Jocelyn's journey is a testament to her unwavering commitment to her roots and the fusion of cultural flavors with plant-based nutrition. As a plant-based chef, published cookbook author, and New York Times recipe contributor, she has left an indelible mark on the culinary landscape. At the heart of our conversation was Jocelyn's first cookbook, "La Vida Verde: Plant-Based Mexican Cooking with Authentic Flavor."
