Have you ever wondered, “Why is this so hard to let go of when I know it is not right for me?”. In part 8 of our relationship series, we explore one of the most disorienting emotional experiences in relationships: The moment you realize you are not just losing a person, but a future you built in your mind.In this episode, we talk about what happens when clarity finally cuts through hope, and why that moment often feels worse before it feels better. We explore the quiet grief of realizing someone is exactly who they've been showing you, and the exhaustion of holding on to the version of the relationship you wanted it to become. We also go deeper into something many people don't have language for: ambiguous loss. That confusing space where nothing fully ended, but something still feels gone. Situationships, emotionally unavailable partners, and relationships without clear closure can leave us grieving something that never fully materialized, which is often the hardest kind of grief to name. From there, we unpack the difference between acceptance and settling, and what it actually means to see reality clearly without abandoning yourself in the process. And finally, we look at what becomes possible when you stop spending all your energy hoping, fixing, and waiting, and start redirecting that energy back into your own life.Get 20% off today at https://aquatru.com with promo code SHTCEDownload HILY Dating App from the App Store or Google Play, or visit https://hily.go.link/d31uDDISCLAIMER: This podcast offers information for educational and entertainment purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice. On The Chain - Blockchain and Cryptocurrency News + Opinion

For years, XRP holders have been told the story was about payments. But after this week's announcements from Ripple, XRPL, RLUSD, Mastercard, and the growing push toward autonomous AI transactions, a much bigger question is beginning to emerge. What if payments were never the destination? Tonight, we connect the dots between Ripple's new XRPL AI Starter Kit, Mastercard's Agent Pay initiative, RLUSD, AI agents, machine-to-machine commerce, XRP perpetuals on Kalshi, Flare's growing role in decentralized data infrastructure, and why Tom Lee believes AI actually increases the need for blockchain. We'll also discuss the latest developments surrounding the Clarity Act, Ripple's expansion into Asia, formal verification efforts on the XRP Ledger, and the biggest stories shaping crypto, markets, and geopolitics. The more pieces that emerge, the harder it becomes to ignore one possibility: This may be why XRP exists.

Send me a DM here (it doesn't let me respond), OR email me: imagineabetterworld2020@gmail.comToday I'm so honored to have back on the show for a second time: Masonic Ritual Abuse Victim, Survivor and now Whistleblower for the first time, intuitive empath, entrepreneur, public speaker and improv comedian, biofeedback facilitator and educator, clean farming and nature lover, and an incredible hero coming forward to advocate for whistleblower and survivor protection and safety and to do everything in her power to facilitate the change she wishes to see in the world: Allison AdamsA little bit about Allison in case you're new here, missed her riveting first episode, or need a little recap:Long before tragedy found her, Allison had already forged a remarkable path. Diagnosed with juvenile myoclonic epilepsy as a child, she refused to be defined by it. For 45 years she mastered her condition through unwavering commitment to clean food, restorative sleep, mindfulness, and inner sovereignty. This wasn't mere management—it was her superpower, a disciplined daily practice that kept her grounded and vibrant. An outsider by choice and circumstance, she lived openly and trustingly. But that openness was brutally exploited. In April 2020, on the patio of an acquaintance named Marty - a James Beard-nominated chef connected to a network that was targeting her through sophisticated grooming tactics - Allison was drugged with at least four substances. She lost ten harrowing hours to ritualistic horror: violation, strangulation, hazing, and terror orchestrated by a sophisticated, organized network. Yet even in that altered state, her decades of biofeedback training activated. While her body appeared unconscious, her consciousness remained hyperaware. Piece by piece, Allison gracefully reconstructed her truth and healing the same way she managed her epilepsy growing up.Allison's awakening turned personal devastation into fierce purpose. She watched brave whistleblowers step forward only to face targeting, financial desperation, illness, and silencing: These stories ignited a righteous anger in Allison. She realized disclosure isn't just dramatic testimonies - it is everyday survivors like her speaking out, and it demands community protection. There is no witness protection for these crimes. Society often blames victims, dismisses their stories as too outrageous, or changes the channel because the darkness is