On Tuesday morning, Jonathan Jones, CBS Sports NFL Insider, reported on Twitter that trade talks between the Carolina Panthers and Cleveland Brown surrounding QB Baker Mayfield are back on. According to Jones' sources, the main issue remains Mayfield's salary and how much (or how little) teams pay. Carolina Panthers head coach Matt Rhule spoke to the media Tuesday morning at the NFL Owners Meetings in Palm Beach, Florida.
