Fair warning - this started as a small opinion moment on original information and sharing content that turned into a rant about human design, school systems, addiction, head pressure and marketing tactics. I was scared to release this one…. It's either awesome or terrible. Here you go!
Unpopular opinion: The energy of how you do something Is imbedded in how you do everything. Shadows exist to transmute into gifts. We are not all made to be consistent. Some of us are supposed to not know who we are. Borrowing energy is helpful for all of us. Some people need 28 days to make a decision. Undefined centers are predisposed to unwanted conditioning. This is a very personal episode where I share my previous thoughts and beliefs on religion and politics and how choosing disconnect and avoidance was wrecking my life until I made the decision to heal or die tying. I encourage anyone to seek appropriate professional help when tough situations come to fruition and hard decisions about health and life are on the table. I love you all
We can't see our unconscious programming. We aren't supposed to see our unconscious programming. We need community to help with this and in this podcast I describe my experience with spontaneous healing.
Unprocessed resentment can cause nervous system dysregulation, which can become problematic over time when the adaptation is no longer helpful. Ease and comfort can come in the formal of addictive behavior that can impact health in a negative way if left unchecked. It is always worth checking in on emotions that don't match the narrative or situation. These can be old emotional traumas coming up to heal.
What is your body trying to tell you? When does a sensation become a symptom and how do we know when to “do” something or seek help? Navigating body sensations, the mind, and opinions around us can be tricky. Understanding self is the best way to know when to act and when to acknowledge sensations, nurture the mind/body connection and release any belief that is no longer serving your highest and best good.
I've been afraid to speak up most of my life for fear that someone will become angry with me - even when I've been wronged. I was afraid I'd receive bad karma and instead, all of those truths buried themselves deep in my body as tension, anxiety, and worry. Most of the time, saying the thing we are afraid to say is a relief. By relief I mean balance. By balance I mean you did your work by speaking and now the universe can do its work to balance the situation with all involved. Seems like an option to speak up until your body becomes full of unspoken truths and then self distrust begins to form. This is where nervous system dysregulation enters. Nervous system dysregulation for long enough can cause a lot of conditioning that may not benefit health in the future.
How many times per day does your mind come up with potentially negative thoughts about your body or possible future outcomes in life? These are opportunities to flip the coin and make the placebo effect work FOR you! Your mind is always searching for problems to solve even if there isn't a problem to solve. A simple pivot exercise and 120 seconds can rapidly shift the energy of the situation between you, your mind, your nervous system, and your body.
Internal operating systems make most of the decisions for us unconsciously. Using all of our conscious energy (willpower) to establish change without finding the pattern of being (unconscious habit) or getting to the root of the pattern becomes exhausting. This is why most diets and workout resolutions don't last long or impact quality of life. Lasting change and fulfillment goes deeper than external habit. Neurons that fire together wire together. If your internal operating system has associated proactive work with “this crap won't work anyway so why am I bothering??” ….
