That's right. That's the episode. We're talking thoughts on Warlords of New York, in a no story spoilers manner. We do discuss a couple of the Lieutenant's fights but it's probably nothing you didn't know already. Enjoy listening to what we've enjoyed so far and thanks for being patient waiting for this one. There was a lot to explore and we'll be back later in the week for another episode. GF HL.
Hey everyone! This week on the show we review what can only be defined as The Trick Dempsey Experience. That State of the Game was a massive news dump with the Seasonal Roadmap and it looks pretty great. We also discuss some of the reasons we don't put out episodes. Sage's mustache as it turns out makes him a villain named Dastardly Sage. It's a whole thing. Tinkkz helps Remy stay on track, he seems very overwhelmed. GFHL!
Hey everybody! We're back this week to talk with Monk about the latest happenings in the world of Tom Clancy's The Division 2. We're discussing the latest State of the Game and some of the oncoming changes we'll be seeing with Warlords of New York. We also talk about what we're most excited about. There's a long con tomato joke as well that concludes after the outro music. GF HL.
Fredrik Thylander is someone you likely know from Massive. He works on a lot of the RPG Mechanics and Weapons Balancing you've liked or disliked. You've probably tweeted at him. What you don't know about him is he enjoys snacks and discussing them. Thankfully that isn't what the topic of this podcast is. Fredrik comes on this week to talk about the Warlords of New York reveal and he has brought the hype with him. Sage? Excited. Tinkkz? Excited. Remy? Yes.
We got together a few hours after our interview with Thylander to express some in-depth thoughts about what we've seen so far of Episode 3 along with the Warlords of New York expansion. The Thylander episode will be out as soon as we get an okay to release it. So until then, enjoy the second episode but enjoy it first.
Most podcasts are getting ready to take their holiday breaks, we however are back like a "wyd" text message after months of not hearing from us. What have we been up to? Hardcore. You know that we wouldn't miss out on this. We discuss some aspects of the Hardcore Beta, things we'd like to see and some change suggestions. Enjoy the excited ramblings of Cat, Tinkkz & Rem -- And as always GFHL.
Caitlin Burt, who you may recognize from one of The Division 2 live action trailer stops by the show this week. Tinkkz is a fangirl and possibly a social media stalker. Caitlin talks about what she did to get ready for the role, what it was like to play an Agent and acting in general. She's also a content creator on YouTube. Make sure to go check her out and GLHF! Division 2 Live Action Trailer
Watch Dogs, Watch Dogs, Watch Dogs! Yes, we're a Division related podcast but did you see Watch Dogs? We tried getting into Ghost Recon: Breakpoint but it didn't last for very long. Also, everyone wants to play Roller Champions. It seems like a great game to make your friends mad at you. Guests: Cat, George, JP, Kat
So there we were like most bad jokes, sitting in a bar. We decided to use our time wisely and head to the Ninja Pancake remote command center and do a podcast. We're talking about what we liked about the Ubisoft Conference. Guests Included: Alan, Cat, George & Kat. GF HL. We'll be back tomorrow night with some more of our E3 "coverage".
Please note: This episode contains loose spoilers about The Division 2 raid, Operation Dark Hours. Yes, we also found it strange it wasn't Operation Bark Hours. Tinkkz, Rem, Cat and the most Beautifulest of Dust's discuss their thoughts on the raid. Rem hasn't completed it but got pretty close to it. He was busy trying to befriend Lucy, the dog he always wanted. There were somethings we really loved and some frustrations mentioned. There was also a lot of wine and snorts. Enjoy and as always GF HL.
Fox is back this week and we're talking about our first 30 days in the game so far. There's been a lot to take in, which is great for a conversational podcast. Our experiences have been pretty great so far, what have yours been like? Have you gotten to play Harvest Dude, the control point restock mini game? Got you some 5th Meal made by Wyvern at Taco Basin? Collected and shot the Nemesis? Email us and let us know! (That's right Tinkkz mentions email is working again and it has nothing to do with Remy forgetting to pay the bill, we swear). GLHF.
