The sixth chapter of Galatians was written similar to the Proverbs, with little snippets of how to act as a Christian. Wednesday Bible Study

Last week, Pastor Dwayne explained the difference between thanksgiving, praise, and worship. This week we will learn the what, where, why, and how of worship.

God is a God of love and punishment. He never changes. He cannot not tolerate sin. But, with salvation, He gave the greatest gift of all, adoption as sons and daughters of God. Join Pastor Bill as he examines how the Old Testiment law and New Testiment salvation are not different, but two sides of the same coin.

Jesus wants us to give Him thanks, praise, and worship, but do you know the difference? Join us as Pastor Dwayne as he takes us to the Word of God and we get our eyes opened to the difference and we can start to practice more perfectly what the Lord wants.

What could we possibly have that God would want? Join Pastor Dwayne as he discusses the things we can do and have that God wants and that we can give Him.

When Jesus was sleeping in the boat, a storm came up and after the disciples used their effort and it didn't work, they became fearful and woke Him up. Then Jesus spoke and calmed the storm. We all face storms in life. Join Pastor Dwayne as he explains that the storms we go through will help us in the long run as we allow God to work in our lives.

The Word of God states to count it joy when we are in the midst of trials. How can we as Christians do this? Pastor Dwayne will take us on a journey through the Word of God to demonstrate that the Word will give us faith, increase our faith, give us peace, and will give us strength.

In this lesson, Pastor Bill demostrates how Barnabas, a Levite believer, stood in the gap many times throughout his and Paul's travels to the churches in Asia. Listen as we learn how we too must, today, stand in the gap for those around us who are unable to.

In Deuteronomy 28 we read all the blessings and curses that Israel could receive depending on how they acted. Galatians 3:10-13 states that Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law. Join Pastor Bill as he explains that we can live receiving the blessings of God through Jesus Christ both now and throughout eternity.

This lesson starts out with Peter and other disciples decided to go fishing after Jesus rose from the dead and they didn't know what was going on. After catching nothing all night and in the morning were coming to shore and Jesus was standing there and they didn't recognize Him. He asked if they had any food and the replied that they didn't. He they told them to cast their nets to the other side of the boat. Just four feet and their nets were full. Pastor Dwayne takes us through the Bible and shows us how close victory is, just as Jesus' disciples found out in this passage.

Grace and Truth came through Jesus. Grace without Truth or Truth without Grace is toxic. Watch or listen as Pastor Bill teaches how we were most likely raised to lean toward either Grace or Truth. While either is good, one without the other is toxic in our relationship with the Lord and others. We must have a full measure of Grace and a full measure of Truth to have a right relationship with God and others.
