I had a lot of recording issues for Session 10. I lost the beginning and middle of the Session. So the recap, most of raw materials haggling, meeting Gadof Blinksy, and the beginning of Arasek Stockyard are all gone forever. Here's what I remember from those bits. From Blinksy: The party saw how weird Blinksy's Toys are and how weird Blinksy is. Discovered he was not the guy from Kane's card reading even though he has a monkey. That he got his monkey from someone else not too long ago. Learned the captain of the guard, Izek, forces him to make dolls that look like Ireena for him. From Arasek Stockyard: I made the Arasek's country because they keep a big crossbow behind the counter for troublemakers. Jacuvio snuck off around the stockyard to poke around.

Last time, Batthwack took out a Izek with minimum effort, and then Ireena kind of flipped out the teensiest bit, setting us all on fire. Afterwards, we scavenged Lady Wachter's house, and Will made a rambling speech trying to either bolster or perhaps confuse the townsfolk. He definitely achieved the latter. Finally, we were approached by an old man asking us to save his grandson who had been kidnapped by big hairy dudes. Really? Haven't we gone through enough? Now we've got this shit to contend with? She looked just like his dreams. Dark red hair, deep skin, a stance between confidant and cautious. She showed up all the time. Sometimes in dresses, sometimes in more practical noble wear. They were powerful, persuasive, and Izek knew it had to mean something. Even before seeing her it was a reflex, the shape of her face and vibrant colors in the darkness of his slumber. Eyes so sharp that he couldn’t shake them in his waking hours. For a few years now he had gotten that cowardly toy-maker to create for him, making sure he knew who was in charge. After the first bruises he started making them better. Correcting the face and the skin and the oh so piercing eyes. But here she was. He tensed his arm, bristling red under a veneer of plate. A building away. For how long. How long had she been real outside the confines of his thoughts, how long had she been close enough that he could see her and know that he wasn’t simply mad.
