I'm gonna be discussing the real reasons why people are unhealthy and unwell. And what I'm about to say is probably gonna shock a lot of people. Many people thought the reason they got cancer was because it was hereditary. There are a lot of people that are going through chronic pain that are still trying to find answers as far as how to live with this particular pain and suffering. But when I tell you what I've learned through my journey of my health issues, you gonna be very surprised of what I found out. And I decided I wanted to share it with you guys. And what I'm doing differently now that is hopefully going to change my health and wellness as I know it. It has not been an easy journey, but it's gonna be worth it in the end when I see the end result. it is something that a lot of people are not talking about. And to be honest, I think a lot of people don't want people to know about it. But I just think it's time that we talk about it. In this episode, I'm gonna be discussing about the fact that you have to give up certain things in order to be healthy. The one thing about an addiction is, it's not about the drugs, alcohol, food, relationships, or the things that you consume that's the problem, is the fact that you don't wanna give up these things because of your dopamine. The things that make you happy you don't really want to give up because of the way they make you feel. And when you are happy, you ignore all the negative things that come with that happiness. And food is no different. When it comes to the things that you enjoy, you want more and more of it. And that's what makes food or anything that you consume and acknowledge unhealthy. Because when it comes a dopamine, it's all about that happy place, and anything that makes it happy. Anything that the dopamine doesn't want as far as your happy place, is not going to accept it. And it's gonna cause a lot of reactions to the body because it affect it doesn't want or like it. So we're gonna talk about dopamine a.k.a. your feelings. In this episode, I'm gonna be talking about the struggles when it comes to illnesses, diseases, and chronic pain that millions of people are facing right now with no cures or remedies. It really amazes me how one car accident can cause so much damage to a person's life later on down the line. there are so many people that do not appreciate the fact that they're not going through any illnesses and diseases, and continue to destroy their lives every day. We're there are people in this world that are dealing with HIV, full-blown aids, herpes, and other uncurable, STDs, chronic pain, weight loss, disabilities, mental health issues. And when you go to the doctor to find out what's going on and how to go about treating your illness, comedy disease, or chronic pain because when they run the test, theycan't find anything, they do. all they do is just give you pills. They only give you a temporary Aleutian. The Pain just goes away in one area, and just moves into another. Pain is not something that goes anywhere, it just moves to another place, no differently than negativity can affect a person‘s life in one way, and then move to something else once you deal with it and overcome it so I just wanted to have this conversation about people who are suffering and having hidden pain that nobody really understands. In this episode, I'm gonna be discussing the truth about losing weight and maintaining the weight once you lose the weight. When it comes to overcoming illnesses, diseases, anxiety, depression, addiction, and weight issues, a.k.a. obesity it is easier said than done. Anybody can go about losing weight But the question is, can you maintain the weight loss once you lose it. So you have a lot of people that have done gastric, bypass surgery, liposuction, tucks, and the regular way of losing weight, and still for some reason gained the weight right back they lost. And there is a reason for that. A lot of people based themselves on the external part themselves versus the internal part themselves . And what that means is? They were more worried about what other people think, than it is about their overall health and wellness and internally. So we gotta talk about the internal versus the external when it comes to losing weight.
In this episode, I'm gonna be discussing why what works for some people doesn't work for everybody. A lot of people are promoting a lot of brands when it comes to weight loss, health issues, relationship issues, mental health, psychological health, even spiritual and emotional. The problem is what works for some people may not work for other people depending on what it is they're dealing with. When it comes to weight loss not everything that works for some people is going to work for others. Some things as far as certain foods some people may eat, and other people may not. Some people when they come to certain products may not be able to take those products because they have allergies. So just because it doesn't work for me doesn't mean it won't work for you.. So this episode I'm gonna be talking about different products and why they don't work for me. And what to look for when it comes to products before you buy them.
