    In this episode, I spoke to a panel of successful women in the fashion industry at Soho House Hong Kong to celebrate International Women's day 2023. The speakers include: Susanna Soo, founder of S.Nine, pivoted from an IT career to become a fashion designer and entrepreneur. She is known for her timeless, elegant, and minimalist designs. Rue Madame Fashion Group, founded by Ariane Zagury in 2008, specializes in introducing European fashion brands to Asia, with a focus on French fashion. The company operates multiple brands, including Rue Madame, Hobbs, American Vintage, Phase 8, and Sweaty Betty. Sarah Fung, founder of HULA, a pre-loved luxury retail platform. The concept store combines fashion, art, and lifestyle elements. She is committed to sustainability and hopes to change the way people view second-hand fashion. Lucie Petit, the founder of HK Model Camp, a modeling and personal development program for young women in Hong Kong. Petit started the program to help young women build their self-confidence, develop their skills, and gain exposure to the fashion industry.     In this episode, I had the pleasure of speaking with Dr. Ariel Thorpe, a Hong Kong-based chiropractor, health educator, and fitness instructor. Ariel is dedicated to providing holistic healthcare, utilizing chiropractic techniques and encouraging lifestyle adjustments. In addition to her chiropractic work, Ariel is also actively involved in delivering corporate health talks and promoting health education within the community. During this episode, Ariel and I explored various fascinating topics, including how she discovered her passion for chiropractic work and integrating her love for education into it. We also delved into the subject of corporate wellness programs, as well as Ariel's favorite topic of women's health, which included the advantages of understanding and utilizing the different phases of the menstrual cycle.
