The WIP Morning Show reacts to recent news on Phillies roster moves. Dave Dombrowski made remarks on Tuesday that “the outfield is pretty much set”, leaving Phillies fans to believe that they are moving on from Harrison Bader. Upon hearing the news, Joe DeCamara was worried for Jon Ritchie, a huge fan of Bader. Ritchie is trying to stay positive that the Phillies are turning to younger talent in Justin Crawford but is “so disappointed”. Sheil Kapadia joins the show!

The WIP Morning Show is disappointed to find out that the Phillies will not be making more changes to their outfield. Jon Ritchie is a “hater of no Bader” since Harrison Bader will not be a Phillie next season. Joe DeCamara does admit that you can't “fall in love” with a player after only 2 months and hopes Dave Dombrowski proves doubters wrong. James Seltzer and Rhea Hughes think it is a disastrous move for a team that needed change in the outfield. Sheil Kapadia, Ross Tucker and Mike Quick join in on the Morning Show.

As the Door County Housing Partnership nears the completion of its seventh home, board members Scott Bader and Mariah Goode join Myles Dannhausen Jr. to talk about the long road to putting people in homes and the long-tail impact on the community. On October 27, 2025, a passerby discovered a body in a wooded area of Pawtucket, Rhode Island. The victim was 24-year-old Erica Bader. Investigators determined almost immediately that her body had been moved — dumped there from somewhere else. The trail led back to a small apartment in Central Falls, where eight people are now facing charges. Five are charged with murder, kidnapping, and conspiracy. Three others face kidnapping, conspiracy, and failure to report a death. According to Erica's family, she was homeless when she moved into the apartment. She had nowhere else to go. Her stepmother told reporters the people living there were "total strangers" to Erica when she arrived. Within a week of moving in, Erica was texting loved ones asking for help. By March, a friend saw bruises on her face during a video call and reported it to police. On April 6, family members called for a welfare check. Officers responded but couldn't locate her. They advised the family to file a missing persons report. That report was never filed. Six months later, Erica was found dead. Her family alleges she was physically abused, held against her will, sexually assaulted, and killed while pregnant. Police have not confirmed those details or released cause of death. A week after her body was discovered, nearly 50 neglected animals were removed from the apartment in what the RISPCA called a "horrendous" hoarding situation. Five suspects are being held without bail. Three others were granted $30,000 bail each. Court dates are scheduled for December and February. The team debates if the Chiefs will be a good team this season or if this will be the end of the Chiefs success.

The team talks about the Eagles upcoming game and what they should do with Jalen Carter, who was suspended last game. Some of the team thinks that they should bench him while others say he should play every snap. The team discusses the Flyers post season chances as training camp begins this week. Break down the Phillies trade deadline moves, praising Rob Thomson for his moves with Bader, Duran and platooning Castellanos. Finally, the team introduces the side topic of the day, who is the best old person character.

They discuss if the Flyers will make the playoffs this year and the team finally introduces the side topic of the day, who is the best old person character.