uncomfortable. Allison challenges us to do something - share, like, comment, donate five dollars instead of a coffee, offer a skill, send encouragement. In her own words: “Do what you can, but do something.” Her own story reveals how insidious and organized the darkness is. Allison was not born into a multi-generational cult family - an important truth that shows anyone can be hunted and lured. Yet she refuses silence. Her testimony is unique yet unifying - detailing not only the horror, but her path of remembering, healing protocols drawn from a lifetime of self-mastery, and her battle cry for community accountability. She demands we stop losing children through these corrupt systems, that we surround survivors, amplify their voices, and create real support so no one faces this alone.Allison embodies the rarest heroism: quiet, relentless, and transformative. She proves survival is not passive endurance but active rising - speaking, organizing, and loving the vulnerable more fiercely because she knows the cost. Rooted in inner discipline, awareness, and unyielding courage, she has become a force of justice and healing. Even while still at risk, her light shines undimmed.Allison continues to shine as a beacon of hope, proving that courage multiplied by truth can overcome any darkness. The world is forever brighter, stronger, and more compassionate because she chose to rise and speak. Her legacy is not one of victimhood, but of triumphant, unbreakable light that invites every soul to join her in building a safer, more awakened world.WATCH ALLISON'S PART 1: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kCgKSfDJ4nsCONNECT WITH ALLISON:Donate on Buy Me a Coffee: https://buymeacoffee.com/allison1776X: https://x.com/AdamsAllis94140CONNECT WITH EMMA:YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@imaginationpodcastofficialRumble: https://rumble.com/c/TheImaginationPodcastEMAIL: imagineabetterworld2020@gmail.com OR standbysurvivors@protonmail.comMy Substack: https://emmakatherine.substack.com/BUY ME A COFFEE: https://www.buymeacoffee.com/theimaginationVENMO: @emmapreneurCASHAPP: $EmmaKatherine1204All links: https://direct.me/theimaginationpodcastSupport the show

Bodycam footage from the United Kingdom has turned Henry Nowak's death from a local outrage into a national indictment. The footage appears to show officers handcuffing an 18-year-old stabbing victim, dismissing his pleas for help, and treating him as the suspect while he bled to death. Nowak, an 18-year-old from Essex, reportedly told officers, “I can't breathe,” and “I've been stabbed.” Officers mocked him, denied that he had been injured, and debated whether they had any obligation to check. The case has drawn comparisons to George Floyd in the United States. The comparison is imperfect, but the contrast is obvious: In Nowak's case, the police had every reason to believe the man on the ground needed urgent medical care. What if the way you've been thinking about buying a business has been costing you money before you've even made an offer? Not a little money. A lot. The kind of difference that turns a three-times multiple into a thirty-seven-times multiple. The kind of gap that separates someone who buys themselves a job from someone who builds a portfolio that works without them. Brad Sugars has been on the right side of that gap for thirty years. Founder of ActionCoach - the world's number one business coaching franchise across 80 countries. Over a million business owners coached. Sixteen books written. And a personal acquisition track record built on one thing most buyers never develop: a framework. He once paid double what every other bidder offered. And still got the business for ten percent of what he knew it was actually worth. Because he could see value nobody else was looking at. That's not luck. That's a system. In this episode, Jaryd sits down with Brad to unpack the acquisition philosophy that the top one percent use - and almost nobody at entry level even knows exists. You'll learn: The difference between a job buyer, financial buyer, and strategic buyer - and why most people are stuck in the wrong category their entire career Why 60% of businesses listed for sale never sell, and how to exploit that fact The 50-10-3-1 rule every serious buyer needs to understand before looking at a single listing How to use vendor financing, share swaps, and capital injection to acquire without a war chest Why Brad asks "are you looking for investors?" instead of "are you looking to sell?" - and why that one shift changes everything The three things to audit the moment you take ownership - and why missing one will bleed you dry The due diligence mistakes that kill deals, crater offers, and send serious buyers running And the one line that should be on every buyer's wall: The deal of the century comes along every week. Don't fall in love with the business. Fall in love with the deal. Most buyers skip the process, buy the dream, and wonder why the numbers never add up. This episode is the antidote.

