After some time as a Marine Mr. Russell decided he wanted to fly helos and cross decked to the Army. After showing some serious skill he tried out for and was accepted to the 160th. While in the 160th he spent the majority of his time flying pipe hitters everywhere in every theater to do what they do. After 8 combat tours and 22 years of continuous service he was medically retired. Obviously retirement wasn’t keeping him busy enough so between doing smart guy stuff for Defense Contracting Companies he started Horse Power therapy. Horse Power therapy gives vets and all associated the opportunity to work on, ride in and drive super charged machines and attend related events. Cooper created a nucleus of which at risk rambunctious youth can come to work on their mind body and soul. Dillion figured out a way to be available to as many of these young people as possible. how ever many can fit into a 7000 square foot house of leadership, structure, responsibilities, discipline and most importantly consistency on the behalf of Dillion Cooper himself. On this episode JD and "Uncle" Steve speak with David "Bull" Gurfein the chairman and CEO of United American Patriots(UAP). UAP is an organization which provides legal services to warriors of the armed services when our government fails them by enabling prosecutorial misconduct. From coercing admissions of guilt, the exclusion of exculpatory evidence, to their perspective commands utilizing the incidents as case study when the cases themselves have not yet been tried; hence, the spreading of scrutiny and presumption of guilt amongst the accused peers and potential jurors. We explore these scenarios through the discussion of a particular case. We focus on an incident which involved two MARSOC Marines whom have been brought up on charges such as Manslaughter that stemmed from an incident that occurred January of 2019 in Erbil (Ankawa) Iraq, resulting in the unintended death of another former Special Forces soldier and Lockheed Martin Contractor. Bull also discuss several cases of which prosecutorial misconduct have been proven yet the cases themselves have not been overturned.
