Pastor Peter encouraged us from James 5, and we heard an incredible testimony from missionary guests, Chris & Heidi Ness.
-- Hosting provided by SoundOn
Pastor Peter took us to chapter 4 in the book of James and gave us 5 simple prayers to help us draw near to God.
The message this week is from Sunday July 5th 2026 with Pastor Peter called Can You Hear The Birds Sing ? These are some of the Scriptures that were used during todays Sermon: Mark 15:31-32 (NKJV)31 Likewise the chief priests also, mocking among themselves with the scribes, said, “He saved others; Himself He cannot save. 32 Let the Christ, the King of Israel, descend now from the cross, that we may see and believe.”Even those who were crucified with Him reviled Him.Isaiah 6:1-7 (NKJV)6 In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord sitting on a throne, high and lifted up, and the train of His robe filled the temple. 2 Above it stood seraphim; each one had six wings: with two he covered his face, with two he covered his feet, and with two he flew. 3 And one cried to another and said: “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts; The whole earth is full of His glory!” 4 And the posts of the door were shaken by the voice of him who cried out, and the house was filled with smoke. 5 So I said: “Woe is me, for I am [a]undone! Because I am a man of unclean lips, And I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips; For my eyes have seen the King, The Lord of hosts.” 6 Then one of the seraphim flew to me, having in his hand a live coal which he had taken with the tongs from the altar. 7 And he touched my mouth with it, and said: “Behold, this has touched your lips; Your iniquity is taken away, And your sin purged.”Luke 5:8 (NKJV)8 When Simon Peter saw it, he fell down at Jesus' knees, saying, “Depart from me, for I am a sinful man, O Lord!”1 Kings 19:8 (NKJV)8 So he arose, and ate and drank; and he went in the strength of that food forty days and forty nights as far as Horeb, the mountain of God.1 Kings 19:11-12 (NKJV)11 Then He said, “Go out, and stand on the mountain before the Lord.” And behold, the Lord passed by, and a great and strong wind tore into the mountains and broke the rocks in pieces before the Lord, but the Lord was not in the wind; and after the wind an earthquake, but the Lord was not in the earthquake; 12 and after the earthquake a fire, but the Lord was not in the fire; and after the fire a still small voice.Mark 1:35 (NKJV)35 Now in the morning, having risen a long while before daylight, He went out and departed to a [a]solitary place; and there He prayed.Exodus 32:1 (NKJV)32 Now when the people saw that Moses delayed coming down from the mountain, the people gathered together to Aaron, and said to him, “Come, make us [a]gods that shall go before us; for as for this Moses, the man who brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we do not know what has become of him.”Philippians 3:8 (NKJV)8 Yet indeed I also count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain ChristPhilippians 3:12 (NKJV)12 Not that I have already attained,[a] or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me.1 Corinthians 7:8-11 (NKJV)8 But I say to the unmarried and to the widows: It is good for them if they remain even as I am; 9 but if they cannot exercise self-control, let them marry. For it is better to marry than to burn with passion. 10 Now to the married I command, yet not I but the Lord: A wife is not to depart from her husband. 11 But even if she does depart, let her remain unmarried or be reconciled to her husband. And a husband is not to divorce his wife.Thank you for listening and join us next time for more great teachings from The Word. In Part 4 of our study in James, we looked at the critical importance of learning how to control our tongue.
-- Hosting provided by SoundOn

-- Hosting provided by SoundOn

Pastor Peter reflected on the story of Moses and the burning bush, reminding us that even when we feel inadequate, God helps us accomplish everything He has called us to.
-- Hosting provided by SoundOn

