Adam doesn't remember the Moonlight Gambler, Leslie slips into her Toledo accent too many times, we go deep into step-dad talk which ends uncomfortably, Adam gets a point, Italians and Brits name their kids Gerald, we find out what it sounds like when middle aged authors use pop culture quotes from their own teen years, there really is a Thriftway in Forks, small towns really don't like strangers, Edward is back and his voice is musical, girls can't science, laughing at an almost-accident is a dick move.
Our longtime friend Amos Miller came through and gave us the full backstory on his roots in the town, his numerous production contributions and of course his own inspiring catalog of innovative takes on Hip Hop and R&B. Super town shit, and great inside stories. #GetFamiliar #ItsTheBiggest

Lori Buffington recalls how she and her mother, Marvel Noyes, got involved with the founding of the Cedar Mill Library back in the mid-70s. Lori remembers the earliest incarnation of the library when it was the Book Van, before there was even a building. She remained involved in a variety of volunteer positions over the years and gives us a good picture of how the library has grown since those early days. To celebrate our 40th anniversary in 2014, we're looking back at how CML began with these interviews. Be sure to look at our earlier Founder Histories with Georgia & Jack Thurber, Muriel and Allen Van Veen, Mary Packer and Janette Gill.
