    In this episode I talk about the five ways (below) that I get back on track when I've fallen out of my routines and rituals: Be nice to yourself. Let your tires get off track. Enjoy being off track. It may be what you need in this season of your life. Look at the reason why we are off track. What is going on in your life? What season are you in? What does that mean for your track? How can we promote the track we desire? Are you busy? Are you tired? Exhausted? Clear space. Make space in your head, get rid of things, donate things, tidy up your surroundings. Do the thing that you've been putting off even if you don't want to. The truth of the matter is, you have to just fucking get yourself back on track by doing the thing that makes you feel like you are on track.. Pause this episode and do it right now if you can.
