In today's show Lydia + Sarah discuss love and belonging and boundaries and how those fit into being in relationship with others. They share real life examples and offer some great tools towards the end of the show to help you assess where you are in the relationships in your life. Episode Tool: Grab a sheet of paper and turn it landscape. Create 5 columns with a header for each column: Column 1: True believers: these people make up your fan club and celebrate your successes with you. Column 2: Confidants: these people are your sounding board. you can talk intimately with them about your life and your path. Column 3: Way showers: these people are your role models, people you know or admire from afar. Column 4: Messengers: these people deliver valuable information to help provide you with forward momentum. Column 5: Naysayers: these people are often negative, critical or unsupportive about your life and choices. Think about all the people in your life and write which column would they fit into. Then, spend some time reflecting on this. Is there someone who is close to you that is really a negative force in your life that causes you to question yourself? Do you have more true believers who have your back than you realized? Get curious!
