Blessing! Though controversial, the idea of plant medicine coupled with the lifestyle of recovery is here, real and changing lives. This week we have Becca Evans, a Holistic Recovery Specialist, and LadyBug Laurson, an Inner Healing Specialist, to discuss their work and experiences in the plant medicine space as well as how they support others in their unique experiences. Plant medicine has been known to treat: Trauma Depression and Support and Shift experiences with substance abuse This is emerging as a uniquely wonderful opportunity to help and meet people where they are in their recovery. I had the opportunity to sit with these two amazing people and professionals diligently working and serving in this space. To hear and learn about their powerful work with these sacraments and gifts and help get the message out to a wider audience. Would love to hear your comments, thoughts and feedback on Plant Medicine and Recovery. Let's start a conversation! Instagram Becca Evans: @mycoforia @hauxgatherings @ladybugwithajug

I'm finding that life is about healthy energy exchange. Whether in a romantic, business or friendship. My energy exchange has never been reciprocal. Either the men and women are giving too much of themselves to me, with no return or vice versa. I'm off the ride. I'm seeking emotional reciprocity. Healthy energy exchange. Don't make yourself so available. Don't make yourself too unavailable. Seek the balance that benefits both parties, and if it doesn't, that relationship isn't working. I have no more time. Also, remember, principle before personality. Some peoples personalities are dog shit, maybe mine, but I have to stay focused on the right values. Play nice with others. I hope this makes you think. We might get into trouble here.

After last week's episode, where I touched on sexual addiction in minor detail, so this week I went on a deep dive. I shared my story, of being in some for of "sexual relationship" from the age of 6 until now, 30. The validation, the companionship, the dopamine hit we receive from "real life likes". If you're struggling, reach out. The amount of resistance compared to the amount of relief is exponential. You can be helped. As I say often, your story may not be as dark as mine, but hopefully you can find some of you in me because I definitely find some of myself in you!
Impromptu recording? Who knows whats going to come out? We had two pages of notes...We told old, wild, stories. Talked "abundance". Of course the spiritual conversation and sex addiction...This was guttural. Off the top. No one can say I'm not a real one For coaching: BigMoodcoach.comIG: Eric_BigmoodcoachBook reference: The Dhammapada Translated by Eknath Easwaran
