On today's show I share my very real conversation with Isis Benitez, a 22 year old woman who is struggling with loving her body for how it looks. She has struggled time and time again with thinking that she is “fat” (a term she uses). Benitez's biggest struggle is when she tries to love herself so much but thinks her stomach is the problem. She sees herself as being a big girl, and therefore she made the Instagram account called @_im.worthy_ to help her in this process. She wants to be able to be her 100% authentic self and not be ashamed of her body. With the body image struggle, Benitez also struggles with the fear of saying “No” to others and letting other people down. A lot of this has to do with how society sees Women in America and the expectations and pressure to have to look and act a certain way. Now Isis Benitez is able to speak out on what is truly affecting her with loving herself and loving being a woman. Here's the info on Circle Creative Collective's "Holiday Makers Market."Today's show was engineered by Ian Seda of Radio Kingston, www.radiokingston.org.We heard music from our fave, Shana Falana, http://www.shanafalana.com/Plus here's the playlist of songs for those of you who are listening on the pod.Feel free to email me, say hello: she@iwantwhatshehas.orgLeave me a voicemail with your thoughts or a few words about who has what you want and why! There was loads to pack into this latest edition of the Royal Blue podcast. A first win in nine matches, the dropping of the team's star left-back and, not to mention, the exit of Everton's director of football, among many other things. It has been an eventful few days in the recent history of the Blues and trying to make sense of it all were Gav Buckland, Chris Beesley and Dave Prentice. Host Phil Kirkbride kick-starts the pod by asking the panel for their reflections on a dramatic night at Goodison where Rafa Benitez's side came from behind to defeat Arsenal and claim a vital victory to stop the rot. The performances of Demarai Gray, Richarlison and Michael Keane are discussed before the conversation moves onto the major news of the week - Brands' departure. The lads talk about Brands' legacy, the conditions in which he worked for the past three-and-a-half-years and what this now means for the director of football model at Goodison. Talk then turns to one of Brands' best signings: Lucas Digne. Digne was bombed from Benitez's squad on Monday night and the lads wonder if a January transfer could be on the cards? Enjoy.

Dave Prentice and Gavin Buckland join Sam Carroll for your Friday edition of the Royal Blue podcast to look ahead to Sunday's visit of West Ham United to L4. The match will mark the return of David Moyes, along with Kurt Zouma and Nikola Vlasic, to Everton. It's now more than nine years since Moyes left the Blues for Manchester United. His derisory bids for Marouane Fellaini and Leighton Baines after he moved to United soured his relationship with Evertonians. But, with time proving just what a good job he did at Goodison Park, has that frostiness cooled? Equally, are Blues taking Rafa Benitez, who used to go up against Moyes when he was in charge of Liverpool, closer to their hearts? Both questions are discussed by Sam, Gav and Prenno, who held an exclusive interview with Benitez for the Liverpool ECHO this week, which you can read by clicking the links below. And with Richarlison and Dominic Calvert-Lewin still sidelined, the panel also ask whether Sunday is the perfect time for Salomon Rondon to kick start his Everton career.
