Před sto lety – 3. února 1926 – byl přijat zákon o existenci československého jazyka, který platil až do roku 1948, kdy se s odsunem Němců změnilo národnostní složení po druhé světové válce obnoveného Československa a už nebylo potřeba tuto zjevnou politickou obezličku v zákonu mít. Původně to ale měl být štít, aby si Němci nemohli sáhnout na správu nového státu a aby ten mohl bezpečně fungovat. Přesto se do zákona dostal až osm let po vzniku státu. O tom všem a jazykových vztazích Čechů ke Slovákům hovoří v další epizodě svého sourozeneckého podcastu Hej, Slované! bratři Jakub a Lukáš Novosadovi.V 19. století se někteří Češi bránili tomu, aby byla ustavena samostatná slovenština, už tehdy trvrdili, že takový krok by znamenal oslabení, protože další štěpení slovanského živlu mezi Němci (a Maďary). Slováci se však nedali a prosadili si svou, protože se vždycky vnímali i jazykově jinak než jako „malí Češi“. Ostatně český problém dodnes je, že Slovensko vnímáme jako malé Česko – proto jsme tuto zemi nikdy pořádně nepochopili. Zároveň se nikdy do českého povědomí pořádně nepropsala historická zkušenost s tím, jak jsme pomáhali Slovákům stavět se po vzniku ČSR na vlastní nohy, a to i jazykově, a nenaučili jsme se porozumět tomu, jak důležité pro přežití slovenštiny bylo, že republikánské české dějiny jsou dějiny jazykové velkorysosti, nikoli usurpování si řečí jiných. Slovensko se vyvíjelo jazykově správně po celou dobu, což nebylo v Evropě ve vícenárodních státech obvyklé.O tom je první půle epizody, druhá je mimo jiné o tom, zda je vlastně nějaký rozdíl mezi obraty „československý jazyk“ a „českoslovenština“. Patrně ano – zatímco první skutečně funguje historiky jako popis nějakého dobového myšlenkového proudu, druhý používáme jako výra pro směs obou řečí, kterou používají ti, kteří se druhý jazyk pořádně nenaučili a první nepřestali používat. Nejznámějšími mluvčími tohoto jazyka jsou samozřejmě dva vrcholní slověnští politici působící nakonec v Čěsku: Gustáv Husák a Andrej Babiš. Aneb konečně podcast, který respektuje slovenské úsilí o svébytnost.

Na druhém životě Karla Havlíčka Borovského se dá ukázkově předvést, jak si minulost přetváříme do podoby, která nejlépe vyhovuje aktuálním potřebám ideálů a společenských vzorů. Za svého života se od něho v těžkých časech něho řada lidí odvrátila a někteří ho dokonce veřejně odsuzovali. Po své smrti se ale stal mučedníkem českých vlastenců, ačkoli se nebál jít s českými obrozenci do konfliktů, o čemž svědčí třeba zdrcující kritika Tylova románu Poslední Čech. Nakonec národ pro něho nebyl samoúčel a literatura neměla sentimentálně vlastenčit, ale kultivovat veřejnost.S jeho odkazem velice kreativně pracoval také Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk. Udělal z Havlíčka antiklerikála, což bylo dokládáno jeho útoky na kněžoury a údajným vyhazovem z pražského kněžského semináře po necelém roce. Jenomže knězem chtěl být Havlíček po gymnáziu, protože se domníval, že bude moci dělat osvětu a kultivovat lid. Ještě krkolomnější bylo, když z pravověrného katolíka Havlíčka udělat Masaryk církevního reformátora a včlenit ho do své oblíbené linie české reformace, kterou podle něho tvoří Hus, Chelčický a Komenský.Havlíček stal ovšem stal i oblíbencem komunistů. Ti ho vykreslovali jako pokrokového žurnalistu, který bojoval proti reakci stejně jako to po roce 1948 činili i oni sami. V komunistických učebnicích dějepisu byl prototypem „bojovníka za pravdu“, jehož myšlenky vedly k dělnickému hnutí. Komunisté ovšem museli taktně zamlčet jeho skepticismus k jakékoli masové revoluci.Zneužití komunisty se Havlíčkovi nakonec stalo osudným i v dnešní době, když ho v roce 2018 vedení Národního muzea odstranilo z pantheonu osobností.