Click Here for the Review Guide: Defenses to Enforcement — When an Agreement Exists but the Law Refuses to Enforce ItUnderstanding Contract Law Defenses: A Deep Dive into When Agreements Don't EnforceThis episode unpacks the complex landscape of contract defenses, revealing how the law protects fairness, prevents exploitation, and when it refuses to enforce agreements. Navigating these principles is essential for legal mastery—whether you're preparing for exams or practicing law. Most contracts are presumed enforceable — until they aren't. What if a seemingly perfect deal is actually flawed from the start? In this episode, we reveal the hidden cracks in contract law that can undo even the most airtight agreements, often before they're even signed. Whether you're a law student, a legal professional, or a savvy businessperson, understanding these defenses could mean the difference between enforceability and total nullity.Imagine a subtle word — like “Peerless” — leading to a multi-million dollar dispute, or a minor clerical error costing a billion-dollar project. We break down the exact mechanisms courts use to pull the plug on contracts, from capacity issues with minors and the mentally incapacitated, to coercion subtle enough to escape notice but powerful enough to invalidate agreements. You'll discover:How legal capacity varies sharply for minors versus adults, and why only minors can disaffirm most contractsThe nuanced difference between physical duress (a gun to your head) and economic duress (a demand forced by economic pressure)Why “undue influence” is an insidious form of manipulation rooted in trust, not overt threatsThe critical distinction between fraud in the factum (no true assent) and fraud in the inducement (a poisoned agreement you still intended to sign)How mutual mistakes about existing facts can destroy a deal, while mistaken predictions about the future generally don'tWhen unfair or unconscionable terms allow courts to strike down or reshape contracts, prioritizing fairness over free-market zealKnowing these defenses is essential—not just for legal exams, but to protect your rights in real-world negotiations. Ignoring them risks binding yourself to deeply oppressive or fundamentally flawed deals. Conversely, mastering them opens the door to strategic negotiations, risk mitigation, and confident contract drafting. The stakes are high: a poorly understood defense can turn a valid agreement into a void contract—and vice versa. This episode equips you with a precise, step-by-step framework to identify, analyze, and apply contract defenses in any context. From formation to performance, from supervening impossibility to public policy, we cover the core principles with clarity and confidence.By the end, you'll see that legal doctrine isn't just dry rules—it's a nuanced lens into the complex anatomy of human bargaining, designed to shield the vulnerable and uphold fairness. Whether you're preparing for exams or negotiating your next deal, these insights give you the analytical edge to navigate contract law's murkiest waters with certainty.Perfect for law students, lawyers, or business professionals who want a clear roadmap to contract analysis—this episode unlocks the hidden architecture of enforceability and defenses that every savvy participant must understand. In this episode:The three stages of contract formation and why understanding their chronology is criticalMajor defenses to enforcement: capacity, assent defects, information defects, and public policyThe nuanced differences between void, voidable, and unenforceable contractsDetailed analysis of capacity issues involving minors and mental incapacity, including exceptions for necessitiesThe critical distinctions between duress and undue influence, with practical examplesHow misrepresentation, mistake, and misunderstanding affect contracts, including mutual and unilateral mistakesThe role of unconscionability, illegality, and public policy in

In this profound interview, Luigi Sciambarella, head trainer at the Monroe Institute, shares 23 years of exploration into non-physical realities through out-of-body experiences. He reveals what he's mapped in the restricted realms beyond our everyday perception—hidden layers of Earth and dimensions we've been kept from understanding. Luigi describes direct encounters with organized non-human intelligences observing humanity, and what he witnessed about our species' repeated patterns of near-success and collapse. He explains that consciousness itself is evolving as a system, and that the conditions we're being born into are no longer static. This isn't about belief—it's about evidence accumulated through decades of firsthand exploration into territories most people never access. What makes this podcast essential right now: Luigi connects institutional collapse, mass spiritual awakening, and what advanced intelligences are actually doing on our planet. He reveals why governments like the CIA have studied these methods, what the hidden architecture of reality actually looks like, and most critically—why humanity's moment of choice is happening now. This is about understanding what's really controlling systems on Earth, why so many are turning inward as external structures fail, and what consciousness is trying to tell us about our future. His work suggests we're not observers of change—we're participants in it, and the stakes have never been higher.