Bez agresji, bez dominacji, bez niechcianych rad, bezwkładania masek, bez „wiem lepiej”, bez „ja, ja, ja” …Czasem nawet bez słów.Tęsknimy za takimi rozmowami? To przecież jest możliwe.Jeśli już doświadczyliśmy takiego bycia zauważonym, byciawysłuchaną, bycia przyjętym – będziemy to pamiętać bardzo długo.Moja rozmówczyni uczy właśnie takiej komunikacji, płynącej zpoziomu tak zwanego systemu kojenia.Jej metoda, DMMC (rozszyfrujemy ten skrót), odnosi się domindfulness, współczucia i pracy z ciałem.Zapraszam Państwa!