Co vznikne, když z Viktora Orbána vypreparujete víru v Boha, následně z Gustáva Husáka víru v Marxe a tyto části sloučíte? Nefalšovaný Andrej Babiš. Svědčí o tom koaliční smlouva nové vlády a rovněž její programové prohlášení.Koaliční smlouva je krátká a jasná – o všem podstatném rozhodují předsedové tří stran a v případě nesouladu premiér. To není nic proti ničemu, jen překvapivá je sebedůvěra dvou menších stran. Koaliční smlouva bývá většinou obranou těch menších proti dominantnímu hráči ve vládě. Prostě mít garance a mechanismy je lepší než sliby a deklarace dobré vůle.V jedné věci se koaliční smlouva dramaticky liší od dokumentu podobného typu, který měl Andrej Babiš se sociální demokracií v roce 2018. Tehdy existovala dohoda, že se nechá vydat k trestnímu stíhání a v případě prvoinstančního rozhodnutí soudu v jeho neprospěch (a pokud by neodstoupil), padá vláda. Tady je naopak nevydání Andreje Babiše tmelem této vlády.Text programového prohlášení by se dal charakterizovat slovy: daně snížíme, výdaje zvýšíme. Zároveň je podezřelé, jak se celým textem opakují slova typu „uděláme“, „zajistíme“, „prosadíme“ – není tam však naznačeno ani datum, ani výhled. Je to deklarace dobrých úmyslů.Asi jako když namísto zestátnění celého ČEZ, které Babiš sliboval, se tam objevila věta: „Uděláme kroky k získání stoprocentní kontroly nad výrobou ve skupině ČEZ.“ Jedna věc je, že Babiš nezdůvodnil, proč jen nad jednou částí. Jinou věcí je typická formulace „uděláme kroky“. Z celkového kontextu vyplývá, že tyto kroky budou trvat řadu let a ke snížení slibovaných cen elektřiny jen tak nepovedou.Největší diskontinuitu s minulou vládou představují části o důchodové reformě, ve zdravotnictví a hlavně v bezpečnostní oblasti. Tady není vůbec zřejmé, koho nová vláda považuje za svého spojence a jaký stát představuje riziko pro národní bezpečnost.Kapitoly o zemědělství a zdravotnictví jsou vyloženě šité na míru firmám typu Agrofert a FutureLife, které vlastní sám Babiš. Je to ostatně hlavní metoda při psaní programu vlády – vypustit „bílé ideologické psíky“, za nimiž se budou honit média a političtí protivníci. Podstatné části jsou zakopané hluboko pod zemí a týkají se převážně byznysu nastupující politické garnitury.

Společnost, která se proti tomu nepostavila, ztrácí možnost bránit se dál. Je rozdělená a oslabená,“ říká.  Podle reportéra zahraniční rubriky Seznam Zpráv Filipa Harzera už Orbán utáhl šrouby ve společnosti natolik, že stát vykazuje znaky autoritářského režimu. „Neustálá propaganda ve státních a spřátelených médiích médiích je tak servilní, až je směšná. Je to, jako když se Husák v sedmdesátých letech líbal na letišti s Brežněvem.“ Maďarsko Hesová přirovnává k feudální společnosti. „Abyste vystudovali, našli práci, měli zajištění a přístup k lepším zdrojům, musíte se spojit s režimem a jednat tak, jak se od vás očekává. A ideálně vstoupit do strany,“ popisuje. Lidé, kteří jsou protirežimní nebo součástí nějaké menšiny, mají podle ní pocit, že už je pro ně Maďarsko nepřátelským prostředím. „A ti, kteří žijí v souladu s režimem, žijí ve feudálních vztazích. Pro ty, kteří si to uvědomují, je to forma nedůstojného života.“ O Orbánův scénář autokratizace se podle jejího mínění snaží řada evropských politiků. Dají se podle ní rozpoznat podle těchto prvků: „Měli bychom si všímat stigmatizace jakýchkoliv slabých skupin – například menšin nebo cizinců. Časté je také nepřátelství vůči liberalismu, vůči Evropské unii jako takové nebo argumentace národem. Tito politici podněcují k vystupování z dlouhodobých solidárních pozic, například vůči Ukrajině, a extrémně zjednodušují komplikované problémy – třeba Green Deal, u kterého redukují klimatickou krizi na diesel,“ vyjmenovává politoložka. Parlamentní volby se v Maďarsku budou konat v dubnu příštího roku. „Obrazil jsem pár středoevropských voleb a vím, že všechny volby dopadnou hůř, než si teď myslíme,“ říká Harzer. Pripomíname si 81. výročie začiatku Slovenského národného povstania. Je celkom zrejmé, že aj toto výročie prinesie nové pokusy o manipuláciu dejín povstania v prospech aktuálnych politických potrieb. Anyway, I was wondering if you could please explain how a traumatic event could spur the onset of a "dis-ease" such as asthma. My daughter's asthma began shortly after her father and I were separated and he moved out of state. According to her pediatrician at the time, she was "more prone to having asthma because she also had eczema." This was 2 decades ago, and now she's 31 and we know more about autoimmune issues. Although she continues to carry an inhaler with her, she hardly needs to use it anymore. What would you recommend for a more root cause approach to someone with her condition?
