on a Big 12 squad.

Chris kicks off the 5 o'clock hour forgoing the Quick Hits segment to explain why Ed Orgeron being let go by LSU leaves a way better job than people think and how some guys in "good jobs" now might or should be looking at moving on to LSU. Then we listen in to highlights from Matt Campbell's Iowa State football press conference. To end the show Zamora gives an update and explanation as to how the NLCS game flipped and a BetRivers Parlay.

Chris sprints through the 4 at 4 to start the hour before being joined by Pete Mundo to talk about Big 12 football. Then on the day the NBA season gets under way Jared Stansbury chats with Chris about the drama in Philadelphia, a season preview, and the best values to bet on in NBA futures.

Then along with Andrew Downs the three of the discuss the NBA season getting underway and the drama with Ben Simmons in Philadelphia, along with the Lakers' situation. To end the hour the guys discuss this topic: who's the best football player you've ever seen play?

Erick Zamora starts off the fourth hour talking about how impressive Kirk Cousins has been, at least by the numbers. Then the Des Moines Buccaneers are the hottest team in the state and Z breaks down just how much they've been putting the puck in the back of the net. To finish the program he talks about why his LA Dodgers are down 2-0 to Atlanta.

The third hour starts off with Chris talking about a new segment with the Iowa Wolves, the NBA starting and big news on Dicky V. Then he gets into Quick Hits which includes Brock Purdy grading out highest for ISU and the question "Can a guy win the Heisman Trophy if he only plays half the games?" gets asked in a very real scenario, which includes betting odds. After the BetRivers Parlay is given out Tommy Birch joins to chat MLB playoffs. To end the hour Zamora brings up the crazy reason Evander Kane just got a 21 game suspension from the NHL.

Andrew Downs sits in for Ross and alongside Chris Williams they talk about Iowa getting beaten badly by Purdue, what happened and AD with a bone to pick with Chris. Then they discuss how great Brock and Breece were, getting the Manhattan monkey off ISU's back and setting up a monster game for the race for the Big 12 Championship. Then to end the hour Chris is drinking way too much water and he explains why and what to do going forward.

The Des Moines Register's Cody Goodwin and Ross Peterson Break Down Tonight's High School Football Matchups

College football leads off the 4:00 hour but it doesn't take long for the guys to also delve into the MLB Playoffs with the ALCS starting tonight and Williams' Braves taking on Zamora's Dodgers in the NLCS tomorrow night. After giving a shoutout to Nicholas Bassett Ross is enthralled with Big Ten Field Hockey as #1 Iowa goes to overtime and then a shootout vs #2 Michigan. Then Chris gives his Centurion Stone LOCKS, Ross has some Roulette with the Balloon World Cup and a familiar voice calls in for the BetRivers Parlay.

Chris Williams misses the first portion of the show and Scott Siepker helps fill in along with Erick Zamora as they chat with Ross Peterson about the exciting game and series that was Giants/Dodgers and that controversial call to end the game that could have and maybe should have been called a check swing. That gets into a discussion about replay, robot umpires, framing pitches and stars getting star treatment and calls. Then Chris Williams joins the program and they chat college football to end the hour.

Chris then hates on Thursday Night Football and the death of great college games on Thursdays, they talk all sports on tonight, Kyrie Irving being a pain in the ass and In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida in Chris' Quick Hits, which turns into a Long Hit. The guys also talk drinking at taprooms, controversy in Saved by the Bell, they give out the BetRivers parlay and some hot WNBA takes. Then during Ross' Roulette we take a look at the odds of candidates as the next Las Vegas Raiders head coach.

The guys kick off the second hour discussing tonight's decisive Game 5 of the NLDS with Andrew Down's Giants hosting Erick Zamora's evil Dodgers. That leads Chris into a rant about what's wrong with Major League Baseball and spoiler alert: it's money and the rich getting richer. The guys also talk about yelling at players and refs, yelling at the red hat guy and Zamora explaining what the hockey version is of the red hat guy. They also get into promos, the Barenaked Ladies, and the Buccaneers at Eagles.

On a Thirsty Thursday from Ken's Not So Secret Speakeasy the guys kick off the show talking about James Franklin, we hear the audio of him clapping back at Kirk Ferentz, and whether or not Penn State was faking injuries. They also chat with Bruno and John from Confluence and end the hour taking calls on Scubagate.

Emery Songer hosts Keeping Pace powered by the IMT Des Moines Marathon and is joined by Race Director Chris Burch to break down the race route and what people can expect during the weekend. He checks in once again with Race Announcer Carissa Galloway. Finally, he gets some more information about Children's Cancer Connection from Christina McCleary ahead of the big weekend.