___________________PODCAST CHAPTERS00:00 – Luigi Sciambarella Intro1:40 - Seeing Earth From Out of Body5:04 - Is Human Consciousness Evolving as a System?14:39 - Robert Monroe, Focus Levels & Mapping Reality18:56 - Focus 10: Mind Awake, Body Asleep22:09 - Focus 34/35: The Gathering Watching Earth26:56 - The Observation Deck Watching Humanity32:43 - Are Non-Human Beings Observing Our Timeline?33:52 - How Non-Physical Guidance Works37:29 - Polarities, Shadow Work & Understanding Others41:23 - The Total Self vs. The Personality44:33 - How Monroe's Work Teaches You How to Die45:13 - Focus 27: The Afterlife Way Station49:50 - Near-Death Experiences & Smoothing the Transition53:54 - Addiction to the Human Experience & Karmic Loops58:39 - Metacognition: Awareness of Thought Itself59:30 - You Are Not Your Thoughts1:01:25 - Coming Back With a Soul Mission1:03:11 - Why the CIA Studied Monroe's Work1:03:38 - Psychic Spying & Strategic Advantage1:04:38 - Remote Viewing & The Cold War Race1:06:32 - Joe McMoneagle & Training Remote Viewers1:07:53 - Consciousness as Non-Local Intelligence1:08:50 - Can We Bend Reality With Our Mind?1:09:04 - Spoon Bending: Trick or Real Phenomenon?1:18:14 - Focus 42: Exploring the Total Self1:20:53 - Reality as Interconnected Consciousness1:21:35 - Soul Resonance & Deep Connections1:22:37 - Recognizing Your Soul Family1:28:25 - Out-of-Body Visions of Humanity's Future1:29:06 - The Corridor of Lifetimes Experience1:41:33 - The Online Gateway Experience1:44:30 - We Are More Than Our Physical Bodies1:51:27 - Why Joy Matters More Than Seriousness___________________Guest: Luigi Sciambarella, Head Trainer at The Monroe Institute✦ Website | https://www.monroeinstitute.org/ ✦ Instagram | https://www.instagram.com/themonroeinstitute/✦ Online Gateway Voyage (CODE: GVO-Emilio) | https://www.monroeinstitute.org/products/gateway-voyage-onlineHost: Emilio Ortiz✦ IG | https://www.instagram.com/iamemilioortiz/✦ Subscribe to Channel | https://www.youtube.com/EmilioOrtiz___________________© 2026 Emilio Ortiz. Join the Conversation at 303-477-5600 or text to 307-200-8222 Monday - Friday from 3 pm - 6 pm MT. https://RushToReason.com HOUR 1 Fear, Health Risks, And The Hidden Toxins Shaping Modern Life. Hour 1 of Rush To Reason takes listeners deep into some of the most controversial and unsettling health conversations happening today. John Rush is joined by Dr. Kelly Victory and Steve House for a fast-moving discussion that begins with growing fears about Hantavirus, media-driven panic, and questions about whether another public fear campaign is unfolding. But the conversation quickly expands into something much larger. Are Americans becoming sicker because of modern lifestyles, toxic food systems, environmental exposure, or something even deeper? The hour tackles everything from vaccine-related heart concerns and rising atrial fibrillation cases to alarming increases in colorectal cancer among younger adults. Listeners hear discussions about routine screenings, elevated iron levels, preventive care, GLP-1 weight-loss drugs, microplastics, processed foods, and why so many people feel trapped in a healthcare system driven by fear and uncertainty. Along the way, John shares reflections about his father's cancer battle and his own exposure to chemicals in the automotive industry. HOUR 2 Colorado Politics, Campaign Chaos, And The Cultural Divide Nobody Wants To Admit Exists. Hour 2 takes a sharp turn into Colorado politics, Republican infighting, election strategy, and the growing disconnect between political reality and political ego. John spends much of the hour dissecting ballot access rules, the SAVE Act, mail-in voting, and why he believes Greg Lopez remaining in the governor's race could damage Republican chances statewide. Along the way, John challenges candidates who avoid tough interviews and explains why he refuses to play the role of a “fanboy” host for any politician. The conversation then pivots into gun rights, Phil Weiser, and Colorado's controversial large-capacity magazine restrictions, with John arguing the laws are ineffective and politically motivated. Later, an odd Florida influencer story launches a broader cultural conversation about “looks-maxing,” self-image, professionalism, grooming, and whether Americans have lost pride in personal