    The Rangers ended their West Coast and five-game road trip on a high note winning the final two games and ending the trip with a 3-2 record. The Rangers are currently in first place in the Metro Divison with 54 points. Chris Kreider had a huge week scoring 3 goals in two games, including the game-winner Saturday against the Flyers. Kreider and Fox will be representing the Rangers at the All-Star Game in Vegas. Braden Schneider made his NHL debut against San Jose and scored in the game, an unreal start to his promising NHL career. We are joined this week by former US Hockey Olympian and 11 year NHL veteran Ryan Malone. Ryan has played with some of the best players of this era and he tells some great stories from his long career.

Matt started this season playing in Germany but this past week he signed with the Carolina Hurricanes affiliate, the Norfolk Admirals. Matt talks about his college career at St. Lawrence, making his NHL debut and scoring a goal in his second NHL game with the Chicago Blackhawks, his time in the New York Rangers organization, and about his time overseas. Really fun conversation with some great stories!

    With the NHL still temporarily shut down it was a quiet week. We are joined this week by 2021 Rangers draft pick Ryder Korczak! Ryder is quickly shooting up the prospect rankings and is having a great season for the Moose Jaw Warriors in the WHL. Korczak is also red hot right now, he was just named the WHL player of the week. He currently is Moose Jaw's leading scorer with 35 points and is 3rd in the WHL with 25 assists. Ryder talks about getting drafted, getting invited to training camp, his current WHL season, and so much more! Great chance for fans to get to know one of the Rangers top prospects.

    The NHL is now under a Covid lockdown. Following a week of team shutdowns, the league is now instituting a league-wide shutdown from December 22nd to 26th. The Rangers currently only have one positive case so hopefully, it ends there, and the shutdown with help the rest of the league get their positives under control. We are joined this week by former New York Ranger and German hockey legend John Tripp. John had quite the journey to the NHL, grinding it out for six and half years in the minors before making his NHL debut with the Rangers. After 7 professional seasons in North America, including 43 NHL games, John left to play in Germany. Tripp would become a German hockey legend, playing 12 seasons in the German leagues, he represented Germany in over 110 international games, including 6 World Championships and the 2010 Olympics. John had an incredible career and tells some great stories from his long 19-year professional career.

    Alexandar Georgiev has really stepped up in Igor Shesterkin's absence. Winning 3 of his 4 starts and is sporting a 1.42 GAA. Artemi Panarin registered point 500 for his career against his former team, the Chicago Blackhawks last week, he is also red hot. Mika Zibanejad snapped a 14 game goalless streak. The Rangers need him to regain his scoring touch. At 18-6-3 they enter the week a point behind Washington for first place in the Metro. This week we are joined by AHL legend Matthew Ford. Ford just announced his retirement last month after 12 professional seasons and 716 AHL games. He tells some great stories from his long career that any hockey fan would love!

The Rangers placed Igor on the 7 day IR with a groin injury, this is his second groin injury in as many seasons, is this a concern? Our guest this week is former New York Ranger Dale Weise. Dale tells some unbelievable stories from his 10 year NHL career. Dale talks about his time with the Rangers and playing for John Tortorella, playing in Vancouver with the Sedin twins, his great run with the Montreal Canadiens and their 2014 Eastern Conference Final match up with the Rangers, his quick time with Chicago, and some very interesting conversation about his time in Philly including his thoughts on a possible leadership issue on the team.

At the 20 game mark, they have 29 points, which is a 118 point pace! This week we are joined by former New York Ranger Corey Locke. Corey had an unbelievable career. He is an OHL and Ottawa 67's legend. Winning the OHL Player of the Year back to back years, his 151 point 2002-03 season is still the most in franchise history, and 9th all-time in OHL history. He was also an AHL legend, winning the league MVP in 2010-11, two Calder Cups, and was a 6-time All-Star. Corey also won a DEL championship during his time overseas. We talk about all this and more!

Barry was a star at Wisconsin where he won a National Championship, he played the 1994 USA Hockey Olympic team, he black-aced for the Rangers during the 1994 Stanley Cup run, he also played in the NHL for the Boston Bruins, New York Islanders, and Montreal Canadiens. Richter also had a great run overseas, playing in Sweden and Switzerland, winning 2 Spengler Cups and a Swiss Championship.