Pastor Peter encouraged us that even when faith is hard, we can trust in God and let the Holy Spirit propel us forward.
Pastor Peter shared a message titled “The Spirit of Vision,” as we celebrated Pentecost and reflected on the birth of the Christian Church. He reminded us that God's Spirit is still alive and active in the world today, continuing to move through us as God's people. We were encouraged to consider how the Spirit leads us with vision, opening our awareness to the ways God is working to bring love, justice, and mercy into our lives and our communities.
What's actually standing between most people and a genuine relationship with God? Pastor Peter Philippi, author of You and God: How to Establish a Personal Relationship with God and a Clear Understanding of His Word, joins Brian From in studio to work through the objections, the confusion, and the keys that open up all of Scripture once you understand what God is actually doing. Peter breaks down why salvation has nothing to do with religion or works, what it means that we were once God's enemies and are now reconciled to him, and why every believer carries the identity of ambassador — whether they know it or not. He also makes a compelling case for the reliability of God's Word: of the 1,000 prophecies in the Bible, 500 have already been fulfilled exactly as written, which makes the remaining 500 a pretty safe bet. A practical, grounded conversation for seekers, new believers, and anyone who has picked up their Bible, put it back down, and wondered if they're missing something. -- Hosting provided by SoundOn
-- Hosting provided by SoundOn
It was a special Mother's Day as we honored moms, and Pastor Peter encouraged us to continue growing our faith as we look more like Jesus.
Pastor Peter preached from Hebrews, reminding us to “run with perseverance the race set before us.” As St. Andrew marked 50 years, the message honored those who came before us and invited us to carry forward a faith that welcomes and a love that reaches.
In this powerful message, Pastor Peter announces a divine season of spiritual renewal and the nearness of the Lord, inviting the church to move beyond a "spirit of sameness" and embrace a fresh move of God. As the community begins "Seek Week," a dedicated time of prayer and fasting, listeners are encouraged to trade natural distractions for time "feasting on the Lord" to gain mental sharpness and spiritual momentum. Grounded in Psalm 103:5, Pastor Peter explains that God desires to renew our youth like the eagles, providing a buoyant, missionary spirit that rejects lethargy and weariness, regardless of one's age. This teaching challenges us to return to the "ancient path" of the gospel, becoming a community that fulfills the Great Commandment to love God and the Great Commission to reach those far from Him (Mark 16:15). Ultimately, we are called to draw near to God with a holy awe, trusting that His presence will revitalize our lives, our families, and our entire region.
Pastor Peter finished our series on the book of Ephesians with a final message about putting on the full armor of God.
-- Hosting provided by SoundOn
-- Hosting provided by SoundOn
Pastor Peter did a deep dive into the relentless, enduring nature of God's love for His people.
Add Me In Real Life Week 1 | Pastor Peter Reeves | Sunday, April 12, 2026
-- Hosting provided by SoundOn
He is risen! We celebrate the relentless love of God that endured the cross and conquered the grave, and offers the same hope to us today.
[Click here to access Pastor Peter's "Jesus Our Passover" sermon notes.] In this celebratory Easter message, Pastor Peter invites us to join a "worldwide party" as we recognize Jesus Our Passover, the fulfillment of every divine promise and the leader of a successful global rescue mission. Centered on Christ's exclusive claim to be the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6), the sermon explains that the empty tomb is the ultimate proof of His authority and the dawn of a new creation where He stands as the first fruits of the resurrection. We are challenged to move beyond being spectators and instead become "living sermons" who actively participate in the gospel, following the persistent heart of Mary Magdalene and the bold preaching of Peter to share the hope of Christ (Mark 16:15). Finally, as we launch into "Seek Week," we are encouraged to prioritize the kingdom of God (Matthew 6:33) and find the stamina to draw near to the Lord, trusting that the same "gospel road" that led to the first resurrection miracle connects us to His power today.
Pastor Peter shared wisdom from Ephesians 5 about the idea of submission and the role it plays in healthy relationships.
[Click here to follow along with Pastor Peter's sermon notes.] In this episode, Pastor Peter delivers a stirring call to move beyond being a spectator and actively participate in the fresh moves of God. Grounded in the "pristine artifact" of the gospel—that Christ died, was buried, and rose again (1 Corinthians 15:3)—the message emphasizes that this unstoppable truth must be both received and "handed off" to the next generation,. Drawing from Exodus 13:8-9, we explore the vital importance of explaining the "why" behind our worship to children and new believers, ensuring their hearts are "branded" as God's unique property through core memories of encounter,. Pastor Peter reveals a powerful spiritual principle: that sanctification is linked with celebration, offering a divine prescription of praise to navigate life's stressors and prophesy future victories. By contrasting the anointed "Hosanna" of children with the critical religious spirit that leads to spiritual blindness, the message challenges us to maintain a youthful heart like Joshua and Caleb (Psalm 103),. Ultimately, we are urged to find the stamina to draw near to the Lord during this holy season, recognizing that as we seek Him individually, He draws near to transform our entire city.
-- Hosting provided by SoundOn
Pastor Peter unpacked some powerful truth from Ephesians 5, and the implications for how we live today.
-- Hosting provided by SoundOn
Awaken Night | Pastor Peter Reeves | Wednesday, March 4, 2026
Off with the old; on with the new! Pastor Peter continued our series in Ephesians and encouraged us to throw off our old ways and put on the righteousness of Christ.
-- Hosting provided by SoundOn
Sermon for March 1, 2026
We celebrated some baptisms and Pastor Peter shared from Ephesians chapter 4 about what happens when we are united in Christ.
In this episode, Pastor Peter challenges us to commit to the practice of drawing near to the Lord, reminding us that we are either moving closer to God or drifting away. He emphasizes that true intimacy requires more than just lip service (Isaiah 29:13); it demands a true heart that seeks the living God as a deer pants for water (Psalm 42:1). By examining the Israelites' encounter with God at Mount Sinai in Exodus 19, Pastor Peter contrasts the "wrong kind of fear" that keeps people at a distance with the fear of the Lord that empowers us to enter the deep darkness where God dwells. Because of the single, perfect sacrifice of Jesus, we now have confidence to enter holy places and are commissioned as a kingdom of priests to minister in His presence (Hebrews 10:19, 22). Ultimately, we are urged to set our hearts on pilgrimage (Psalm 84:5), abandoning "dumb rocks" of safety to embrace a generational revival and a gospel of power that prepares the way for the Lord.
Sermon for February 15, 2026
-- Hosting provided by SoundOn
-- Hosting provided by SoundOn
-- Hosting provided by SoundOn
-- Hosting provided by SoundOn