presentation altogether. HOUR 3 Government Control, Crime, Taxes, Surveillance, And The Growing Fight Over Freedom. Hour 3 dives into some of the biggest debates shaping America right now—from gun rights and immigration enforcement to automated surveillance, rising taxes, and government overreach. John and Jerzee Joe open the hour by dismantling Colorado's high-capacity magazine laws, arguing the restrictions are nearly impossible to enforce when neighboring states and online retailers remain easily accessible. The conversation broadens into media coverage of violent crime, Chicago homicide statistics, immigration-related plea deal controversies in Virginia, and concerns about prosecutors allegedly prioritizing politics over equal justice. The hour intensifies further as Joe breaks down New York City's proposed “tax the rich” policies targeting billionaire Ken Griffin, sparking a larger conversation about businesses fleeing high-tax states and shrinking downtown economies. Later, listeners debate speed cameras, red-light cameras, toll-lane violations, and what many callers describe as government-run revenue traps disguised as public-safety programs. Most business owners assume their advisory team is working for them. A CPA here, a financial advisor there, an attorney on retainer. What they don't realize is that those advisors are working in parallel, not together. No one is seeing the full picture. No one is coordinating. And the business owner, without ever signing up for it, becomes the quarterback of their own financial life on top of running their company. That's what the Virtual Family Office Advantage exists to solve. And according to Dale Montgomery, a Certified VFO Professional who has worked with business owners for over a decade, what they're losing without it goes beyond taxes and missed strategies. It shows up in their marriages, their family dinners, and the mental load they carry home every night. In this episode, Dale draws on his own experience losing a real estate portfolio, rental properties, and his hobby farm in 2008, while raising four young kids under the age of seven, to explain why coordinated, team-based planning isn't a luxury. That experience changed the way he thought about planning. It turned him into a practitioner of something most advisors never discuss with their clients: the Virtual Family Office model, first pioneered by John D. Rockefeller in 1882 and now accessible to small and mid-sized business owners through a team-based, coordinated approach.About Dale MontgomeryDale Montgomery is a Certified VFO Professional and Director of Advanced Planning at Tax and Retirement Specialists. After losing his real estate portfolio in 2008 while raising four young children, he rebuilt his career around a single question: what would better planning have changed? That path led him to the Virtual Family Office model, where he now coordinates integrated planning across tax, legal, risk, wealth, and business advisory for small and mid-sized business owners. He is the author of The Virtual Family Office Advantage: From Siloed Advice to Team-Based Planning. What We CoverWhy successful business owners become the de facto quarterback of their own advisor team, and what that coordination burden is actually costing themHow the hub-and-spoke model and the Director of Advanced Planning role removes the business owner from the center of that coordinationThe difference between tax mitigation and tax deferral, and why putting money into a qualified plan often creates a bigger tax problem down the roadThe wealth paradox: why business owners running multimillion-dollar companies often have surprisingly little personal wealth outside the businessThe client who said "don't sell me life insurance" three times, and what the VFO diagnostic found underneath that resistanceWhy giving business owners their time back doesn't just grow revenue. What if the best mortgage option for your client isn't a new loan? In this episode, James and Keith sit down with Ryan Thomson, aka "The Assumable Guy", to break down one of the most overlooked opportunities in real estate: assumable mortgages. These loans have been around for decades, but most agents, lenders, and buyers have completely forgotten they exist. Ryan explains how buyers can take over a seller's low-interest mortgage, potentially saving hundreds, or even thousands per month, and why this strategy is becoming more powerful in today's higher-rate environment. If you want to stand out, create real value, and unlock deals most agents miss, this episode is a must-listen. This annual research breaks down what buyers and sellers are actually doing and what they expect from their agents.    With 55% of buyers being repeat buyers, yet only 13% using their previous agent again, the message is clear: past performance doesn't guarantee future loyalty. Even more telling, nearly half of buyers and over half of sellers hire the first agent they contact.    