    Have you been to the land of fire and ice yet? If not, Sofia is going to help you plan your entire trip to ICELAND! First, Kristin shares a little bit about the time she is having in Alaska, and we talk about renewable energy. Then we really do a deep dive into everything Sofia knows about Iceland. Sofia starts with talking about what you should know when planning your trip, the Icelandic pledge, which rental car to rent and why (big story here) and then dives into why one would travel to Iceland and gives all of her Reykjavik recommendations. We discuss the Blue Lagoon, the Golden Circle and the food you can enjoy all over Iceland!