We have a real treat of an episode for you today! This episode, recorded on Thursday, April 4th, marks the return of Fredrik Thylander. He's seriously our favorite person. The real fun here is he can actually talk about his work on The Division 2, along with the game, this time around. No trolling. We're serious, as serious as birds on fire. You'll have to listen to figure that one out. Don't forget the contest for the Merchoid jacket is still going on and will have your friends asking: "Hey, where'd you get that jacket?" GFHL and thanks to Thylander for taking time out of his evening to spend it with us! Contest Tweet We Mentioned Fredrik on Twitter
Tidal Basin and World Tier 5 got announced over the week, so we got Catclawzzz a.k.a. Threesies back on the show to help us talk about it. We're also celebrating that she recently got picked to go to E3 to represent the Division community via the Star Player program, which is pretty great. Don't forget to listen in for some sweet contest details, choice show derailments and the Cat Snort Counter. GF HL! Things For You to Check Out: Patch Notes Year One Roadmap Contest Example Tweet
Remy got back from GDC fresh with some notes from the Fighting Sequelitis: Creating Combat NPCs for Tom Clancy's The Division 2 and we decide to talk about it. Who better to bring on other than Tinkkz? Monk. Who better to have for an interview with following our discussion about AI from the session? Probably the two speakers who were at the session, Drew Rechner and Philip Dunstan. You're probably wondering, how will they top all this? We got some more submissions for the origin story of The North Lawn Bitches. GFHL!
Alright, folks, here we go: Week One Impressions of The Division 2. Sage was out this week, so we got our RezBro, BeautifulDust on the show to go over the first week of launch. We talk about our favorite moments so far, our dumbest moments while leveling and a Desert Eagle. Also, The Quartermaster is super abrasive. There's a whole lot to go over during the next weeks, so let us know your thoughts on Twitter @BombshellJacket! GF HL! Map Link
Whatever could go wrong, most likely did in the Big 100. Lady came back onto the show to remind us all of her boxed wine prowess. Tinkkz reminisces about the show and gives us the news. Sage becomes a target once more for a musical assassination. Remy manages to irritate Lady with some choice references. Enjoy the big celebration episode, folks! We'll be back next week with our initial thoughts of the first week of gameplay. GF HL! Links: The Map We Discussed PSN Trophies
Hope you weren't waiting too long for Part II, it's finally ready! We go over some historical landmarks, some speculations, graffiti and interviews when we went sightseeing. Thanks to everyone involved from Ubisoft and Massive that had us attend the event! Interviews (In Order of Appearance): Julian Gerighty, Chadi El-Zibaoui, Chad Chatterton, Cloé Hammoud and Tricia Wachtendorf. Check Out Sage's Picture Gallery
As a warning, this episode may contain a spoiler of the games prologue. If that doesn't bother you, listen on, oh dear adventurer. Your hosts were fortunate enough to attend an event for The Division 2 in Washington, D.C. In this episode they'll be telling you all the details of Day 1. There's a lot you're going to want to know and do keep an eye on the feed tomorrow for some interviews with people you may or may not know. GF HL. DC Area Map by Color
This week, Cat comes on to talk to Tinkkz about Clans in The Division 2. Sage and Remy are there but recovering from the serious Diablo burns from last episode. GFHL.
We're talking a little more Beta this week. There's some discussion from Reddit bringing us to a talk over how most players are playing The Division 2 wrong and some of our thoughts. Brands are also a topic with Tinkkz wearing her tinfoil hat on some ideas for the specific brand names. Sage and Remy do a podcast within a podcast regarding The Animaniacs that didn't make the cut. Listener questions as well, punch and pie. Reddit Links: You Are Playing The Division 2 Wrong Division 2 Weapons / Talents / Brand Sets
Tinkkz, Sage & Rem get together to talk about the closed beta weekend for The Division 2. JP was supposed to be there but he was sleeping after playing literally all weekend. We give you the rundown of what we enjoyed, talked DZ and Remy lets you know his favorite kind of nut.
We're back from our Holidays Break! This episode Monk comes back on to discuss all the latest news that's been, well, everywhere. Tinkkz' steel mug makes an appearance filled with ice in the episode as she keeps us all on track. Sage and Remy meanwhile decide that they'd make the perfect human being if their DNA was combined. It sounds weird, but it really becomes a Saiyan joke. GFHL.
Listener favorite Mike comes back on the show this week to talk about Holstered Talents and to help the crew review the latest Division 2 blog post. Sage came back from Walkabout to discuss these topics along with glaring at Remy when he consumes far too many beverages in a short amount of time. Tinkkz kept us all together, bless her heart. GFHL.
Mr. Monk comes back after a brief hiatus as life has settled down for him and he joins the cast for this week to talk about Raids. That's right, folks, those 8 Player cooperative experiences we're all waiting for when it comes to the world of Tom Clancy's The Division. We compare and contrast the Destiny playbook versus what we think the development team will make improvements on and end up daydreaming a little. GFHL!
