During the Ghislaine Maxwell trial, Juan Alessi—Jeffrey Epstein's longtime estate manager—testified as a key insider who provided jurors with a ground-level view of how Epstein's properties operated on a daily basis. Alessi described his responsibilities managing Epstein's homes, particularly in Palm Beach, and explained how young girls were regularly brought to the residence for what were described as “massages.” He testified that this was not an occasional or hidden occurrence but a routine part of life at the house, with frequent visits by underage girls and systems in place to manage their arrivals and departures. Alessi also confirmed that payments were made to the girls, reinforcing the prosecution's argument that the abuse was organized and transactional rather than spontaneous or misunderstood.Alessi's testimony was especially damaging because it placed Ghislaine Maxwell directly inside the operational structure of Epstein's abuse. He told the jury that Maxwell was regularly present at the Palm Beach home, was aware of the girls coming and going, and at times interacted with them herself. His account undermined the defense's attempt to portray Maxwell as detached from Epstein's criminal conduct, instead depicting her as someone who knew exactly what was happening inside the house. By confirming the routine nature of the visits and Maxwell's proximity to them, Alessi's testimony helped establish knowledge, continuity, and intent—critical elements for the prosecution's case.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.com

a sworn statement given by Juan Alessi to Palm Beach law enforcement during the early phase of the Epstein investigation. In that statement, Alessi describes his role as the house manager at Epstein's Palm Beach residence and recounts that young girls regularly came to the home to provide “massages.” He stated that these visits were frequent and routine, and that over time he noticed the girls appeared to be getting younger. Alessi specifically recalled questioning whether some of the girls were as young as 16 or 17, signaling that concerns about age were present well before the case became public.Alessi's statement is significant because it documents staff-level awareness of troubling conduct inside Epstein's home at an early stage of the investigation. While the document does not take the form of a later civil-style deposition transcript, it is a formal sworn account given directly to investigators involved in the case, including those working under Joe Recarey. The statement reinforces that Epstein's operation was not hidden from household staff and that warning signs were visible to law enforcement as early as 2005. It stands as contemporaneous evidence that allegations involving underage girls were known, documented, and taken seriously enough to be memorialized in sworn law enforcement records—long before the controversial prosecutorial decisions that followed.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Epstein Part 16 (Redacted).pdfBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

Rob Reiner, legendary director and actor, has been in the headlines lately, with rumors swirling about his death and his son Nick Reiner's recent legal troubles. But beyond the media frenzy, there's a deeper conversation about mental health, particularly schizophrenia, and how it may relate to Nick Reiner's struggles. In this episode, Tom and Kato sit down with Dr. David Alessi of the Alessi Facial Institute to break down the realities of schizophrenia, including psychosis, delusions, and the challenges of medication compliance. Dr. Alessi explains how untreated symptoms can escalate and why the public's understanding of mental illness is often wrong. With so much public interest in the Reiner family, we focus on education and clarity around mental health rather than sensationalized rumors or murder mystery theories. This is a conversation about the medical side of mental illness, moving past the headlines to offer real insight into the challenges people like Nick Reiner face.In this episode, Tom and Kato are joined by Dr. David Alessi of the Alessi Facial Institute to examine the medical side of schizophrenia and how it may relate to the mental health struggles of Nick Reiner. Dr. Alessi explains what schizophrenia truly is, how psychosis alters perception, and why untreated or poorly managed mental illness can spiral over time. The conversation separates medical explanation from legal accountability, helping listeners understand what schizophrenia can — and cannot — explain in criminal behaviour. This episode focuses on education, clarity, and responsible discussion around one of the most misunderstood mental illnesses. WHAT'S COVERED IN THE EPISODE:What schizophrenia actually is (clinically, not socially)Common myths vs medical realityHow schizophrenia presents: delusions, paranoia, breaks from realityMedication compliance and relapse riskCan schizophrenia escalate into violence? How untreated mental illness intersects with criminal casesWhat the public misunderstands about Nick Reiner's conditionMedical responsibility vs legal responsibilityEarly warning signs and missed intervention pointsBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/one-degree-of-scandalous-with-tom-zenner-and-kato-kaelin--6258576/support.

In this episode, Steve and Mary Alessi are diving into a topic every Christian family wrestles with—what should we be watching? When shows like Stranger Things and other popular series are based on dark themes, violence and anti-family values, should we draw the line and protect our families from being influenced? Steve and Mary Alessi provide some much-needed perspective on how to navigate entertainment choices in a world that's constantly pushing boundaries, so you can tell the difference between being overly religious and being wisely discerning about what to allow into your home. Whether you're a parent trying to set healthy boundaries for your kids, struggling with what's "too much" for your family, or just tired of every show pushing an agenda you don't agree with, this conversation will help you think through how to protect your home while staying grounded in biblical wisdom, not fear.Support the showJoin our Podience Textline! During Ghislaine Maxwell's trial, Jeffrey Epstein's longtime Palm Beach house manager Juan Alessi testified that Maxwell kept multiple photo albums containing pictures of young girls — some topless — who frequented Epstein's estate. He said Maxwell often used a high-end camera and was “constantly taking photographs,” many of which featured these girls by the pool or sunbathing without tops. Alessi told jurors that he came across these albums while cleaning the house and described them as being filled with “very young-looking girls.” He recalled that Maxwell appeared to enjoy showing the albums to guests, suggesting she took pride in her role managing Epstein's social and private life.Alessi's testimony painted Maxwell as an active participant in Epstein's day-to-day operations, not merely an assistant. He said she controlled the staff with a 58-page household manual that dictated everything from staff behavior to how Epstein's phone calls were to be handled. Prosecutors used his account of the photo albums to underscore the pervasive sexualization of minors within Epstein's homes and to establish that Maxwell was not only aware of but contributed to creating an environment that enabled abuse. His statements about the albums became one of the most visually disturbing depictions of how normalized exploitation had become inside the Epstein household.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-moscow-murders-and-more--5852883/support.

Ghislaine Maxwell's defense team prepared to cross-examine Juan Alessi—Jeffrey Epstein's longtime house manager—after his compelling testimony linking Maxwell to the logistics of Epstein's operations. Alessi testified that he drove the accuser known as “Jane” to Epstein's Palm Beach home, often on instructions from both Epstein and Maxwell. He described Maxwell as “lady of the house,” claimed staff were constrained by a strict household manual that forbade disclosing activities, and recalled discovering sex toys and pornography in intimate settings.During cross-examination, defense attorney Jeffrey Pagliuca questioned Alessi about inconsistencies between his trial testimony and prior statements in depositions or civil cases—particularly about when he first met “Jane.” He also probed whether Alessi had disclosed instructions to remove photos of Maxwell before female guests arrived, pushing him to explain apparent discrepancies.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.
