Today's ADHD friend is Guy Farmer and he is one of my best friends.  ADHD & Emotion…We talk face to face about this with Guy who has recently been through the loss of his father.  He and I grew up together and in this episode, we will discuss what it feels like to lose someone so close to you.Guy Farmer is a passionate musician whose journey began in the humble corridors of his middle school. A natural with the guitar and a born songwriter, Guy played in several bands during his high school years, later captivating audiences every Friday night with his own band, The RiverSide Rounders. Shortly after graduating college, Guy's talent was recognized by WaterWorks Entertainment music publishing, who signed him in 2007. From then on, he has been consistently writing and performing music, with his debut album 'Guy Farmer' hitting the shelves in 2008. Though he hasn't released more albums, Guy has been diligently recording songs. In fact, he's amassed enough music for five full albums! In 2019, he planned to release a new EP, 'Micro Dose', but the pandemic's arrival in 2020 delayed the release. Fast forward to this summer, and 'Micro Dose' is set for release! It will be available on iTunes and several streaming services. A lover of tangible music mediums, Guy will also be offering CDs with an embedded download code, allowing fans to add the tunes to their devices. Because for Guy, it's all about spreading happiness through music!
