On this week's episode, Mike, Dan and Craig reflect on final day disappointment, as our European dream comes to end at Anfield following a 1-1 draw with Liverpool. Just not to be on the final day for Keith Andrews' Bees, despite an impressive second half performance, and despite other results going our way. Kevin Schade's equaliser, and a last-gasp header from Dango Ouattara left those inside Anfield dreaming of what could've been. We chat about falling just short on the final day, Jordan Henderson's prolonged substitution, the upcoming summer transfer window, and our End of Season Awards. James, Darragh and Rocco look back on Leeds United's first season back in the Premier League with the end of season awards. After finishing 14th on 47 points, eight clear of the drop, with an FA Cup semi-final run and a first league win at Old Trafford since 1981, Daniel Farke's side delivered a season nobody outside Elland Road saw coming. The lads hand out awards across eight categories - best match, team performance, individual performance, goal of the season, signing of the season, season low, surprise hero and player of the year - with plenty of disagreement along the way. Plus a tribute to Illan Meslier, shoutouts to the players who didn't make the shortlists, and a teaser of the summer transfer chat to come. We survived. Now we can finally laugh about it. The full Originals panel — Jim, DJ, Si, Stu and Johnny — sit down for the end-of-season awards: the most bizarre injuries (and Kulusevski's never-ending knock), the best and weirdest goals (Mickey Moore's Puskas, Solanke's scorpion), the takes that aged the worst, the moments we'll never forget, and five very different picks for player of the season. Then Stu walks us through the squad registration maths and what it forces us to do this summer — the priority signings, who has to go, and the one player who missed out on homegrown status by a single day. Plus: Andy Robertson incoming, the Perisic comparison, the Dougie Freedman question, and a Leicester reference at the end that you'll either love or have to actively try not to think about.
