"I have faced AIDS, alcoholism and two emergency landings. I've got dying down. It's this living that'll kick the crap out of you. (*laughter*) There's not much more I can scare myself with. Quite literally. I'm still a work in progress, God knows, but... the most wealthy thing I know is my experience. This is how I got through it. It isn't because I read it out of a book and it's not because I heard it somewhere. I have the experience - this is how I did it. And no one does it perfectly, and we're never going to get it all done. Frequently in my morning meditation I will stop and go, 'How much fun can we have today?' And there are days when I'm a crank. I wake up with my lip curled and a little snotty because everybody has this human aspect. I think there are like four vultures that sit at the foot of my bed and I wake up and one of them goes, 'Oh, what a shame you woke up.' And the other one goes, 'You've gained a little weight during the evening, you've lost a little hair, nobody loves you, have a nice day.' That stuff starts, and I think it's part of the human condition. And I have rolled out of bed, hit my knees and said, 'Reporting for duty.'" - Paul Jacek. Episode 19 - Space Clearing: Bringing In Higher Vibes - with Mark D'Aquila. "Six years ago I spent three months in rural France, and when I was there I noticed something… in this rural area, every house had a name. The people I was staying with told me that they believe that houses have a spirit. And on the weekends they would open up all the doors and the windows and let the house breathe. This concept that the house had a spirit and needed to breathe and was a living thing that you could relate to… it was like, 'Of course.' And in my own house I notice that when my kitchen table starts to get cluttered, something happens psychologically. And then you clear it up, and make it nice again and there's this refreshing feeling. We like to have an orderliness in our space. And then this idea of doing more for the psychic atmosphere, so to say… for lack of better words. And that's where my interest in space-clearing came about. This baby whose life is threatened by people because they're scared of the power that He might bring. They're people essentially living in poverty. They weren't even able to find a place to stay and they end up giving birth in basically, a shed. That God chooses to come into the world in this most vulnerable of ways just opens up for me the sense of who God is. Because obviously there's the imagery of God being almighty and God being all-knowing and that's one pole of the reality of God, but Christmas reminds us of the absolute vulnerability, and God's choice of having everything but deciding to come into the world with nothing... It is the season where God comes to us as God is, that we in turn can also come to God as we are. That's what to me is so beautiful about Christmas."

This is what Christ says to his followers - to his disciples: 'I come not to teach you, but to love you.' When you think 'I need to teach you', it implicitly means that I think there is something broken within you. And that's not what we're here for. What is the most powerful healing force? It is Love. Depending on which spread you're using, they're telling a story and I'm finding the patterns, and I'm seeing what my patterns are. Everybody is aware of their own patterns, just more on a subconscious level most of the time. So when you're putting the cards in front of you, you're bringing all of that subconscious information to the forefront of your mind and becoming conscious of it, and a lot of times people are either scared or just amazed by this because they think that the cards are magical. When you're being attuned, your chakras are being opened up and they place the symbols in your chakra and then basically it's 'turned on'. I remember feeling the energy in my hands and it was pretty amazing. I didn't really think it would work that well (laughs). I felt a tingling energy, like a pulsating kind of thing. And a lot of times I feel cold. They say sometimes when you feel the energy that it's cold or hot.
