Have you ever given some old furniture a new coat of white paint? I love a good DIY project! In Psalm 51 we learn that we can get a new coat of white. Do you feel like you are carrying around a lot of guilt and shame? #momguilt is a thing for sure! Because sometimes I feel like that. In fact, I feel like that a lot. But in psalm 51 , we learned that when we take our sins to God, he will purify us and make us clean again. He will make us whiter than snow. God will turn his face from our sins and blot out our guilt. I need that. Don't you? Come get a dose of Hope this week and learn how you can get a new coat of white. Just like the armoire I painted today!

Ever feel like you are trying to force that relationship? Force that business? Force that parenting issue etc? There's a reason why forcing things doesn't work. Wouldn't it be SO much better if you could feel peace about that decision? Peace about what's been stressing you out? What IF you KNEW you were hearing from the Holy Spirit? Would you feel more peace then? Of course you would! Let's talk about hearing from the Holy Spirit, and why YOU don't have to force things.

Godly Excellence is more important than worldly success. As we step into 2022, thinking about goals and “ resolutions” we really need to be focussed on excellence versus success. Because excellence will feed your life, whereas success will only feed your worldly pride. And pride always comes before a fall. So what does it mean to go after excellence? It means to be spirit lead, and in the will of Gods purpose for your life. THAT is how you will be fulfilled. That is how you'll find true “success”. 2 Timothy 3:1-7 describes exactly what is going on when people look for worldly success instead of Godly excellence. We are being brought down the wrong path, constantly searching for knowledge and truth but never discovering it because they are looking in the wrong places. The only place we will find the truth is in the word of God (The bible which is God breathed - 2 Timothy 3:16), and that's where we should be seeking knowledge, wisdom, and mentorship from that we can truly build our lives on! This is one of the episodes that I had recorded and then didn't share before my little disappearance. I decided to share it anyway. If you've been out Christmas shopping lately you may notice there is a lot of “Santa Claus is coming to town”, or “ it's the most wonderful time of the year” type signs around. But have you noticed there's hardly anything about the “CHRIST in Christmas”?! Because I sure have. Sure there is nativity scenes everywhere, and the odd angel, but other than that, do you see anything else relating to Jesus? Because I'm really struggling with the fact that I don't. I don't know about you but I don't want my children to think that Christmas is only about Santa Claus. Christmas is not about presents … it's about PRESENCE! The presence of The Lord of all!

Who the heck are you to assume that God can use you for anything? Who the heck are you to believe that God should love you or forgive you? YOU are chosen, loved, called! That's who the heck you are. I'm sharing with you today the words that “I” need to hear right now. Maybe you need to hear these words too.

It's not the healthy that need a doctor, it's the sick. And the reality is that we're all sick. We are all in need of a surgeon who can do surgery on our hearts, our minds, our spirits, our life. And we can't judge each other for our different sicknesses. Because we're ALL sick!

Have you ever thought, “I'm just too much”?! I know I have. There's been so many times where I felt like my mouth was too big, my tattoos were too loud, my ME was just “Too Much.” Well my too much is just enough for the Lord. My too much is just enough of the right people. And so is YOURS!

God's too busy for me to ask Him for help… have you ever thought that? Well I'm sorry, but you're wrong. God is never too busy for you. Even for the teeny tiny little itty-bitty seemingly insignificant things.

Have you ever shrunk back when speaking about your faith? Are you afraid to tell people what you believe in? Then today's a good day for you to tune in. Because being bold is what you're called to do!

My daughter almost passed away last week from complications from HUS - hemolytic uremic syndrome. It is a condition that affects the blood and blood vessels. It results in the destruction of blood platelets (cells involved in clotting), a low red blood cell count (anemia) and kidney failure due to damage to the very small blood vessels of the kidneys. Other organs, such as the brain or heart, may also be affected by damage to very small blood vessels. BUT GOD! In the Storm, He was there with me. And He is there with you in YOUR Storm.

Fear. It's holding you back. It's stopping you. It's time to look your fear in the f%#king face! Let's talk about this! I did something scary & shared some serious personal stories in this episode, but it's because I want you to KNOW that you can overcome fear too!

Are you struggling to find peace within yourself? This one thing may really help! Your mind is constantly playing tricks on you. But this will help you discern what is true, what is right, and will help bring you more inner peace and hope, so you can live the life of victory you are supposed to!

The dentist recommends that you brush your teeth every day to avoid cavities. Makes sense right? So what are you doing to avoid cavities in your mind and spirit? You need to renew your mind on the daily! I had a funny conversation with my daughter and out of the mouth of babes made me realize how important it was for me to share this with you today. I hope this inspires you to take action and start renewing your mind every day because you're so damn important!!! Xo

You're not here to be comfortable. Doing what we know we SHOULD do, but feeling afraid to do it and then doing it anyways is HARD. BUT ... it's totally possible. Speaking against your self doubt is key! Embracing the scary shit is KEY! Let's talk about it on todays episode. Proverbs 18:21 (ESV) -Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruits.

So I found myself in a Christian Women's group on FB… this is what I found that set me OFF! I was literally in bed and half sleep when I HAD to record this. I was trying to be quiet cuz my girls were sleeping. But … sometimes it's hard for me to keep my BIG mouth shut! Ha!

I think we have been fed a toxic lie. I think we have been fed the lie that we need to hustle and grind to be successful. We need to be fucking busy all the time overwhelmed, burning the candle at both ends in order to succeed. Well that's a load of shit if you ask me and I'm gonna explain why. You can be successful, you can be fulfilled, you can have financial success, you can have business success, you can have health and happiness and all the things without hustling yourself into the ground. You were not designed to never rest. You were not designed to be burnt the fuck out on a regular basis. You were designed to be more. And you cannot be that if you are an exhausted, overwhelmed fucking mess. So let's just stop the motherfucking hustle!

How you do anything is how you do everything. That's why we need alignment in EVERY area of our lives. We are NOT at our best when we drop certain areas of Wellness in our lives. Wellness is truly a SYMPHONY of things that work together to create the BEST, healthiest, happiest, most successful, fulfilling quality of life that we truly deserve.

How many times do you question yourself? Doubt yourself? Believe you're not good enough?! We MUST expect a battle! Because we ARE in an ongoing war! Women have been oppressed forever. I really struggle with the word Christian. I really struggle with labels. And I really am not a fan of religion because I truly believe it's man-made and therefore truly flawed. However, I am a Christ follower, and therefore I guess the best explanation is to call myself a Christian even though I really struggle with that word. So in this episode I talk about how Christians are jerks to and why that shouldn't turn you away from God's message of love. Because like it says in Galatians 5:1 - it is for freedom that Christ has set us free. And I believe he came to free myself, and you. All of us! If we allow our feelings to control our lives it will stop us from living the lives we truly deserve to live. We need to let our habits and our routines service.