In this episode, I'm gonna be discussing people in the United States really be healthy, considering all the things they're doing to our foods. How now we have lab foods versus foods that are basically made in the ground. You now have meat that laboratories has been approved by the FDA to be able to produce food under these conditions. There's no time what they're putting in our food. How do we know which things are good for us and which things are not? And how do you add things that are being added to our foods are causing a lot of damage when it comes to our health and wellness?
I this episode, I'm discussing the importance of taking care of your internal health. Even though you cannot see the damage that has happened based upon the things that you allow people to do to you physically, mentally, emotionally, verbally, sexually, and physically does more damage internal than you could ever know. And how your internal health impacts and affects your external health, so even though you may think you're bettering your external health by doing plastic surgery, or other things it doesn't mean internally is not gonna be damage because of what you've done for his plastic surgery and other external things that you've done to your body. Rvery decision you make has consequences come with discussions, and karma to your actions that impact your internal and external health. So I hope this video helps you guys when it comes to doing was best for your internal health.

I want to bring awareness to this because there are a lot of restaurants that don't understand the importance of being able to accommodate people with allergies.
In this episode, we're gonna be discussing how a happier you leads to a healthier you when it comes to changing your mindset and perception when it comes to your overall health and wellness. A lot of people think that because somebody's overweight, has diseases or illnesses, flaws, or imperfections, or a disorder or disability that they think that people are considered unhealthy. In this episode, I'm gonna be discussing the real reason why people are overweight, and cannot lose weight. And it has absolutely nothing to do with calories. It has everything to do with sugar, carbs, starch, your digestive system, as far as your intestines, and your organs. When you're not cleansing out your intestines, and your organs internally, it just turns into fat. So cleansing your digestive system will help you to be able to lose weight. But also, there are a lot of foods that were eating that are digestive system is unable to digest, so it just gets stuck into your intestines to the point of where you're not able to go to the bathroom as you should to release the waste in your system to keep the weight off. And don't get me wrong going to the gym is very important. But at the same time if you go to the gym and turn around and eat foods that are going to put the weight right back on, the there's no point of going to the gym. So what you choose to consume when it comes to what you eat, as well as what time you decide to eat, and if what you eat, can be digested, has a lot to do, but whether or not, you are going to be overweight, unhealthy, or have illnesses and diseases.
This episode, I'm gonna be discussing some of the challenges that people have to deal with when it comes to their overall health and wellness. As far as weight loss, diseases, illnesses, mental health, physical health internally, and externally, psychological health, and emotional health. How to go about picking the right health insurance based upon your health needs? And what happened to me today when it came to me getting my medication's as far as how much they are. And the difference between what they tell you on your health insurance versus what actually is your health insurance policy? I'm also gonna be talking about the medical billing when it comes to insurance is that a lot of people including doctors do not know about. What are some of the things that are preventing a lot of people from being truly healthy?
In this episode, I'm gonna be discussing why is important that you should be very careful when it comes to what you choose to consume internally in your body. A lot of people don't understand things that we are consuming in. Our bodies internally is not necessarily going to be good for you, when it comes to your health. It's too many people focusing on the external part themselves more so than the internal part of themselves. And by the time they realize how much damage they have done to their internal health, it's too late. I'm also gonna talk about how I was in the hospital on Sunday due to almost passing out. And how I have changed tremendously due to being admitted to the hospital. How I am myself and working on my internal health when it comes to what I choose to consume.
In this episode, I'm gonna discuss the importance of you taking care of your internal health. I was admitted in the hospital on Sunday, which is why I cannot do my podcast. And what I learned while I was admitted in the hospital is definitely a game changer for me, I realized the importance of my internal health and making sure that is taken care of. Because of my external health is not taken care of, as well as my well-being, then my external health, and anything I have externally is not gonna matter. So,it's more important for me to take care of my Internal health. It is too many people that's more concerned about their external health, and the external things that they have versus taken care of their internal health. The things that really don't matter, are the things we seem to consume and worry more about until you end up in the hospital fighting for your life is when you come to the realization that none of the things that are external, and the things you thought were important externally are really not important at all
This episode is all about the importance of you putting yourself first versus trying to cater to everybody else. There are millions of people out here that are people, pleasers, seat, fillers, captain save a hoe, build a bears and dolls, and they're not getting anything out of doing this. and the crazy part is is that a lot of people don't understand why, and how people take advantage of you, being a people, pleaser, seat, filler, build a bear, captain save a hoe. So I wanted to get people to understand the importance of being able to balance helping people, but also protecting yourself at the same time.
