Winter --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/schattenwelten/message

You're going to need your JNCO's and chain wallet for this one because this episode is all about the glory of nu metal horror soundtracks! The 90's and early 2000's provided us with some of the best (and worst) bands of all time and this episode is here to celebrate them all! We take many detours along the way including: a lot of nu metal fashion talk, our favorite concerts from back in the day, the resiliency of Got2b hair glue, frosted tips, and so much more!
We are celebrating over a 100 episodes. It has been over 2 years since the podcast started and we made it over 100. On this episode joining me will be recurring guest, Ruby "the Monstrous" and Rey. One of our favorite interviewees in person or the phone is Matt Harvey of Exhumed. Matt is as amazing to chat with as he is a guitarist and bandleader. Exhumed's new album is the aptly titled Horror (Relapse Records) which came out just ahead of Halloween 2019, and he was in a spooky mood when we chatted. We talked about the new album, his proclivity for writing great OSDM songs, the consistency of the current lineup of the band, his favorite horror movies ever, and his thoughts on attending Metallica's "S and M 2 Concerts" in San Francisco, earlier this fall. Catch the band on tour through the start of December with Necrot! Welcome to the 100th Chapter of The Necrocasticon, Project Entertainment Network's podcast that blends Horror and heavy metal properties with a common connection, hosted by Token Tom Clark, Maxx Axe, Walt Hades and Azriel Mordecai. This week we've got a pair of very special guests covering both metal and horror. First, joining us from the Band Fall of Humanity, Northeast child phenom guitar legend, Jimmy Falco. Jimmy is a metal legend, from his youth in Dead Rose to his current gig in Fall of Humanity, Jimmy has left his mark on the music scene in the Northeast. Jimmy is also a huge horror fan and has a large collection of Don Post Masks. Then, sideshow artist and all around great guy Isaac Bidwell joins us to talk about the quirky side of horror and the unknown. Plus Tom got to see THE VOID, Walt brings us a Mastodon in the smoker, Az gets all jungle rotted in the mortuary and Maxx has our final foray into this week in Metal & Horror history.
Welcome to Volume 2 chapter 39 of the Necrocasticon, Project Entertainment Network's podcast that blends horror & heavy metal properties with common connection. Your host, author and journalist Token Tom Clark is joined by our panel of metal & horror experts at Project Entertainment Network as we kick off both Women in Horror Month and Black History Month. Maxx Axe and Azriel Mordecai are missing Smoking Walt Hades this week, but that's OK. We found a fill in for him in one author Lori Titus. Lori's latest novel, Blood Relations, came out this week, and we talk with her about breaking cultural boundaries and glass ceilings in both horror and music. Of course we've got all our standard segments. Tom tells you if M. Night Shaymalan's SPLIT is worth your time, Az goes all Nekrogoblicon on us, and Maxx Axe & Revelation 13 bring us this week in Metal Horror history.
Welcome to Volume 2 Chapter 34 of the Necrocasticon, Project Entertainment's podcast that blends horror and heavy metal properties with a common connection. Your host, writer Token Tom Clark, is joined by our panel of horror and metal experts over at Project Entertainment Network. Musician Maxx Axe, Smoking Walt Hades and musician and artist, Azriel Mordecai are looking into the future this week, peeps & perps. That's right, we're giving our predictions for the movies and albums we're wanting to see and hear in 2017. Plus, as a bonus, we're giving you a replay of one of our favorite interviews from 2016. While nearly every other podcast on Project Entertainment Network interviewed John Skipp last year, we reached out to his former writing buddy, Craig Spector. Now Craig has had a cancer scare lately, so we're rooting for our favorite half of the Boys that made Splatterpunk so popular back in the late 80s to pull through this and kick that disease in the teeth. Az has a blood feast in the Mortuary, Walter has a Midnight Special to review and Maxx Axe and Revelation 13 bring you this week in Metal & Horror history. All of which will last longer than Rhonda Rousey in the ring.
