Send us a textThis episode “Don't Get Stuck In The Past” is about how in life we all go through things, through challenges but the important thing to remember is that the situation doesn't identify us it's not who we are, therefore it is very important not to get stuck in that moment in time. Sometimes when you're going through things, it is a way of redirecting us and that there is something better out there for us that we just haven't seen yet or don't know of yet. The more you work on yourself the more you follow the steps to be your best self the quicker you will go through the challenges that life throws at you. Everybody goes through things life is full of ups and downs and I realized some are more challenging than others, that's why it's important to find supportive friends and family that will support you but it's also very important to be able to support yourself regardless of who's there for you or not. And when you learn all of these ways of coping, of addressing situations, the faster and easier they will become.Support the show