In this episode, I'm gonna be discussing 2024, as far as what I plan to do differently when it comes to my overall health and wellness. What I learned in 2023 when it comes to what I plan to do differently in 2024? Giving you guys an update on my health and medical conditions. And giving some healthy tips that would help myself, but also help others when it comes to their overall health and wellness, and the things that they're dealing with negatively when it comes to their internal, and external health. And where this podcast is going to be going in 2024 based upon the things I learned.
In this episode, I will be discussing the truth about paying that a lot of people don't talk about that affects millions of people internally. We always talk about the external and mental part of pain. But we don't talk about the internal pain when it comes to our organs, tissues, the systems of the body, the blood, and more. The reason that this needs to be talked about is because there's a lot of misconceptions when it comes to pain internally when it comes to physical health. There are many different types of chronic pain. And the reason I wanna talk about this is because Pain really does not go anywhere. It moves to different places where it can cause it can cause chaos and destruction. As well as causing mental, psychological, and internal pain to the point where is unbearable Music to play in the background, and you're not able to do anything. Many people feel helpless because of the internal pain that they feel and multiple different facets, physically, and mentally and psychologically. So this should definitely be a very interesting conversation. And I'm sorry I've been gone for so long. I've been having throat issues.
In this episode, I'm going to be discussing how to have a happier life, by being a healthier you by doing these following things as far as spiritually, mentally, psychologically, emotionally, internally and externally, when it comes to your physical health, financially, and who you associate with. I don't think people understand how every decision, action, behavior, and choice that you make, as well as what you choose to consume, and acknowledge plays such a very big part in your overall health and wellness, as well as being happier when it comes to psychologically and mentally. So by doing the following things that I'm gonna be talking about on this particular episode will definitely help you when it comes to your health and wellness.
In this episode, I'm gonna be discussing, which one is more important, mental health, or physical health, a.k.a. internal health versus external health. A lot of people focus more on their external weight. But they don't care as much about their internal health not understanding that the internal health is what makes the external health healthy so if the internal health is not healthy, then the external health will be affected by it. and how the things that you consume, and acknowledge based upon your five senses, determines how your internal health is going to react, behave, think, and make decisions that will affect an impact your external health. There are probably a lot of people when it comes to their health issues.
In this episode, I'm gonna be discussing the importance of you putting yourself first in order to be overall healthy and well. Because if you're not well and healthy, none of what you have externally is going to matter. A lot of people focus way too much on the external more so than the internal part of their physical cells. The damage that people do to themselves in order to be the standard of beauty, success, relationships, and more is absolutely ridiculous. The damage that you do internal to yourself based upon what you choose to do to yourself externally has dire consequence, repercussions and karma. so I wanna talk about the importance of you taking care of your internal health by putting yourself first, versus you putting everybody else first as far as what you do for them, how do you treat them, the things that they say about you, and what you're willing to do be a part of these peoples lives.
In this episode, we're gonna be discussing the pursuit of happiness when it comes to society standards. As well as the pursuit of happiness, when it comes to your overall health and wellness. And based upon going through both of these, we have to decide which one is more important society standards, opposite of happiness, or overall health and wellness pursuit of happiness. And I will breakdown why I chose my overall health and wellness as my pursuit of happiness versus society, standards as far as the pursuit of happiness
In this episode, I'm gonna be discussing how to go about dealing with damage from every day situation and negative people that have impacted and affected your life without being destroyed. There are many people that are damaged and destroyed by the situation that they had to deal with in the past due to negative people. A lot of people are holding on to a lot of emotions that are negative that they need to let go of due to negative people have done to them.