The guys get into more college football and take some calls before getting to recapping their last night's BetRivers Parlay win and provide some great WNBA analysis, including why the Connecticut Sun have their nickname. Then they get into the Jon Gruden situation and how Randy Moss broke down on the air before he challenged Jason Whitlock to a fight when Whitlock implied there's a time and place for that emotion. Then Purdue beat writer for the Journal & Courier in Lafayette talks about the Boilermakers' football squad ahead of their matchup with the Hawkeyes.

In the Four at Four the guys kick off the second hour with Ross contemplating which game he would choose the Hawkeyes to lose if they had to lose a regular season game and audio on Ferentz talking about teams that intentionally fake injuries using code words "Scuba" and "Turtle." Callers also check in with more thoughts on Iowa including some Hawkeye fans who still have plenty to pick apart with this team. To end the hour Chris talks about Demi Lovato's thoughts on aliens and how we shouldn't use derogatory names like that, instead calling them extra terrestrials.

The guys on a Honky-Tonk Tuesday start the show off talking about the Chicago White Sox on the verge of elimination being down early against the Astros in Game 4. They also chat about how this Dodgers/Giants series isn't only the best two teams in baseball, it might be an all-time series. Then Dave Bartoo from College Football Matrix joins the show to talk college football, get his thoughts on who'll be in the College Football Playoff and even go off topic discussing elk, flowers and gummies.

Erick Zamora discusses two rules, one playoff format and one regular season, that MLB may be changing very soon. Then he throws in both remaining MLB games tonight and the Monday Night Football game in the BetRivers Parlay. To end the program he talks about how the Kansas City Chiefs may very likely miss the playoffs this season.

The guys kick off the second hour taking a look at the latest out of the MLB Playoffs including a game that just went final and a preview of the Giants - Dodgers game, with Chris making the case that the Dodgers are basically Satan. They talk more about the Hawkeyes top 5 victory over Penn State and take a lot of calls, including whether the Nittany Lions were faking injuries. To end the hour they listened back to how Chris did on his Centurion Stone LOCKS segment.

The guys kick off the show talking about the historic day that Iowa State had on Saturday vs Penn State. They also look heavily at the rest of college football and how Iowa State's Top 5 victory helps shape out the College Football Playoff Picture. Then in almost a Ross' Roulette-ish segment, the guys chat fireworks and a Jan Michaelson story about Pete Rose. To end the show Chris and Ross recap last night's MLB Wild Card game and what the center of the field, court, diamond is called in each sport.

Ray Cole and Rob Gray stay in studio for hour two to chat about their book "Hangin' with Winners" and talk about life, great interviews like Diane Sawyer and a little conference realignment. Then Audrey Snyder from The Athletic to talk about Penn State ahead of their game Saturday vs. Iowa.

The guys start the show off trying to find the White Sox - Astros game on TV and keep the audience up to date throughout the hour before getting into last night's National League Wild Card game and putting it in perspective. They also chat Yadier Molina and Adam Wainwright, if they're Hall of Famers, and look back at the trade that sent Wainwright to the Cardinals from the Braves. Then Ray Cole and Rob Gray join the show in studio to discuss their book "Hangin' with Winnners."

In the second hour of the program the guys discuss the Urban Meyer situation as it seems like he's lost the Jaguars' room as well as making mistakes. They get more into baseball playoffs and college football as well. Then a caller brings up a situation at Saydell High School with the football coach being placed on administrative leave.

Then Nate Teut from the Des Moines Buccaneers joins to preview the Bucs hosting Waterloo and talk MLB and playoffs.

Erick Zamora kicks off the four hour chatting with voice of the Waterloo Black Hawks Tim Harwood to talk about his thoughts on what he's seen out of the Des Moines Buccaneers and talk about the Black Hawks before Waterloo and Des Moines play at Buccaneer Arena this Saturday. Then Zamora gives his thoughts on this past week in the NFL. To end the hour he talks about the MLB Wild Card games.

We take a listen to Chris' Centurion Stone LOCKS Recap, and despite him taking it on the chin, its still a great recap. The guys get into more college football and roll out a new giveaway that will be going on all week. The guys recap the weekend which saw Iowa destroying Maryland and whether or not this team is better than the 2015 team. They also talk about Iowa State getting a "Get Right" game vs Kansas ahead of their bye week. Then The guys also discuss a lot of college football including Oregon losing, Clemson dropping out of the polls, Michigan thumping Wisconsin and Nebraska killing Northwestern.

The guys welcome in Bruno who talks beer, whiskey and specifically Yuengling beer and when it will come to Iowa, as well as a big prank he pulled on Ross on the fishing trip that reminds Chris of Dumb & Dumber. Chris gives his Centurion Stone LOCKS segment including one game with two locks and multiple Big Ten and Big 12 games. To wrap up the hour the guys give the BetRivers Parlay which has FIVE games.