Today's clients prioritize pricing strategy, negotiation expertise, and a seamless, organized offer process. In this episode of HALO Talks, host Pete Moore welcomes Matt Fornaro, a seasoned attorney with over 20 years of experience, now dedicated to supporting small businesses, entrepreneurs, and startups. Having left the world of "big law," Matt brings invaluable insights into the legal challenges that new and growing companies face, everything from intellectual property and commercial leases, to the need for proper contracts and the pitfalls of relying solely on digital tools like AI for legal advice. Listen now as Pete and Matt talk about building a solid legal foundation for your business, why cutting corners on agreements can cost you, and practical tips for working with franchisors, negotiating leases, and planning successful business exits. If you're an entrepreneur or looking to start a business, this episode is packed with actionable advice to help you avoid common legal mistakes and set your venture up for long-term success. On why every entrepreneur should prioritize IP, Fernaro states, "If they're developing a brand or a product, they need to protect it as soon as possible because otherwise you put it out there, someone's going to take it and someone's going to appropriate it. So you always have to put into the budgetary process intellectual property protection, whether you're inventing something and you need a patent or you're coming up with an idea, a logo, a name, a website, and you need to trademark it." Key themes discussed Transition from big law to supporting entrepreneurs Flat fee vs. equity-based legal compensation Local startup ecosystem and incubators in Florida Intellectual property importance and protection strategies Operating agreements and legal document pitfalls AI in legal practice and client document reviews Franchise and commercial lease exit strategies A Few Key Takeaways 1.The Importance of Tailored Legal Support for Entrepreneurs: Matt emphasized that startups and small businesses are often underserved by large law firms, which tend to focus on big corporations. He launched his own firm to specifically address the unique legal needs of entrepreneurs, offering more accessible and personalized support. 00:53. 2. Avoid Cutting Corners on Legal Agreements: Many entrepreneurs rely on generic or templated agreements pulled from the internet, which often fail to address their specific business structure or jurisdiction. Matt warns this is a critical area where cutting corners can result in significant problems down the line and stresses the need for an attorney-drafted document tailored to the business's and location's exact needs. 07:14. 3. Intellectual Property Should Be Prioritized Early: Fornaro consistently advises clients to prioritize protecting their intellectual property—whether that's patents, trademarks, or brand assets—as early as possible. Failure to do so risks others copying or commandeering unprotected ideas, trademarks, or products. 04:03. 4. AI is a Tool. It's Not a Replacement for Legal Experience: While Matt welcomes the use of AI for drafting and research, he emphasizes that ultimate legal judgment should come from a qualified attorney. AI-generated documents can be helpful for organizing ideas but often lack crucial nuance and legal specificity, especially across different jurisdictions. 11:08. 5. Planning for Exists in Franchising & Leasing: Negotiating franchise and commercial lease agreements up front is vital, particularly regarding succession or assignment clauses. Many entrepreneurs overlook assignment and exit provisions, leading to complications when they want to sell or transfer the business, sometimes finding themselves still liable for leases after selling. Proper legal guidance from the beginning can make future exits much smoother. 15:59. 1. Pakistan Acts as Intermediary in Ongoing Iran-Israel Conflict GUEST: Bill Roggio, Ambassador Husain Haqqani SUMMARY: Pakistan acts as a conduit for messages between Washington and Tehran. While communication exists, neither side has offered a second negotiating position, and Iran continues to demonstrate strategic control over the Strait of Hormuz.,, John Batchelor and his guests discuss the stagnant global situation, noting that while missiles fly in the Iranwar and a Russian tanker heads for Cuba, Pakistan remains a key intermediary. Ambassador Haqqani explains that Pakistan's relationships with both the U.S. and Iran allow for message delivery, though Iran has not formally accepted a mediation role. Bill Roggio notes that Iran is showing its control by selectively allowing ships through the Strait of Hormuz, while the Trumpadministration faces mounting domestic disapproval and a 60-day War Powers Act deadline.