This week Tinkkz and Remy are back with special guest: Baundiesel. You know who he is already if you've been tagged in one of his Twitter posts regarding The Division and it's upcoming sequel. He brings his knowledge of current news to the show to help us speculate some on The True Sons newsdump that recently happened. You can check that out HERE. We talk Antwon Ridgeway and what we think he'll be like as far as the story we've read so far, along with Rioters likely have looted all the flat screen TVs left after the collapse. Stay away from them CRTs, folks and don't forget to drink your Ovaltine.
The Langilles came by the show this week to help us discuss The 5 Best and 5 Worst things when it comes to The Division. Sage made an incredible list that we discuss, while Tinkkz opted to feed Remy a drink that destroyed him. Good times.
Fredrik Thylander comes on the show to talk about anything that isn't related to Division 2. It's not our normal episode and more of a getting to know a Developer sort of show. This episode has already been listened to and here's some feedback from Yannick: "What you put us through..." Thanks for listening, Yannick! Also, huge thanks to Thylander for being one heck of a Friendrik.
Back by popular demand and edited late by total mistake! Join us this time around as Sharon Needles jumps into the conversation to talk about PVP and what she'd like to see from Division 2 as far as The Dark Zone goes. Kaylee talks about things she doesn't want to see transition from Division to Division 2 as far as gear goes. Tinkkz and 3z's (read "Threesies") drink mimosas and mock Tinkkz' extraction game. Spoiler: She's like a couch without a sofa bed, there is no extracting at all.
"She Only Mods Everything" BinaryKitten returns to the show to talk Tabletop, especially when it regards The Division. Interested in a Pen & Paper Division experience? Check out Directive 51: The Game. It's way more fun than Inventory Management: The Game. We guarantee it.
Hey Bachelor Nation, we're back with another recap of Bachelor in Paradise. PSYCH! Taylor comes on the show to talk about being a content creator and how he's planning out his next year of content. The crew also goes into their own experiences with The Division and some E3 memories. Best Speakers 2018: Tinkkz, Sage, Fox, Taylor. Worst Ever: Remy
Everyone's favorite Division lore podcast hosts are back together in audio format and actually talking about lore! That's right, Tinkkz and Deep Fried Dave doing the lore talk on the episode. Sage and Remy are there too, we know you're not as excited about that. Sorry Hamish.
3/4 hosts of this show want you to understand that diorama and model builder of Division fame, Tokyo Joe, is cute. The other host just for some reason wants to push Tinkkz in her wheelchair into The Grand Canyon. Is it Remy or Fox? You'll never know unless you listen. Sage also gets tired of us praising him constantly. Sometimes we wonder what Sage is doing and if he approves of us.... We all approve of Dark Horse doing some work with The Division though. GLHF.
If there was ever a time for an episode of the show to be all female, now is that time. Tired of Brotocol? Rejoice, with Girl Code! Join Tinkkz, Cat & Kaylee as they look at everything they know so far on The Division 2 and some of the things they would like to see. 5/7 members of the Dev Team will probably like this episode... Perfect score.
The cast this week is going over some topics they unfortunately didn't get to last week. Have a sandwich with Sage and the rest of the cast! This week Tinkkz & Fox get really audiophile about game audio and Remy gets really passionate about The Legacy of Kain thanks to a listener question. Thanks to everyone who supports the show, we appreciate you so much! GFHL! Side Notes: Sorry about the audio from Remy & Tinkkz, they've corrected the issue for next week. Here's the Reddit Post we were referring to in the episode.
As promised, the cast did a longer episode going over The Division 2. They talked about the gameplay and did a little brainstorming about what they hoped to see in the future. They apologize for any tangents but tell you in the episode they don't. Multiple times. Follow the crew on Twitter: Tinkkz, Sage, Fox & Rem.
The finale of our E3 extravaganza with a lot of our closing thoughts. Also a lot of emotions since we're all separated again. Tinkkz, Sage, Fox and Rem let you know their favorite memories of the trips, some of the people who made it possible and the games they got to play. We'll be back to our regularly scheduled Division content next week. Enjoy.
Agent Mab joins us to talk about all the goings on today, along with her thoughts on The Division 2 and Cosplay. We're sorry this episode is late, we've had a corruption in the original audio file. Enjoy.
