Cory Smith, editor of Pack Pride, joined Adam to preview the Wolfpack’s upcoming rivalry game against North Carolina this Saturday by focusing on the offensive side of the ball. Cory discussed whether head coach Dave Doeren has had more fun coaching this team these last four weeks than in previous seasons. They also discuss how much more presentable the offense has looked over these few weeks.

Wes Durham, ACC Network, and ESPN joined Adam to discuss the exciting matchup between North Carolina and NC State this Saturday night in Raleigh. The game is expected to be close, with both teams coming into the matchup with identical 8-3 records. The Tar Heels leader is quarterback Drake Maye, who has worked his match all season. The Wolfpack’s leader is Brennan Armstong who wants to finish his comeback this season strong.

Will Brinson, CBS Sports, and Cover Six Podcast joined Adam to discuss the Carolina Panthers being unable to take advantage of a “sleeping” Dallas Cowboys team in the first half. The Cowboys' defense was the show's star, holding the Panthers to just 187 yards of total offense. Adam and Will discuss if the Panthers have one of the worst personnel in the NFL and other team topics around the league.

Adam Gold explains how it was another one of those difficult road games for the Carolina Panthers this weekend. Only this one was at home inside Bank of America Stadium. By this time, no one should be surprised that the Panthers lost, especially to a good team like the Dallas Cowboys. Adam explains how there was progress. Not a lot, but the Panthers did one thing that hadn't done all year and that was run the football. Also, the Carolina Hurricanes had their latest, it looked like the real thing, game on Saturday night against the Pittsburgh Penguins. NC State dominated Virginia Tech, and the North Carolina Tar Heels' unfortunate luck was on full display this past weekend at Clemson.

Even with their struggles, Luke believes they’ll be fine and here’s why; even though Adam doesn’t necessarily agree with it. Babe Laufenberg, Dallas sports analyst and former NFL QB, on how he sees this game at Bank of America Stadium going this Sunday with the Carolina Panthers vs the Dallas Cowboys. The Minnesota Vikings are without Kirk Cousins, they bring Josh Dobbs in who doesn’t know a ton of plays but he’s now gone 2-0 since he started. Should we be looking at the Vikings closer to being a threat when it comes to winning their division, after being counted out with Kirk’s injury? The Baltimore Ravens have blown more double digit leads than any other team in the league. Why do they continuously do this? And is the Dallas Cowboys real or are they just getting wins over bad teams?

It's easy to get frustrated with the Carolina Panthers and what's going on with the franchise, so we'll attempt to bring a little zen after a weekend of reminders that the Panthers are not in a good spot.

Rob Thompson, ESPN Radio in San Antonio, on Jimbo Fisher being pushed out of Texas A&M and who might be taking his place. What’s going on with Texas A&M and their decision to part ways with Jimbo Fisher? Are they directly going after Mike Elko, Duke’s head football coach? Rob thinks there’s 3 coaches Texas A&M might be looking at, including Elko, but who are the other two? How can someone sell Texas A&M to future coaches, when they’re stepping into a tough environment with a lot of immediate pressure? What are the selling ponts for this “A sleeping giant”?

-Panthers did not score an offensive touchdown (punt return) -Panthers had a 10-3 lead late in the 2nd quarter. -Pineiro missed a 59 yard field goal that would have tied the game. -Panthers defense played very well, but remember that the Bears also stink. Still, as injured as they are on defense, Carolina was very good on that side of the ball. -Carolina had 213 total yards on 57 plays (3..74) -BY 21/38, 185 yds 0 TD/0 INT -Young was sacked 3 times and pressured 20 -16 carries (3 by Bryce) for 43 yards (13 for 25 from RBs) -What did they do on 1st down??….22 plays = 15 yards -Ran it 8 times for 14 yards with the longest run of 4 -Threw it the other 14 times for 21 yards with two of those pass plays being penalties dropping the 35 yard total to 15 How do they expect to win ANY games this way??

Will the dynamic between the players and MJ Morris, after deciding to redshirt, be different if MJ comes back next season? How would a locker room feel after a scenario like this? Does the ACC still not get ANY respect? FSU vs Miami, how big is this game that used to always be huge in previous seasons?
