The Last Call

The Rock introduces us to a manic 2nd half of the pod. We talked about Shane's 18 best players in the comp and Ash's multi (which is in late season form). We also talked about the Newcastle takeover, Ben Simmons' awkward return to the 76'ers and a whole lot more.

Broadcasting mere minutes after the conclusion of the AFL Trade Period for 2021, we roll through our best, worst and biggest floor/ceiling trades that happened in the past week. Lots of obligatory Hawks are falling apart talk and Bobby doesn't make it to Windy.

A smorgasboard of stuff conisdering there's not much in the way of AFL anymore. A quiz for Ash, Jamaal cries in Atlanta Falcons and some weird soccer stuff as per usual. And a surprising amount of vaccination talk.

A rare Monday recording, we're on the ground floor of day one of trade week, discussing pick swaps, Hewett to the Blues, Kelly to the Dons and potential trades for the week to come.

So soon after the last one! Ash managed to getaway from some work to talk about some footy. And boy theres a lot. The Hawks drew so naturally Jamaal celebrated like it was a win. Ash breaks down the Bombers performances in recent weeks and there's a fair bit of form talk.

WE'RE BACK!!! The boys are back to give some takeaways for the last 2 rounds of AFL football. We complain about our own football teams and Ash gives out some good and not so good votes.

The European Super league is no more and we discuss the brief chaos that it caused around the world. All the usual fun segments, Jamaal comes through with some Frankenstein footballers and Ash gives his best and worst votes and absolutely flames Collingwood. You love to see it.

What a time to be alive. We reflect on round 6 in the AFL and how for the first (and potentially last time) both won in the same round. We get irrationally excited about the Bombers and Hawks pulling through with some big wins on ANZAC day, as well as looking at Melbourne and the Dogs who are trucking through the league at the moment. We then look toward round 7, could this be the round where the Dogs slip up, will there be any good games on Saturday afternnon? Join us to find out!
