Week 9 is in the books!The NFL took a weird turn at some point in the season and somehow the league is full of mediocre quarterbacks. There are a few exceptions out there, such as rookie Texans QB C.J. Stroud, who had a record-breaking game on Sunday. Josh Dobbs was an exception as well, coming over from Arizona on very short notice and then being required to play without knowing the playbook. We'll keep an eye out on that situation. The Eagles keep rolling along unimpressively, but somehow without losing games. It's hard to crown them the best team in the NFC, but it's also hard to argue with it. The 2022 regular season is in the books!The playoffs are now settled and we got a surprisingly good final week with a little bit of surprise and drama sprinkled in. Schif was unable to come on this week because he's away on business, so Champ Champ joined Jon to sort through all of the week 18 action. Regardless (cue the grapefruit), THE GEORGIA BULLDOGS ARE NATIONAL CHAMPIONS AGAIN!!! (and Schif won the Pigskin Pickem and Flip Em & Pick Em. Jon is feeling like his Dolphins don't belong in the playoffs and is dreading the certain defeating awaiting his Tua-less team on Sunday. Especially after the uninspiring offensive performance in the shit bowl known as Jets v Dolphins. Some teams deserved playoff spots, but didn't get in (Hi Lions and Steelers). Champ Champ doesn't think his Bucs deserved a spot, but he does think they can beat the Cowboys. The question of the day is: did the Falcons really beat Tom Brady for the first time ever? Technically they did, but technically they didn't. Lovie Smith went out with a big middle finger going to the crap pile that is the Houston Texans front office. He has since been fired, but not before ensuring through victory that the Houston Texans would not get the #1 draft pick on his watch. Congrats to the Bears for getting that pick.
