Self-growth in your daily life and business. The Cue the Clarity Podcast brings you weekly episodes about entrepreneurship and navigating your journey with more intention: growing your skillsets with your mindset, creating impactful habits and big goals, high-achieving motherhood and business ownership and laying the groundwork for finding more fulfillment and inner alignment in your life and your business.
The Cue the Clarity Podcast is a refreshing and much-needed addition to the podcasting world. Hosted by Minna Khounlo-Sithep, this podcast aims to help busy entrepreneurs and individuals find clarity and balance in their lives.
One of the best aspects of this podcast is Minna's relatability and authenticity. She shares her own personal journey as an entrepreneur and mother, making listeners feel understood and supported. Her tips and advice come from a place of experience, making them practical and actionable for anyone looking to improve their work-life balance. Additionally, Minna's positivity and uplifting energy shine through in every episode, creating a positive atmosphere for growth and self-improvement.
Another standout aspect of Cue the Clarity is the emphasis on slowing down and prioritizing oneself. In a society that often glorifies hustle culture, Minna reminds listeners that it's okay to take time for themselves, their families, and their well-being. The SLOWER mornings concept introduced in one episode is particularly helpful in setting a calm tone for the day ahead.
As for drawbacks, it can be challenging for some listeners to implement all of Minna's advice into their lives. While her tips are valuable, not everyone may have the flexibility or resources to fully embrace a slower lifestyle or make significant changes to their routines. However, Cue the Clarity still offers valuable insights and ideas that can be adapted to fit individual circumstances.
In conclusion, The Cue the Clarity Podcast is a breath of fresh air in an overwhelming world. Through her relatable storytelling and practical advice, Minna Khounlo-Sithep provides listeners with tools to achieve balance, clarity, and success in both their personal lives and businesses. This podcast is perfect for anyone seeking guidance in navigating the challenges of entrepreneurship while prioritizing self-care.

When I was younger and just starting out as a business owner, I didn't really have a wealth mindset. I was focused on surviving the day-to-day challenges, just trying to keep the business afloat. I wasn't thinking long-term or about building something that could secure my financial future. I was caught up in the moment, doing what needed to be done to keep things moving. Now, looking back, if I could give my younger self some advice, it would be this: “Think about your end vision.” So, what does that even mean? In this episode, I dive into the different ways you can approach this idea of having an end vision for your business. It's not just about making money today; it's about setting yourself up for the future. I'll walk you through a few key options you might want to consider. -- Links mentioned: Kizik Shoes - This is my affiliate link - you get $20 off. Lil' Labels on Amazon
In today's episode, I'm sharing a quick strategy I use whenever I feel like time is slipping away, and I need to squeeze out some extra hours. The key is to think ADD: Automate, Delegate, Delete. It's super simple. Are you feeling the schedule shifts like I am? We're definitely in that busy transition period. So, ask yourself: Can I automate, delegate, or delete anything from my to-do list—right now? In this episode, I'll dive into real-life examples to inspire you on how you can ADD (Automate, Delegate, Delete) both in your business and personal life. Remember, you don't have to do it all yourself. This little trick helps you cut out what's unnecessary and make more time for what matters. Always think about how you can ADD more time! Today, we're diving into a topic that's near and dear to my heart: Introverts vs. Extroverts. As most of you know, I'm an introvert myself, so this episode is for all of you who might feel like you're navigating an extroverted marketing world. First off, let's clear up some misconceptions. When people think of introverts, they often picture someone who's shy, meek, or submissive. For extroverts, it's often outgoing, steamrolling, or abrasive. But honestly, these are just stereotypes I found on the internet. The real difference? It's all about how we get our energy: Introverts recharge by spending time alone or in quiet, low-stimulus environments. Extroverts gain energy from being around other people, especially in lively, dynamic settings. How to Know Where You Stand If you're not sure whether you're an introvert or extrovert (or maybe somewhere in between), I highly recommend taking the Myers-Briggs 16 Personalities test. It's free and super insightful. You might discover you're an INTJ like me, which means you're an introvert who loves strategic thinking and planning. Being an Introvert in an Extroverted Marketing World So, how can you thrive as an introvert in a world that often feels like it's made for extroverts? Here what we talk about in the episode: How to leverage your deep thinking in strategy and connecting ideas. When your observation skills can help you understand your audience better. Find your strengths and shining where you excel. Tips on outreach that would suit your introversion better. What to consider when stretching your skills. Remember, being an introvert is a superpower – you have a quiet power and thoughtfulness that can make a huge impact. So, lean into that, sharpen your skills, and don't be afraid to show up for your business in your own unique way. Thanks for tuning in, and I can't wait to hear how you're thriving as an introvert in an extrovert's world!

It's my birthday this week! I'm *hitting* mid-life, mid-year bday vibes and it's making me feel reflective in a powerful way. In this episode, I talk to you in-depth about: How I've personally felt the change since slowing down a year ago and getting out of the "chase" mentality. My first question I ask myself when walking into a new season/microseason, such as my "Summer Sabbatical". How I overcame my feelings of ego and fomo, which felt so hard. What "priorities" really mean and how you can narrow in on yours. Why my next season in the Fall is themed "oversharing" and I'm hoping it gives you some inspiration. Please don't forget to leave me a podcast review, it would make me so happy for my bday.
Today's podcast topic comes directly from one of our listeners, Jess, who reached out with a powerful question: how to ignore other people's opinions. This is a topic that resonates deeply, especially for those in the early stages of business or anyone putting themselves out there in a vulnerable way. We often find ourselves weighed down by the expectations and judgments of others, which can be paralyzing and detract from our growth and goals. Having worked with thousands of women entrepreneurs, I understand the struggle of overcoming these external pressures. In this episode, we will explore five essential reminders to help you rise above the noise of other people's opinions and reclaim your path with renewed self-confidence.

When you think about 'most people', most people are living an average life doing a bit more than the bare minimum. Going beyond that can feel daunting or out of reach. IT'S NOT. This episode will give you a new frame of reference. Minna shares with you statistics of the average people and here's the big conclusion: the average person is NOT great at taking care of themselves. If you do that: pour into yourself and you are already above average. It's all about starting here and seeing your progress. --
Minna delves into the concept of a 'plug and play' week, a refreshing twist on the traditional 'ideal week'. Minna encourages you to craft a customizable baseline week that serves as a foundation for productivity and enjoyment as you operate week-to-week in your business and life. She shares her personal weekly themes, from 'assessing mode' on Mondays to 'elimination mode' on Fridays, each tailored to suit her current priorities and lifestyle. Drawing from her experiences as a solopreneur and mother, Minna emphasizes the importance of adapting these themes to individual needs and seasons of life. Throughout the episode, Minna offers insights into her workflow, including the transition from assessing and planning on Mondays to deep work and innovation on Thursdays. She also highlights the significance of carving out dedicated time for family and personal pursuits, such as her cherished 'Mama-daughter date' on Tuesdays. As Minna guides you through her plug and play week, she underscores the value of flexibility and intentionality in shaping a week that aligns with personal and professional goals. --