The cast meant to do a show on Sunday but they were beat from the travels. Speaking of travels, today they recount their day as Star Players and go over the Ubisoft Press Conference. Hope you're ready for some Division 2 talk and the many other games that have caught their interests. Tune back in tomorrow for another night with some guests. #UbiE3
The crew is pleased as punch to talk about State of the Game 100 while getting ready for E3. Sage gets feisty, Tinkkz is rolling with the homies and Rem is secretly around for Skull & Bones.
BROTOCOL INITIATED: Fox, Rem & Sage have a hang on Discord show. They talk about the important things: Churros and other consumables you may not want in a sequel. A lot of talk on Gear Sets and if their should be a lot in a sequel. Listener questions round out the show to make up for the beginning where they forget about punctuation types. It'll make sense later. GF HL.
Remy and Sage relax this week and talk about their time spent playing Blackout. Tinkkz had to run around a bunch for a trip and we wanted to get an episode out. She gave us permission to be nerds for about an hour. INITIATING BROTOCOL.
Caleb McCallister, former host of the original Division podcast, Smartwatch, comes out of retirement to talk some D. He hosts Geeksquatch now-a-days, which is a nostalgia podcast. He also reminds us how we should really be doing our podcast intros. Mike is on the show in spirit allowing us to discuss his Twitter thread about location for the upcoming sequel. Wait, does that mean Mike is secretly the fifth host of the show now?! GL HF.
1.8.1 is live and we're talking about some of those changes you were wondering about. We're also pretty deep into FarCry 5 as it turns out, except for Remy, he's a voyeur and just watching it. Chat of the Game makes a triumphant return to the show and Tinkkz & Sage have to deal with Clutch Nixon comments. He's not even in The Division, put your head back on straight Rem! Oh, we also sing towards the end. GL HF!
Tinkkz, Rem and Sage get together to talk about the current happenings of their lives. Patch 1.8.1 will be along shortly and they decided for the time being to wait until they play it to talk about it more in depth. This week was a light & fluffy discussion regarding E3, The Division 2 hopes and Egyptian history. Wait, is that last one actually a thing? GL HF!
We're fresh off a fresh Division 2 announcement that is pretty fresh. Not Bel Air fresh, dear listener, but still fresh none the less. We're actually being paid to use the word 'fresh' as much as possible in this description thanks in part to a non-existent sponsorship from AquaFresh. Boris and Ole come back on to the show again this week, in which we were going to continue our conversations from the previous week. We couldn't due to Ubisoft Massive throwing a wrench in our plans, the horror. The horror.
The crew is joined by certified Bombshell POS, EidolonFox. As a bonus they also receive the gift of Spikbeatz, a treasure of the SitRep community. Really at this point, we should tell you that the entire cast was daydrinking. So, get ready for that. There is a lot of really good Division talk about risk reward in the Dark Zone, PVE in general and more. GF HL and may your deity have mercy on your soul.
Apache Chief, writer of the 1.8 Division Guidebook, comes on the show to talk about how this document became a thing. He had to learn Google Doc formatting and everything! Tinkkz, Rem & Sage got to ask a lot of their silly questions they normally wouldn't about items for your benefit. Alright, Remy really had to ask questions, everyone else did to help him feel less silly. Check out The Division discord along with Apache's Guide. He said you can add him on XBox via xApacheChief. GF HL.
Tinkkz, Remy, Sage & Eidolon are really grinding some Division this week. They're also day drinking, which is a real treat when you're an adult and get that special kind of 'me' time. Well, 'us' time, really. The group is doing some Party Chat this week as they play through Global Event: Ambush. GF HL!
Listener favorite Ahmad returns to the show to talk about his experience so far with 1.8. Ahmad also has some changes he'd like to see in the future. Tinkkz has wine, Sage has rainbows and unicorns, Remy has rage, as per usual. Times are good.
Tinkkz' "friend", Pwnstar, comes on the show to talk about 1.8. Collectively, we look at 1.8 so far, along with some of the bugs that have happened. So join Tinkkz, Rem & Sage as we do our usual thing and chat away about stats but mostly a lot of fun discussion. Visit Pwnstar on Twitch Visit Pwnstar on Twitter
Bet you thought we were making a sex joke because it's episode 69 and man are you wrong as hell! Mike's back to hang with Rem & Sage this week in another Brotocol episode of the show. He brought his protractor, compass and trapper keeper filled with his notes about his thoughts on the current state of the global event economy. This is a real treat as it's some of the nerdiest stuff you could ever dream of.
