Who actually knows who they are in high school? Short answer, no one... But imagine being a WOC as well! It's hard enough being a teenager, but having to grow up with added racial and gender stereotypes on what you can or can't do as a WOC isn't any easier. In today's episode, Kelsey and Alina talk about just that, how to deal with stereotypes as WOC and how to navigate them. Alina opens up about a racial microaggression she dealt with earlier at her internship program and how she plans to respond.
