Welcome to my podcast A Deeper Perspective. In this podcast I attempt to go much deeper into topics than almost everyone around. The many things I talk about are: philosophy, psychology, the mind, spirituality, metacognition, how to deal with emotions, the mind, life, and more.
What we knowledge, and what we have experienced are two entirely different things. For instance, I may think I know that Alaska exists, but if I've never been there, all I have is second-hand knowledge. But if I've been there, learned the culture of Alaska, experienced the cold weather, then that is first-hand knowledge. One is not better or superior to another, it's just knowledge. This is not about knowing more, but about reaching an intellectual humility about life.
Ultimate freedom leads to ultimate chaos. To have more freedom means to have at least some structure, rules, and laws. In this episode, I will explain why
The truth is that the idea of ego is nothing but a map to understand the mind. The sooner you understand this, the better off you will be.
So many things are taken for granted in our fast-paced lifestyle. But in this episode, I will show the miracles that are all around us, starting with the greatest miracle of all: awareness
Even our spiritual seeking is part of the survival mindset
What we consider to be ourselves are just impermanent thoughts, eomotions, and sensations. In this episode, I will show how this is so.
I felt that it was time to leave. I no longer find this interesting, and I must learn not to be arrogant.
This is the last episode for this podcast. I hope you all have a nice rest of your life.
Many people haven't been taught how to think. In this episode, I will teach you why, and some reasons why this will probably continue into the future.
Being self-aware requires discipline, an ability to make distinctions, and going anti self, which most people will not do.
These illlusions make you full of shit
The craziest thing is that people think they need to placate their emotions: but the pvoblem is that this makes you weaker.
Logic is the only answer. It is the only thing that can teach us how to think.
Politics be stupid. People be triggered by this. What else is new?
When you take shit seriously, you believe your own bullshit.
Bullshit is common.
What is morality really how does it work. These are questions. We ask ourselves in this episode and we're going to go into what reality is how it works how it creates problems and how to go beyond morals, and in some possible way of witness.
Nonreactivity and peace are two very different things. In this episode, I will explain how this is, and why nonreactivity is more about awareness than anything else.
Nonreactivity, or what would more accurately be called noninterference is where you are aware of things as they are happening, without interfering with them. In this episode I will explain the difference between that and avoidance of what is.Here's the episode I mentioned in this episode:The cost of peace: why peace can lead to too much comfort and conplacency; https://open.spotify.com/episode/2CWyBuo27k1VLh4QWtQaVB?si=658SFOOTRmWjp3pezmT3hw
Nonreactivity is where you sit with thoughts and emotions without interfering into what they are doing. In this episode, I am going to show you how to do this, as well as the purposse for doing this practice, especially every day.
Doing what feels natural is what is called reacting to life. While reacting to life might seem normal enough, it creates a lot of problems for you that you are not aware of. In this episode, I will explain why this is, and how to go beyond this over a period of time.
The truth is that you cannot control anything. In this episode, I will explain why this is true, and how you can become aware of this.
To serve two masters is like chasing two rabbits at the same time that are going into opposite directions.
There are two kinds of emptiness, subjective and objective emptiness. In this episode, I will show you why subjective emptiness is an illusion, and how objective emptiness is all there is.
In this episode, I will show you why there is no true self, as well as how the self was created in the first place
be Opinions are tricky. Your mind is very good at tricking you into leaving that this one idea is true or false and I wanna talk to you about this and I want to help you to go on opinions and show you the differences between opinions and observations so that you can Get a sense of these two and how they work differently
Many people seek novelty in their experiences, the latest fads, and the grandest spiritual experiences. But the more I attempt to become nonreactive, the more I realize that just won't fly if you want stability and something that works for you long term. You may just find that the tried and true methods work the best because they have been tried the most and so have the most experienced people working on them to show you how it's all done.
When you practice non-reactivity for a while certain things may start to happen to you. You may start to see the silliness in all of your thoughts and emotions. You may start to notice how uncontrollable they really are things like this. This is one thing we will be talking about in this episode.
In buddhism one of the three poisons is ignorance. In this episode, I will explain why this is, and how reacting to life to life creates this ignorance over time.
In this episode, I will explain to you how need is an illusion, and creates all kinds of implicit assumptions that are harmful to you and others, and how you can go beyond need itself. Enjoy.
There are all kinds of implicit assumptions about failure which create the need to get all of life right the first time. This creates a lot of pressure and stress that is unnecessary and causes you many problem's. In this episode, I will talk about this and more, to hopefully get you to a place of knowledge and awareness of how this all works, and leads to the need to get all of it right the first time. I will also give you a new metric for dealing with failure that will create less stress and inadequacy within.,, ,.
Many spiritual texts seem to suggest that acceptance is something that you do, but I find that this is not true. Acceptance is when all judgments are let go of. This is the key of acceptance.
This episode will show you why need is an illusion.
The only reason why emotions seem powerful is because you give them meaning and interpret life based on what you think they are saying.
Opinions and journal-based recordings are often inaccurate, and so if I record them, I will not share them here, and will look through them with a skeptical mindset to find the flaws, and if it merits recording it again, I will, but from more of a observational mindset, rather than an opinion-based one.
We are controlling beings and this ends up creating a situation where we interfere with everything that happens in our minds. We label things that's good bad or neutral and the good or bad things we have to resist or attached to in our minds. in this episode. I'm going to explain to you how to become non-interfering using a meditation that I have developed.
There is an emptyness where where there are things you want vs reality. This episode will show you how to get used to, rather than trying to get rid of this emptiness.

Eything that we have now and know is all because of millions of people from the past, that leads to what we are now.
nihilism only creates depression and pessimism within you because you need something that nihilism cannot deliver
With most world views, meanings, ideas, etc. you can just go along without needing to do anything different from those ideas, but with nihilism there is no such thing from these places. There's only one response. What can I do? I can't do anything for a specific meaning place This meaning place is place that is beyond meaning is nihilism as it is this can create ultimate freedom or ultimate confusion it's all up to you.
We are all animals. This is what many want to ignore. In this episode, I will explain how this creates a wall between you and reality and how to notice this wall once again.
Many conservatives champion state's rights, but in this episode, I will explain why this may be less advantageous than local rights.
Relativism and objective thinking have been demonized by different, groups, so in this episode, I will explain these terms, their caveats, and show you when they can be used, and when they just bring confusion.
Much of new age spirituality is very dualistic in its thinking. Love vs fear. Fear is false evidence appearing rear. Love is the spirit, ego just bad and false. In this episode, I will tell you why this type of thinking may hurt more than it helps.
The two forms of skepticism are dogmatism and confusion. In this episode, I will explain how each works, and what to look out for.
What is reality really how does your mind construct reality or does it construct reality at all in this episode? I'm going to explain exactly what's happening here and I'm going to teach you a meditation technique to help you deconstruct your narratives from reality to experience reality ultimately is.
Many people may think meditation requires you to observe yourself, but that itself is part of the control mindset. The control mindset puts everything in boxes, but that's not what mindfulness truly is, and in this episode, I explain this, and what the control mindset looks like.
Often times when people tell you to simplify your life, they don't give you a whole lot of nuances. They don't really give you a whole lot of caveat and this is what this really means and what not and so I decided to do this episode to give you some of that to explain to you what this really means and what this really could look like for you.
