Puncheurs delight at the Tour of Poland this year with fewer stages for the pure sprinters, the GC will be contested mainly on stage 4 which has a mountainous finish and on the stage 6 TT.Pre-race favourite Joao Almeida will go up against 2018 winner Michal Kwiatkowski. INEOS Grenadiers bring a strong squad for GC whereas other teams also bring a sprinter, the main sprinters being Pascal Ackermann, Fernando Gaviria and Alvaro Hodeg.

Recently, Patrick Lefevre has been talking badly about Sam Bennett and his likely move back to Bora Hansgrohe. So who could replace Bennett? We go through all the options and then choose who we think would be the best fit in the squad.

After the excitement of Le Tour de France and the Olympics, we head to Spain for the classic Basque race. This is usually won by a solo rider or from a reduced sprint, this is why the likes of Julian Alaphilippe are the favourites to win. Steep gradients characterise this race, the last climb finishing with around 10 kilometres to finish. Who do we predict will win? With Wout van Aert as the big favourite for the race, can anyone beat him?  Pogacar and Roglic line up for Slovenia which will make the other riders worried considering they're the best riders in the peloton.Outsiders like: Mollema, Almeida, Yates, Lutsenko, Gaudu etc will hope to attack early and perhaps solo to victory. Not many will want a reduced bunch sprint except Wout, Schachmann and maybe Valverde.We discuss the route, the weather and the tactics that we could see on Saturday. We each give our predicted winner too so we can look like geniuses when they win ;) ;)

The 2021 Tour de France was won by a gap of almost 6 minutes! This has lead to questions of the legitimacy of Pogacar's  performance and whether there has been any doping involved.We wanted to talk about this and explain why we think Pogacar isn't doping, but is in fact just an exceptional athlete. Alongside this we discuss why him doing so well has possibly covered up more suspicious activity that may have gone unnoticed.

It's the final week of this grand tour and Egan Bernal leads by over 2 minutes to Damiano Caruso. Hugh Carthy moved up to 3rd place after a brutal stage 16 where the weather prevented us from seeing most of the finale. Stage 17 has a steep mountain finish that could see Bernal winning his 3rd stage. Can anyone stop him? That's what we talk about.

With Paris Roubaix cancelled, we're seeing some of the worlds best riders come to this Ardennes build-up race. We've got the likes of Wout Van Aert coming here who is prepping for Amstel Gold Race at the weekend.This race has plenty of short cobbled climbs, not to the extent of Flanders, but enough to attack on. It's hard to believe that they're almost over, but this will be a race you want to watch. There are so many good riders here that it's difficult to keep track. Flanders Week continues with Gent Wevelgem which is known for being a sprinters race but also for having brutal eshelons.This year looks set for plenty of wind, so strap in and get ready for a hard stint on the sofa.

I'm flying solo today with an incredibly bold prediction as to who will win this race. I break my prediction down at the end to tell you exactly how it will happen.Before that I break down the parcours and the main contestants for the win, but I don't cover the weather because I couldn't find it. Pas de probleme. 

We're already at the first rest day and that means we are looking at the week ahead and trying to see into our predicting crystal ball. The 1st week threw up some surprises (bidons at wheels etc) but the GC remains stagnant, it's unlikely this will change until the TT but some great opportunities for the likes of Sagan and Matthews this week.See you in Flanders  

An important race for the build-up to Flanders. Because Roubaix is officially cancelled, the main objective now is Flanders for all the classics specialists which means a lot of people with a lot of form. Commonly known as the sprinters classic, Gent Wevelgem is also known for it's strong winds which could come into play in the flat 25Km to the finish. So, who's looking good to take the win (other than MVDP and WVA)? This is it. The last week of Le Tour. Although it has been fantastic, this great race must come to an end and people must win the stages. That is why we're here, to tell you exactly who is going to win. This might be the last TDF content we do this year, but stay around for future podcats on the Giro, Vuelta and Worlds if you fancy it.

This is the biggest bike race there is and it's really close to starting. We had made it ladies and gentlemen, Le Tour de France is almost here and I'm very excited, hopefully you are too. The first UCI World Tour race is happening in just a few days and we are very excited. Strade Bianche was cancelled back in March but we finally get to watch it this weekend. It's a fantastic race and this is a complete preview of how we think the race will unfold. We cover all the teams and favourites for the win alongside some different scenarios that you could see happen. And what would a preview be without predictions, at the end, Cam and I will tell you our favourite and an underdog pick. Let's get this season restarted! 

Chris Froome is going to Israel Start-Up Nation, the news has shaken the cycling world as we know it. The real question is what do INEOS do with the extra money? Some suggest signing another big rider, others think they should focus on developing young riders. I will talk about my idea: create a women's team or an under 23 team. These are cheaper to run and will be much better for the popularity of INEOS who seem to poach talent from other teams. 

Transfers are coming! There is plenty of uncertainty in the world of cycling at the moment, with plenty of riders out of contract at the end of the year. Lots of these riders are BIG NAMES - who you wouldn't expect to be in danger. To fill the time up to the start of racing in a few weeks, Cam and I will be discussing the top riders who are out of contract and if they will move team. Today we talk about the top 10.

Welcome to another episode of 'If I was the DS'. This is probably one of the last episodes of this series before we start getting into race previews later this month, if you could let me know how you think this series was by leaving a review I would be very thankful :)Anyway, today, Team Sunweb released a video showing their riders for the Tour de France and Giro d'italia. I will be going through their selections and sharing my thoughts on how successful the team will be. Because the video didn't contain a Vuelta team I will be making one up on the fly so if you want to see me thinking on my feet give this episode a listen.The next team on the series isn't decided, it will likely be on a team that releases their roster in the coming days. 

Bora are the 2nd team to provide some confirmation of where riders are going this year, a very exciting Tour de France lineup with stars Sagan and Buchmann. We discuss their chances and what we expect will happen from this attacking team. Alongside this we will be filling in the Giro and Vuelta rosters with who we think would fit best. Tune in next week for the next team to be analysed.
